Excellent location, within 5-10min walk from Placa del pins where you could get on the bus for the famous beaches in Menorca/ or from Placa del Pau for the bus to Mahon. We asked for a room with a view on the cove and further inside the street as the roundabout could be quite noisy with traffic and disturb your sleep. Our room was on second floor with elevator and we requested to be far from elevator to ensure quietness. The bathroom and especially shower are spacious. Facilities were cleaned every day. Nice balcony to relax and enjoy the beach view. You can have a nice sea walk on the promenade for sunset and reach ciutadella main harbour and restaurants from the hotel. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. Air conditioning worked well but is quite noisy. Fridge in the room is very appreciated. We recommend the stay for those with limited budget but want to explore Menorca without car and by bus, like we did. There were bakeries, coffee places, restaurants very nearby to the hotel, so quite convenient.

Our room (210) was good and spacious, but the twin beds were very small and soft. They weren't comfortable and would be more fitting children than adults. Lack of lights and sockets in the room. The fridge was working we'll though. No tea, coffee, or water provided for a 3 stars hotel. Our stay was expensive but this is in general the case for all Menorca. So we were overall satisfied with the price service ratio.

I’ve stayed many times and it’s not changed. Third floor rooms enjoy larger balcony/terrace. Excellent customer service when needed (my bathroom had nasty smell on day two; they switched me to another room immediately. It’s when things go wrong the real value of good customer service are revealed - not chocolates on your pillow). I’ll happily return. Again!

You must set your expectations; it’s a budget friendly hotel. Facilities are minimal but functional and adequate for my needs.

It's near to all bus stops, supermarket and city center - everything is in 10 min walking range. Rooms are cleaned.and towels are changed daily. Very affordable breakfast options are available at the hotel. Terrace in the room is big and well equipped.

The air con is central and doesn't work well. Strange smell was sometimes scent from the bathroom (like a mould). There was also sound (like water drops) ocassionally in the night, and when we complained at the reception for that they said that they could do nothing about it (apparently the noise came from the other hotel). The traffic is also noisy (day and night) so it can be a problem for not so heavy sleapers.

The location in 10 mins walk to the town centre, the beautiful Playa Gran right next to the hotel, helpful staff at the reception, free parasol for the beach, room cleaning & fresh towels change everyday. Very strong air conditioning.

The room and bathroom size is very small, lack of ventilation in the bathroom. We were given a room with a balcony facing the dark patio that was completely useless. Room light is dime without natural light or ceiling lighting.

Well located and good balance money-value.

There were some broken things. However I told the staff and they were very willing to write down everything that i told them.

the only minus is the mattresses that are quite soft and personally I prefer more firm ones in order to sleep better.

I think breakfast should be included in the price like it was when I first stayed there a few years ago. It used to have a nice choice of food for breakfast.

There’s nothing I don’t like about staying there it’s so central to Ciutadella Center.

Position, comfortable,and very helpful and friendly staff . perfect position for the wonderful shops of ciutadella.
