Return visit as generally a lot to like. Pool area has been improved with artificial grass, pool is a good size & very clean. Good range of food at buffet, very reasonable drinks, friendly staff. Minutes from a long stretch of beach, short walk to town & Marina (shopping, bars, restaurants).

Although happy with choice of food, the dining area is like a canteen & not very appealing, especially for evening meal. We had a suite which was spacious & the lounge & bedroom were clean & modern. Unfortunately the bathroom was below standard. The sliding door was stiff & noisy, very dated design & floor was discoloured, shower screen needs replacing, clearly difficult to clean properly as grimy at base of shower..

Pool area could do with being slabbed. Grass has seen better days. Ants nests in lots of areas on grass. Needs attention. Hotel also being used for after surgery care, more like a convalescent home. Was not told about this when booking. Travel agents should be more forthcoming, although our holiday wasn’t spoilt, could have an effect on others.

Room (deluxe sea view) was very good, beds a little hard but room cleaned every day and view from balcony excellent. Room are little basic but spacious and as we expected. Breakfast excellent. Denia is a great place to have an holiday will definitely be returning

hotel atmosphere is a little strange, lots of people with hip/knee replacements as a local arrangement with overseas country who use the hotel for recovery did not cause an issue for us as we were not there so much during day. Getting taxi's also an issue.

Location to beach, port, bars etc. Although buffet breakfast & lunch the food was excellent & lots of choice. Drinks were very reasonable & service was good, staff very accomodating. Pool area was relaxing.

Air conditioning in the room was not always effective. We chose half board, which was excellent value, the dining area was fine for breakfast but not so inviting for an evening meal. Although it didnt affect our stay directly, the hotel is used by a local hospital for people to recover post surgery. Took away the holiday feel a little.

Great and spacious room, actually an appartment, with a balcony with view to the garden, 5 min to the beach. Spa available

Food was not very good, all spa and jaccuzi extra paid, very difficult to get a taxi in tjis town, and is 20min walk to the centre what is difficult for older people,

The breakfast was excellent and the location close to the beach and town centre was also very good.

The hotel is showing its age a bit with doors somewhat awkward to shut/ slide. Some problems with mosquitos in our roombbut the hotel was helpful in providing an electric plug in a ti mosquito distributor.

Great location between Murcia and Valencia, within walking distance of the sea. Overall, the furnishings and spaces should be renovated. Repainting work had just begun on our floor. We were offered an upgraded room with a kitchenette (though it lacked essential concentrare). As we were only staying for one night, we didn’t get the chance to use other hotel services. Good value for money.

Good hotel with spacious rooms with balcony, situated close to the Port Dania and the Castle. Good and fast wifi, nice pool zone with bar, friendly staff. A large parking zone outside. Very good free buffet, spacious bar zone near the pool. Despite of full booking, the hotel isn't noisy that I appreciate.

A hotel looks a bit oldstyle, the bath cabin needs to be renewed.

Friendly staff. Fabio the Entertainment Manager “Animador” was great with our children. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner buffet was easy to add as an extra when we wanted it. Location was acceptable, with short walk to beach and medium walk to town. We found the room had a fridge, allowing us to buy some lunch food stuff and keep it in our room fresh.

The pool didn’t seem very clean, and bandages were frequently discarded around the garden. The spa was extra charge and didn’t really offer much anyway. The air conditioner was ineffective in our room and in the bar cafeteria.

I would recommend requesting a room overlooking the pool/garden. Rooms are very spacious and clean. We used the spa facilities, 23 euro for 90 minutes for pool,steam room sauna hot and cold showers it was bliss a huge thank you to the staff i cant remember ye're names ye were fantastic, from pedicures & massages ye made it such a great experience for us. Thank you....
