The location is not that centered, but you can get to the city center on foot in some 15 min - I was looking for something on the seashore and it was perfect for me. Plenty of free parking spaces. Breakfast (paid, but cheaper than in most restaurants nearby) was amazing! It might look limited from the first glance but I didn’t get bored in 4 days. I had a gorgeous view from the terrace over the sea and the city. But most importantly, the stuff: the gentleman on the reception (sorry for not remembering the name) was super nice and friendly. He has given me travel tips, it was always nice to talk to him. And when I locked the car key inside the car he helped me out with calling the rental and organizing the help. I will definitely stay in this place if I am back in the town! Highly recommended!

None of these I actually dislike, these are more some notes to consider when booking. The property doesn’t have the elevator. The rooms (at least mine) was super simple, but it did have all the basic stuff you need: it felt comfortable for me during my 4 days stay. You need to wait for some time for water to become hot in the tap. And toilet was quite noisy when being filled with water :) but I had a seaview from the bathroom! :D If you are coming out of season, there might be not so many options for dinner as a lot of places are closed for winter.

Great location. Spotlessly clean twin room, big enough with decent sized balcony overlooking pool. Simply furnished, with all i needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk into Ciutadella. Close to sea and harbour. A local taxi booked for me to the airport by the hotel manager was much cheaper than booking any transfers on line. Taxi for 4 cost €59.

Well located hotel, far enough from town to be very quiet and close enough to enjoy the 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre of Ciutadella. Sea front very close to the point of being entertaining watching the ferries to Majorca arriving and leaving. Worth booking breakfast - nice selection of eats and yummy fresh pastries

Having to go home

The stuff was really helpful and polite. The room was clean and well maintained. The area was great, quiet and super close to the beach. Easy to find a car parking. The swimming pool was clean.

Only the mattress was slightly uncomfortable and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, but overall it’s really worth it.

Absolutely lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help. So friendly and helpful during the whole stay. Spoke excellent English which was helpful. Nice pool, on the cool side which was very welcome in the scorching August heat. Comfy beds, very efficient housekeeping There is a bar in the hotel and coffees in the morning (can all be charged to the room) and you can have breakfast in the hotel too although we didn't. Hotel is very near (15 mins walk) to Cuitadella and in between there are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The sea is at the end of the road! About 2 mins walk to the sea front. It's also about 10 mins walk to the beach in Cuitadella which was perfect for snorkelling, jumping off rocks, sunbathing etc. There is no air con but there are ceiling fans and it's quiet location makes it possible to sleep with the balcony doors open with the curtains part closed. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Ideal stay in this part of the island.

Exceptional cleanliness throughout the Hostel. Friendlines of staff. Fairly basic continental breakfast. Ecellent value for locality.

We liked everything, I think the only thing is that they should have access to the fridge 24h, but they close at 2 pm. Im not sure if this is just seasonal, though. .

Everything was good

The property is very welcoming and well run. It is a short, pleasant walk to the old town and harbour where there are a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. The couple who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
