The rooms are a good size. The girl on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great with a good priced 'menu del dia' and the waitress was excellent. An added bonus was that it was dog friendly. The location was good although a bit confusing finding it in the dark. A bit hazardous when leaving, owing to it being on the main road.

The rooms need some attention but they are okay. The first room we were put in was cold but we were moved to the other block where the heating was on. Shame we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the terrace owing to the cold weather.

The location is easy to find. Free parking. The facility is in the nature so you wake up with the sound of leaves and birds

The man at the front desk is not helpful, doesn’t speak English and doesn’t smile. There’s only bread, cereal and jam at breakfast, could be better for that price. Our room was on the first floor, very hard to carry heavy luggages. Not a disabled-people-friendly. The front door is ALWAYS locked, you have to wait for the grumpy man to open it :(

The breakfast was bad – no fruit, no eggs, just two types of salami and dry cheese. Every day of the week, the breakfast was exactly the same – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday... just two types of salami and dry cheese.

The hotel was great for an over night stop on the way down from Santander. The rooms were nice and spacious. There was a terrace at the back of the room with a table and chairs. Parking was included and right outside each room. There was lots of garden areas to walk the dogs around and a lovely looking outdoor pool. Dogs are €6 each, we had 2 with us in each room! No problem at all. Breakfast was also €6 each for a continental buffet style breakfast and fruit juice and tea or coffee. They had gluten free bread, crackers and biscuits available (Which was a bonus for me :) )

The room was very big, lot of space to enjoy and a terrace that was good to sit for a while and see the sun... The recepcionists were also very nice all the time.

The pool closing from 14-16hs during the summer is non sense. Room cleaning can also be improved, found a lot of black hair in the bathroom when I have no hair and wife is blond... :-)

As soon as you enter the hotel, everything just feels very stylish and classy. The waiting room and reception were very impressive, with lovely modern furniture and a lot of natural light. The lady on Reception was very helpful, giving us recommendations for where to eat and the best ways to walk around various sights within the day we were there. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and very well decorated. I found the bed very comfortable.

The swimming pool was smaller and less impressive than it looked in the pictures. The underground car park was incredibly difficult to get the car into, even though it was within the max dimensions set out by the hotel (a typical sized family saloon car). It took multiple attempts and was quite stressful for us both.

We wanted a place for one night before our flight from MAD and this is good spot for it. It's got the feel of an american motel with decour from 80's (but in a positive way). Room was big, bed was comfy and shower hot. Added bonus is open air swimming pool, small but excellent if you want to cool down in hot summer. Place seems to be popular with families (I would take my kids there for couple of nights). Although hotel it is next to a motorway you don't hear the noise as it is set back amongst some trees. You could make a walk to the woods and sancuary on the hill next door too. Staff was polite and helpfull. Continental breakfast was OK, not great but not bad either, toast, butter, jam, chesse and ham. Good coffee though. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

It's in the middle of an industrial estate and accessible only by car so not really a dream holiday stay option, but for one/two nights and if you have a car it makes sense.

Dog friendly. Plenty of free parking outside my door. Large room. Clean comfortable bed, white soft towels. Conveniently placed just off the motorway. Gardens for walking my dog.

Certain areas by the bath/shower need to be regrouted.

Second visit when passing through Madrid. It's a bit of a find being on the main road yet having gardens and a pool! Pet friendly and good value.

It is good value for money but looks a bit tired in parts!

Quiet ground floor rooms , with grass area for the dog to stretch his legs. Good location just off the main Rd.

A kettle in our room would have been a good idea!
