It's a perfectly satisfactory hotel. The staff are polite and friendly. Slightly out of the absolute centre of Denia, but still really good location. Free parking on street (not loads, but we found some). Room had a mini fridge, but no other extra 'facilities'. Nice big bathroom and surprisingly big terrace. Breakfast was quite simple help yourself - croissants, toast, cheese, ham, juice, coffee, etc. Nothing fancy, but clean, perfectly adequate and good value.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness in a hotel and I found the cleaning to be well done. Also the staff was very kind and lively which I greatly appreciated. We felt at home there and would stay again even though it was rather expensive.

Everything is very expensive when you travel in Europe in the summer, this is not a hotel with many amenities. Still, understanding that I would stay there again.

My stay at Adsubia was a good one and I got a good deal by booking well in advance. Simple but very clean premises and the hotel staff are friendly. The hotel itself is centrally located but a bit of a walk from the harbour. The good thing about this is that you get to experience some good places nearby that otherwise you probably wouldn't, like some bars and restaurants that have a more authentic feel to them than the ones down the harbour or in the historic centre. I didn't opt in for their breakfast but it sounds like a good deal for a buffet style.

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like but I think that the rooms in this hotel would greatly benefit from having a laptop safety box and a small fridge inside.

Very helpful staff. I was there to repatriate my father, the staff changed my room for me to accommodate my disabled father who was unexpectedly discharged from hospital. They took the wheel chair back to the chemist for me after we left. They even found a chair that my dad could use in the shower as he couldn’t stand for long as he broke his hip. Exceptional staff .

Staff was super supportive and friendly, room cleaned every day, breakfast was perfect. The location is excellent - everything is in 10-15 min by foot.

We stayed in the hotel with our 14-months son. I think it's a common problem for many non-smoking hotels - how can they punish guests who smokes? Our window was looking into a very small indoor patio (our and 3 others rooms). One of the guests ingnored the rules and smoked, so this small patio became a cell filled in with poisinous tobacco fume, and this tobacco fume filled in our room. Hotel did spoke with the man several times, but he just ignored everything. One very angry Ukrainian woman resolved the problem in one conversation. So I think the rules to be changed allowing hotels facing similar issue to apply more strict rules and measures to such ignorant and rude guests. Otherwise other guests will take over, which might not be safe for the other side of the discussion

Receptionist wonderful women's, especially lady with black hair,so sweet and lovely. Welcome feeling makes me happier to stay. Place are clean,rooms comfortable. Location great, everything around what you need - castle,shops,beach, Old Town .

Only one minus,not soundproof room,can hear neighbors what they talking, listening radio or something watching until midnight.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. 10 min walking from the Port, 2 min Mercadona and 5 min all the bars and restaurants. Very friendly lady in the reception, always smiling and happy to give some advices about the city, really appreciate it. The room was ok and clean.

The cleaning lady's were very noisy. Even if we stayed only one night and our room didn't need a cleaning service we could hear them from 8 in the morning talking very loud in the hall.

This was our 4th stay here, as we have always been very impressed with the location, room, staff etc. Now, we always stay here when we are Denia. This occasion was no different with one exception.

On the first evening of our stay, we found an item on the floor of our room (not hidden) which should have been securely bagged and binned. I took it to the receptionist (who was very apologetic and offered a room change which I declined as we had unpacked and it was late) and told her that I expected to hear more from the hotel management. No contact was made, and were very disappointed.

The place is very clean. The position is quite good. Not too far from seaside and quite close to the castle area. Mrs Mirella is a very nice and kind person. She always helped us out with good advises and warm greetings.

There was no fridge in the room. (Even though there was a shared fridge behind the reception)

Did not select the breakfast option - but nice cafe accross the road was perfectly adquated. The room was clean and as shown on the pictures. Parking was nearby and free.

The distence from the old town was a good walk (the reason for free parking).
