The property location is beautiful with views of the neighboring towns above, easy access to most roads. All the spaces are comfortable and made with lounging and enjoying in mind. The staff is exceptional! We had an issue with our fridge, it wasn’t cooling and I have medication that needs a certain temperature. As soon as I let the front desk know about it they had replaced the fridge within minutes. Very professional and friendly staff in all areas from front desk, valet to restaurants. Plenty of parking. The Thai restaurant was excellent as was the daily breakfast.

Some things in the rooms are outdated but this doesn’t hurt the overall experience.

The whole experience was fantastic. They upgraded our room. Parking was really easy, as was getting a sunbeds by the pool. The pool was lovely with a beach style walk in section as well as stairs and vertical steps. Food was great and good value. Plenty choice at breakfast, and the tasting menu was amazing. Staff were very helpful, particularly at reception, where they printed some documents for us.

The chairs in the restaurants were not the most comfortable.

It's a lovely location but not close to anything else, so if you want to go to different restaurants you will need to drive. Check in was good. It was very busy and the reception staff have so much to attend to. They could do with more help. We had a problem with the safe in our room and the reception arranged maintenance within minutes. Very good service. Our room 112 and it was a very private corner room. Large, bright room, bed was so comfy so were the pillows, slept very well, no noise. Good size balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning was great, it was a constant cool temperature through out the hotel which is great when it's so hot outside. Great views. The pool area is kept really well by the life guard who seemed to work very hard to please guests and keep.the whole area tidy and free of discarded towels and rearrange sunbeds people had.mived about and discarded. Good job him. The pool side bar had good food. Those staff are rushed off their feet and no fault of the staff you have to wait a while to be served. Missing a trick by not employing more staff and going around the pool area taking orders, that would be an added bonus not to have to get up and go to the bar and wait. It would be a really good service. Dinner; to us it wasn't top notch, it was average..very pricey for a small amount of frilly food. No veg, no salad, very average. Breakfast was not great quality but there was alot of choice and if you don't mind running around a crowded room collecting food it's fine. Plenty of parking. The spa was lovely as were the staff..friendly people. Lovely massage by mariana. The hotel is clean.

The bath! A walk in shower would be so much better. The sides of the tub are high so it's difficult to get in, no hand rail so can easily slip getting out because it's do deep. Needs a non slip surface.

We have stayed with you several times. Breakfast is fantastic, beds are really conformable You could update the TV's to smart TV's, nowadays we all like to relax watching our favourite TV shows. And I would like to see the bathrooms a bit more modern, they seem a bit dated

I didn't really dislike anything, as per my comments above, I would like to see a couple of updates on TV's and bathrooms if anything

Excellent experience overall. The facilities were top-notch, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and preferences.

The route from the city of Denia to the hotel was quite disappointing. The roads were narrow and convoluted, making the journey feel like navigating a maze. Despite this, the quality of the stay and the excellent breakfast made the challenging drive worthwhile.

Rooms are incredibly comfortable - quiet air con, soft beds and bedding (crisp sheets), fridge for drinks, great lay out in bathroom (bath and shower). Other facilities excellent too - pool fantastic, and really enjoyed dinner at the Thai restaurant. Breakfast was busy but plenty on offer and buffet style works well. Great hotel, we love it!

Room was spacious, and very clean. Hotel interior was beautifully decorated, although exterior could do with some paint. Staff were incredibly friendly, particularly in the lounge bar and poolside restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choices, I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food in the Thai and Montgo restaurants.

Very little I didn’t like. Only thing that was slightly irritating was there was a wedding on during our stay which made the pool area exceptionally busy on our last day. I would have liked to have been notified that this might be the case, and could have made other plans for that day. Other than that very little to dislike.

Superb hotel all round with friendly staff and excellent restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows made it difficult to leave the bed! The tapas at Hoyo 19 restaurant/bar were excellent. The breakfast buffet was more than generous with many options to chose from. Will definitely visit again!

Nothing. We stayed at other 5* hotels on our 2 week road trip but none had rooms as big or as comfortable. We may have to time the visit outside school holidays as the pool can get a little busy with young children but this didn't affect our stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Generously sized room with a very comfy bed. Luxury toiletries from This Works. Everything was spotlessly clean. Pool area was lovely and had plenty of loungers. Breakfast was very good. We had hired a car very cheaply at the airport, making this a superb base for exploring Denia and Valencia whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountain surroundings.

We booked into Segaria Thai restaurant one evening but were disappointed to find that the only option was for both of us to share the same set menu. There were things that one or both of us didn’t particularly like on each iteration so we would have spent a minimum of €70 (cheapest option which the waitress described as ‘not much food really’) + overpriced wine on food that we never would have chosen from a menu. We decided to leave and headed into Dénia for dinner instead, where we had a fabulous meal for €50 including wine. The location is lovely but you need a car.

Very quick visit only stayed one night and left really early the next morning to catch ferry to Mallorca. The room was a nice standard just like you would expect from the Marriott. Bed comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Parking convenient with electric charging station available. They packed a breakfast for us as well.
