Better than expected, the location is amazing, next to the beach and easily accessible. Not in a busy street so quiet at night. We had wonderful and very helpful suggestions from all the staff, many thanks to Mihaela and the blonde lady with blue eyes (so sorry we forgot your name!) AND special THANKS to Alejandro to providing us a full guide of what to do, where to go, we saw so many hidden gems because of him, the experience wouldn’t have been half as good without his help! Muchas gracias, Alejandro! Best staff and service we’ve had for a long long time!

The water in the pool in the spa wasn’t hot enough, otherwise the spa is quite cosy!

The location was perfect, close to the airport and the clubs, easy to walk back from Ushuaïa in the evening. Also walking distance to the old town and the beach, cafes and restaurants. It was quiet which was what we wanted. Suited to families and those looking for a non party hotel. The room was spotless and we had a beautiful sea view. The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful we actually noticed a real decline in service when we moved to another popular hotel in San Antonio. I wish we’d stayed longer.

Nothing to dislike

Absolutely charming place especially with the sea view that I would highly recommend over any other room. Staff were excellent throughout and very accommodating. Hotel is a 2min walk from the beach as well as restaurants and cafes. Convenience stores and bank atm all within a 5min walk. Free parking within a 10-12min walk (parking vila parc) - you can park for free within any white marked lines. Blue marked lines are paid parking (up to 2 hours but free after 2pm Saturday and all day Sunday). The spa is an added bonus with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi however you can only pre book for an hour at a time and we had to ask staff to turn on the facilities due to not being on or ready when we arrived at the spa (this happened 3 out of 5 times. The spa use is private so a big plus there!

Lovely hotel - we've stayed many times in the last few years and the staff are always so lovely and the welcome is fantastic. This time we upgraded from the Duplex to the Suite which was great, but the Duplex has 2 bathrooms which is more convenient so we would go back to that next time. The Suite has a great outdoor space however! Breakfast is great - there is plenty of choice - the hotel is very clean and the location works well for access to the Old Town / Port (about a 10 minute walk). Love it - we will be back for sure!

We had to ask for housekeeping to clean our room twice - we were told each time that our Do Not Disturb sign was on the door both times, which it wasn't - the sign was only on until 10am while we were at breakfast or showering and if housekeeping were coming that early then they should have let us know really as that's quite early to come and clean a room when you are on holiday. The pool was closed for the season - unsure as to why - so that was a shame, but it didn't spoil the break.

So clean, great aircon, modern and really nicely decorated. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful, particularly the young man with glasses at front desk who checked us in. Cleaning staff were brilliant and worked around the times we needed. The place was immaculate at all times. Great powerful shower. Big breakfast until 11am with many options and basically all you can eat. Check in and check out times very reasonable. Central location a few minutes from a lovely small beach and the old town, super convenient. Great taxi ordering service. Would absolutely stay again.

It's a shame the pool/decking terrace area doesn't open til 11 and shuts at around 7pm. Would be great if it was 10-10 with the option of sitting out late with drinks.

Prime location , very quiet hotel friendly staff big rooms we booked duplex with pool and sea views with was absolutely amazing experience double bed is so huge and very comfortable you even have choice of pillows !!! Cant say anything about the food because we have room with no breakfast .Friendly staff

Bit quiet during the day pool music is so so bad and same every day they should have dj at least one a week to keep the guest in the hotel for the evening . I know the hotel is small it has only 36 rooms this is probably the main reason why is so dead atmosphere , but still you expecting a bit of music beside the pool when you go to Ibiza , this hotel is definitely for older people 30 plus .Rooms in the front of the street a bit noisy because of the main road and local club is very close . if you coming with the car forget about car park space nearby

Not enough storage for clothes only one wardrobe with a few hangers no drawers or shelves No balcony lights Light switches VERY annoying No freezer compartment TV not smart No you tube etc Could have done with a couple of sunbeds on balcony We had a suite not everyone wants to go to the pool No toaster

Location is very close to the beach and a small walk to town. The staff was super kind and helpfull. The rooms are super clean and big, the kitchen is very handy! Wellness area is very relaxing and can be booked private at the reception.

In low season it is quiet which is nice, but be aware of a lot of renovation work in and around the hotel buildings.

I wanted to point out the hotel staff in particular at this hotel, they are extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a misunderstanding about payment in cash to begin with as th booking.com payment method section was missing information, however they were really helpful and patient in terms of payment and did everything they could to help make the process easier. The rooms are very big and modern, worth the price. The pool area is beautiful with the sea view and terrace. Hotel cleanliness was superb and location of the hotel is amazing, a 5 min drive into the town. Highly recommend 🤍

Location, space, cleanliness, staff

The spa pool was closed for our entire stay, it was being renovated and we weren’t told when we enquired about the availability of the spa pool during our stay. In that sense communication could have been better and I probably would have booked elsewhere if I knew, but we had a great stay.
