I had an outstanding stay at this hotel in Barcelona and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. One of the most impressive aspects of our experience was the flexibility and understanding shown by the hotel management. Due to an unexpected power outage in the city, we were unable to travel as planned. Even though we did not have a reservation for the extra nights, the hotel graciously allowed us to extend our stay for two additional nights. This gesture truly made a difficult situation much easier for us and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. There was a wide variety of delicious options each morning, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring Barcelona. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Alex. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Alex went above and beyond by offering us invaluable advice about getting around Barcelona, recommending local attractions, and sharing tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. His local knowledge and genuine care for guests made a significant difference in our overall experience. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way-from cleanliness and amenities to outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Alex at the front desk for his professionalism and kindness. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Barcelona!

Clean, really friendly staff, reasonably priced and good transport links into Barcelona centre (it’s about a 35min tram ride and then metro into the centre). Excellent room and varied breakfast.

Some of the communal doors could benefit from soft close as they do bang quite a lot which woke us up one morning Our camper was too high to get in the underground car park so had to park it out the front. On arrival, there is quite a bit of smashed glass in the ground where vehicles have obviously been targeted. The person on reception admitted that as it’s classed as a public area, cars do get robbed there especially if a foreign number plate. However, I think this is common in the Barcelona area and not just this hotel.

The hotel conveniently provides breakfast (included with room) in the morning and this is very appreciated when traveling with teenagers. By far this was the best breakfast anywhere and we have traveled extensively. They not only provide hot entrees but also vegetarian and vegan options. It was also convenient that the hotel is able to store our luggage prior to check-in time and also after checkout since our flight back to the US was in the afternoon.

The hotel is not walking distance to restaurants and stores but it seems like there is development in the area. The closest places are about a 15-20 minute walk. Also they do not have a shuttle to the airport, but taxi and Uber are readily available.

Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner once and it was also lovely. the staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and beds and bedding above average when compared to our other stays in Spain.

The pool closes very early taking into account it is still fairly light after 21h00. It would be nice if it is open a bit later as in the heat it would have been nice to make use of it after returning from shopping a bit later during the day

I appreciated several things during my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Additionally, the interior was modern and not outdated, which gave the hotel a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there were some important shortcomings that affected my stay. There was no proper blanket — just sheets with a thin insert inside, which did not provide adequate comfort or warmth. There was also no toilet brush, which made it impossible to clean the toilet after use — a very basic and necessary item.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel. Lovely helpful staff bent over backwards to help with off-site problem. Nice pool. Good breakfast included. Clean, comfortable modern room. Very helpful advice from young lady on reception about family pass for travel to/from city centre.

Extra cost for parking - so we made the mistake of parking on a nearby street with laden car which was broken into overnight. You should pay the extra for security and, sadly, the hotel need to start warning guests.

Location was central; checkin was super easy with a staff member available round the clock at reception. The rooms were accessible through elevator and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast served at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and overall the place was very clean.

There was some sort of leakage in the bathroom so our floor was wet most of the time. A wiper would have been a good idea to keep in the bathroom. Also, the room was quite warm and the temperature regulator was not doing much. Maybe some fans might be a good idea. When we opened the window for fresh air, huge mosquitoes came into the room. Some nets on the window might also be a good idea.

The ambience was good. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. Hotel has parking and swimming pool. The breakfast was wonderful. Local transport takes around 1 hour to reach the city centre though.

There was a particular receptionist (a tall guy) on my first night of stay who was horribly rude and arrogant. He was speaking same with every customer and they were annoyed by the it. I was shocked to see such kind of hostility instead of hospitality.

We loved our stay! Excellent hotel! Comfortable and clean rooms and great atmosphere with bath, gym available! Also had several time dinner in the restaurant, surprisingly delicious meals for super affordable prices! Hotel staff was really helpful and nice! Will definitely come again! Even if the hotel is located a bit far, there is direct bus to the airport and well connections to the city! For the value of money it’s more then excellent and it exceeded my expections!

Everything was as outlined in previous reviews. The hotel is a little dated, and unfortunately, we did hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Saying that, the staff were wonderful, facilities clean, the breakfast was simply amazing.

A large construction project has just commenced immediately beside the hotel. I suspect the noise and proximity of this will impact guest comfort for the next year or two.
