Location was perfect for a stopover on the way to Alicante. Hotel was very clean with onsite parking and restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast with good choice Good size room, comfortable bed and very good bathroom with the best shower we’ve had on stopovers. Had evening meal in restaurant which was good and reasonably priced.

Only slight criticism was no milk in room though tea, coffee and kettle were provided and Im sure we could have asked. At breakfast there were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine, which looked like bean to cup but was in fact a pod system, but found a member of staff who made it for us. But wouldn’t stop us staying again.

I traveled through the area with my family. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff was professional, patient (with my English) and kind. The salmon and potatoes from the restaurant was delicious! We had no worries. Thank you to the entire staff for such a relaxing stay!

All of the parking (including handicap spaces :-/) in the front of the hotel was cordoned off for and used by big 18-wheel trucks "only." They completely blocked the view of the front of the building. However, there was additional parking around the side of the building.

Very comfortable room with a fantastic shower . The bed was very comfy with a variety of pillows. We had issues with the safe in our room which was sorted quickly by the reception staff. Ate in the restaurant food was good value and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little noisy due to the location but this is easily solved by keeping the window closed.

Easy access from the motorway. Private parking, 2 petrol stations nearby. Clean, large room with comfortable bed, and bathroom with power shower. Surprisingly quiet at night. Bar/restaurant with a variety of dishes and tapas. Staff helpful.

Breakfast adequate but could do with supervision at the coffee machine and toaster and to replenish items. Would be nice to have comfy chairs in the bar area.

One would be unlikely to choose this hotel for the beauty of its location... A petrol station and plenty of trucks across the street. Yet, it is really good!!! Easy parking with plenty of spaces for guests. Fast and efficient welcome/check-in. Nice, clean and spacious room with an en-suite bathroom (limited number of electrical sockets though... Too bad but absolutely manageable!). We decided to have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we were not disappointed. The service was fast and efficient and the food excellent and plentyful. Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice of hotel as we wanted a place outside of Bilbao on our way to France. Highly recommended for an overnight stay.

we have stayed here before and we love the place. It is just off the motorway when driving down from the UK to Spain. It's always friendly with excellent beds and rooms and the staff are so helpful. We had a super menu del dia which was great value too thank you

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, well designed and great for a small family passing through the area. The hotel is easily accessible from the motorway, conveniently situated next to a fuel station.

Easy location to get to when traveling. Despite many truckers, there was no noise thus walls well insulated. Very clean everywhere, pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. This is 2nd time we're here. Recommend for 1day stop

We stayed there as it was near the camino starting point in irun .It suited us as it was a good price and was close to the walk . Rooms were very clean which is very important to me . The receptionist was very helpful and breakfast was Simple but nice. Would recommend.
