I liked the proximity to the beach and to the restaurants. I appreciated that there was cleaning service every day, and that when we had the do not disturb sign to our door they were calling to check if we want the cleaning in the evening. Breakfast was ok, maybe less salt/sugar in the ommlet or waffles would be better. We also received a little package at our departure which was nice.

There were no toiletries other than the soap and the shower gel.

breakfast was exceptional. the pool area is lovely and the hotel is close to the beach. parking was never an issue either.

the towel deposit was ridiculous for an establishment of that caliber, if towels aren’t returned then guests can sign that they will pay. you also had to pay to ask for new towels to exchange which I found odd again for such a nice hotel. The location wasn’t my favorite as it was near a very populated beach, however it was close to Ciutadella and there was plenty to do nearby.

The staff were amazing, so polite and friendly, plus worked hard. They left us a lovely gift to celebrate our honeymoon. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable - plus had a pool & sea view. Pool was a good size. View to beach was lovely. Well located near sea, harbour restaurants and supermarket. A shower to use post check-out. Highly recommend

The staff were more than lovely. We were upgraded from a studio to an apartment upon arrival which is always nice! I appreciate when a hotel doesn't just let its best rooms sit empty. The rooms were clean. The bed was phenomenal. The facilities in the room were more than adequate for a week long stay. The pool area was wonderful and there was very easy access to a lovely little beach.

We ate one lunch at the hotel, it turned out to be our most expensive meal of the holiday, and the food was rather mediocre (sorry!). There were also very limited vegetarian/vegan options

Fantastic location on a beautiful cove. A scenic harbour with shops and restaurants was within walking distance as well as a small super market. The resort itself is beautiful with a fantastic pool and pool area for children and adults. My children loved diving off of the three platforms into the pool and snorkeling the crystal clear waters of the cove. We even spotted some local fish species including the Mediterranean Rainbow Wrasse. The buffet breakfast and dinner offers lovely fresh food appealing to a variety of cultures. A bar offered snacks, cocktails and coffee during the day even during Siesta hours. All staff were friendly and accommodating, even planning a surprise birthday cake and decorations with my husband for me while we were there. We will definitely be coming back. :)

Convenient location. Everything is walking distance. Hotel is very accommodating, you don’t have to leave. Super market steps away from hotel. Rooms have everything you need. Restaurants are 5-10min walk. If you have a rental plenty of parking. Private entrance to the beach. We opted to stay at the hotel pool, beach gets very crowded. Bar staff makes some of the best mango daiquiris 🤌🏽. Breakfast buffet is massive so worth the price. Hotel is about a 40min drive, it’s cheaper to rent a car vs cabs prices.

Price. Quite high.

excellent facilities, they took a real effort to cater for our family, including cot & highchair in the room when we arrived. the little details such as washing up liquid and dental kits etc already in the apartment show that they go the extra mile to think about their guest experience. the staff were all very friendly and the place was spotless!

the food in the restaurant was quite bland/generic. We only ate there once but it was buffet style and expensive for what you got.

Great customer service from check in to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful with the backdrop of the ocean. If you want a beautiful, tidy, and clean apartment in a quiet area then Carema is for you

The pool wasn't heated

Beachfront, with a very good infrastructure.

Breakfast was OK but snacks/lunch were bad. Employees had a certain attitude - e.g. "no, it is not possible to charge the deposit for the beach towels to your card, it needs to be cash, you can pick up cash on the ATM nearby" or "no, it is not possible to use the restaurant terrace because it rained at dawn and we have to clean it and we need to do it, but we are working on serving breakfast." It is one of these properties where it seems that "the staff has taken control" and the management either is weak or aligned with the staff, not necessarily focusing on the guests.

My stay was wonderful, very clean hotel, quality products, affordable price. The rooms are very well cleaned, the sea view is pleasant. With a great bartender called Benito who is pleasant and knows how to set the mood. Nothing to say, very pleasantly surprised.

The stay goes by too quickly :)
