During our stay, we experienced excellent customer service from the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest, and the air conditioning kept the apartment cool and pleasant. Nearby, there were great shops and restaurants offering a variety of options. Additionally, there were small but wonderful beaches within walking distance, perfect for a quick getaway. Overall, the place was very well maintained, adding to the enjoyable experience.

Sandra was an exceptional host and made our stay even better. She was very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times, and gave us great tips to explore Menorca. The apartment was exactly as in the picture, and everyone on staff was very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the electricity in the apartment that was quickly fixed and we can't complaint at all. Would definitely come back to Sant Joan apartments.

We stayed in a beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean apartment. Everything was perfect, beds were comfy, powerful shower, it had aircon, kitchen was equipped for cooking. Lovely little patio area to sit and chill out on overlooking a fabulous pool. And as for the area... Just brilliant! A quiet residential area with a beautiful little cove just meters away! Very good communication with a lady called Sandra, no problems getting in even though we had a late arrival, and also they have very friendly staff. 🤗 We really enjoyed our stay and can't rate this accommodation high enough, we'll definitely be back!!

I really wanted a quiet and comfortable stay. The pol and the facilities were spotless and so peaceful. It also kind of looked straight out of a Hockney painting. I could swim and lounge all day on the hammock or sun loungers. The rest of the guests were also very respectful so there was a great vibe overall, perfect if you want to decompress. The Cala n'Forcat beach was literally down the road, about a 2min walk, a supermarket up the road and there was plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The apartment itself was clearly refurbed recently and was extremely clean. Also, travelling alone as a woman, it felt very safe, and I'd happily wander back from a restaurant without every feeling uncomfortable. Would absolutely book again!

There wasn't anything, really. The patio that's pictured is not what's provided, there's a patio with some plastic chairs and a table (but none of the apartments had the sofas and lights, it's not a big deal at all).

Great spot! Very clean and well kept. Pool and outdoor area was lovely.

There was only a small window to collect the keys and we weren’t told this until the day. Unfortunately I did not have internet to receive this information. When we were there to check in at 3pm no one was there and we did not have internet to contact anyone.

The apt was clean and comfortable, although no kettle (?) so I bought the apt one. (as you do?). Easy access from on street parking. (Beware very high kerb). Helpful staff on arrival. Pool clean and comfortable sun beds etc around.

Walls are very thin, and every furniture movement is amplified, especially during a change over in apts immeadiately around you.

Would have liked the apartment allocation and instructions for entry the day before arrival. My phone experienced a problem on route and I could not access the information. It was lucky Sandra was still around that evening to help us.

nice location and smooth check in and check out process. Never met the host, but she was always available via whatsapp. Easy to find parking.

the apartment could have been better furnished, especially for what concerns the absence of a haridryer and the presence of very few cutleries. OK for the price but a few details could be cured better.

The apartments are well located close to market, restaurants and bars. In short distance you can reach nice places such as Pont d'en gil and Cala en brut. It has lot of parking spaces. The appartments are situated around the swimming pool. The accomodation was clean, comfortable, airconditioned with nice furniture. The host was nice, we were littlebit late, but she contacted us and left the keys for us in apartment. Thank you again for stay!

We liked everything, but there are some recommandation 🙃 *more dishes for cooking *cutting board can make the cooking also easier *the couch seems that it has seen a lot of guests, maybe a new one will make the stay more comfortable * more shelves, because for 3 people it was not enough These things can make a stay much more better, but we were satisfied and we had lovely vacation!

Other guests were quite disturbing (throwing cigarette ashes on my balcony etc) informed hotel staff and they adressed the issue with other guests.
