The beds were comfy. The room, facilities, common areas were all very clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, polite and welcoming. The hotel was located within walking distance to the metro station, which easily connected you with the rest of the city. Good water pressure in the shower.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, reception was open 24 hours which was very helpful. The room was clean and room service changed our towels and cleaned our room regularly. Breakfast was good with a great variety. Location was good, a bit far from the city center (ca 30 min by train) but the hotel is very well connected with a bus stop right in front which connects to the airport and a train station in 5 min walking distance that connects to the city center and other destinations.

The room itself and the bathroom would need a bit of maintenance to give the overall experience a better feeling as you can tell that it is a bit old. For example the shower tap was rusty and broken - it was still working fine but it was still a weird feeling. Also the walls are quite thin; you can hear the neighbours talking (and snoring :D)

We stayed in a superior room at the hotel for 3 nights. We liked the following: -Clean -Room service every morning -Quite -friendly staff, they were very helpful and provided us with what we asked. -Airconditioning -Good breakfast (13 euros/person) -Swimming pool -Bidet and clean bathroom -Checkout @ 12h00

Nothing major. Hotel could be a little cheaper. We paid around 500 euros in total (3 night). Breakfast was 13 euros/person and parking was 14 euros/day. Keep in mind that this hotel is located in quite some distance from the center. It took at least 30 minutes with car to get to the center.

The room was great. It was very clean, bathroom was quite nice. There's also a TV, it's not smart but has the local channels. Breakfast was not included, but very well worth the money if you paid (15eur per person). There's a lot of natural lighting coming in from the windows, that's a plus. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet. One bus line leaves you right at the apartment from the airport, so that's great. The metro station is very close by (5 minute walk) and that pretty much gives you all the access you need to the city center. Bonus: We asked for an early check-in due to our flight schedule, and the hotel receptionist made it possible for us to have the room ready very early on and access it for rest. That saved our day!

The room was super clean and comfortable, it was great to have a bath tub and a bidet, and some toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast was exceptional (for an extra cost of €13 per person, so worth it!). It was great to have access to a pool and gym too, and check-out at 12pm make it so much more relaxed for us to get organised before leaving the hotel. My partner and I were travelling with two bicycles and the hotel was happy to store the bikes securely for us. We would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere easy and comfortable not far from the airport.

The location isn't spectacular, there is nothing really interesting in the area however it is a short walk from a main transport hub so it was very easy to get to other more interesting parts of the city.

The hotel is located on a relatively quiet street, and there is a bus to the airport right at the entrance, which is very convenient for guests taking flights. Although the hotel's policy is to check in after 12:00, the front desk staff still arranged for our check-in. We are very grateful! The room is very clean and tidy, well done. The breakfast is very rich. As a business hotel, to have such a good breakfast exceeded my expectations. The juice is freshly squeezed, and the cold and hot dishes are neatly arranged and delicious. The replenishment is very timely. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, and the cost performance is high. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Barcelona next time.

It would be nice if there were a hot water kettle in the room.

Quiet, has a swimming pool. Large and clean room. Not far from public transportation (train, metro, bus) Correct bus access to airport (bus 77)

Outside of the main touristy areas (about 40mn to go to ciutat vieja de Barcelona by public transportation). It’s at he very end of line L5 so at the outskirts of Barcelona but that is probably the reason it is reasonably priced for Barcelona and still has a pool Not many food options in close vicinity - need to walk roughly 20mn to get nicer local food

While it's not located in the city centre, the proximity of a subway station ensures Sercotel is well-connected. Our room was situated above the entrance, offering a splendid view of the neighbourhood. The front desk service was available around the clock, complemented by daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally generous, catering to all tastes (including an orange juice machine). The swimming pool was a distinctive feature that truly made the property stand out.

However, the sliding glass wall of the bathtub didn't seal properly, resulting in a wet bathroom floor after each use. Nonetheless, the complimentary toiletries were a delightful touch.

Hotel was close to transport train link from where you could reach central Barcelona. They said parking was 14 Euro but when we arrived there was plenty free parking available on the street. The hotel is outside the Barcelona Clean Air Zone. They cleaned room everyday and changed sheets and towels. Bathroom and shower was very good but maybe slightly dated after use. Safe was present. Bed was comfortable with clean white sheets. At reception they could speak English and responded quickly to any questions we asked them. Check in was quick although we arrived after 9.30pm. Air conditioning was needed and worked well. In the Breakfast everything was available from tea, coffee, fresh orange juice ,toast, croissants, cakes, fruit, eggs , ect There were some nearby kebab shops where you could buy food. After Breakfast we would go to Barcelona exploring all the various tourist locations and come back in the evening. We bought a 48hr travel card to use on the Metro, bus and local trains.

Breakfast was simple unlike other hotels with very big restaurants. The organiser expects you to wait at the entrance until he checks you off a list. No kettle provided in room to make tea. The mini fridge in the room was occupied by some drinks and biscuits for you to purchase. This made less room for you to put your own drinks. Could do with some carpet area in the room.

Stuff was very friendly they were excellent communicator and helpful. The place was clean and it had AC so it was very comfortable during the summer heat. Breakfast was perfect I would recommend getting that! (except for the person who serves it)

The only thing I did NOT like was the person who worked in the restaurant serving Breakfast he was very rude and seemed like he hated customers. We stayed there for 4 days I don't think I saw him even ones smile. Buddy if you don't like to job just find something you like! That is the only reason they got 8/10
