The location for me was very good, not far away from the center, like a 20 min walk. Quite place. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean with good noise isolation, you cannot hear the neighbors. AC is working. They have blackout curtains. There is a pretty good cafe in the same building, where you can rest after a day. This is a good hotel, I totally recommend staying there. And by the way, there is a Estrella Galicia factory nearby with a great museum and degustation room 🙂

Our room was great, the beds were comfortable and there was enough space to have a cot and move around without issues. The bathroom was as well great, they even provided a bathtub for the baby (and we didn’t even request it, fantastic). Loved the hairdryer was not the typical oldie but a powerful one. In regards to the breakfast, it was lovely, specially the rustic bread and the granola. The children playing area is a lifesaver if you want to enjoy a long breakfast while the kids play. There are two parkings, only a few places outside for free and a paying interior one. The staff members at reception were super nice and helpful giving instructions on transportation and other facilities. This is a great hotel for families that want to avoid the traffic of La Coruña.

Our room had a lovely terrace that we couldn’t really enjoy because the chairs had no cushions and they were quite dusty. While this was not a problem, as soon as our son saw the terrace he only wanted to go out there and we couldn’t lock the door, so we would suggest the hotel to put some security there in case they have families with young children. Since the hotel is slightly on the outskirts of the city, the bus takes quite a detour and takes about 25’; I would suggest people to take a taxi to the centre instead (7€) - obviously, this is not the hotel’s issue.

The beds are so comfy in Ibis! And it was immaculate. The people on reception were extremely helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting Mega

The messages thru Booking requesting that we check in online are wordy but actually say nothing about how to? They refer you to paragrafi 4 of the Terms and Conditions but without a link.... it was impossible to find the Terms and Conditions- so it was pointless and annoying. Later, a more understandable email arrived, so I think it would be better not to send the message

For us, the location was great because we could walk to the train station (or you could go by a short taxi ride). The city bus (#11) stopped half a block away from the hotel and took us to the Torre Hercules (about 45 minutes bus ride). There’s a couple of restaurants/bars in the same block as the hotel. The room was clean, pleasant, and quite spacious (shower and bathtub).

It’s far from downtown and the waterfront. Though an easy bus ride to get to those areas, it’s about 45 minutes (during rush hour, at least).

It was impossible to have a perfect stay in the middle of the blackout that affected the Iberian Peninsula. The staff helped us in every way they could. They deserved a 10 in how professionally they handled the whole situation.

The location is not the best, in the middle of an industrial center.

Although, there are a few small negatives to this property, the value for money is excellent!! Clean and very quiet. Great shower and bath. Comfortable beds. There is a huge shopping mall a 13 minute walk away if you want it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming!! Much cheaper than other hotels of similar class.

Location is in an industrial area. We walked to the center, but you can take a taxi. You will still save money. Breakfast was just ok! I wished there was a kettle with coffee. But there is a water machine near the elevator with hot and cold water. Luckily, I had my own coffee.

Very clean, staff helpful, good facilities, and it has a bar, bar staff nice as well

The only thing I would say is that it’s a good 35min walk into the centre, this didn’t bother me, but if you do struggle with walking a distance, it might not be for you.

Friendly staff. Nice, spacious rooms. Has its own parking which was empty when I stayed there. Huge parking spots, you could probably squeeze 2 cars in one space.

It's a bit out of the way from most points of interest in the city, but you know that when you are booking it.

I had a great private room with a wonderful balcony. Spacious room. Great Views of the city, the Estrella Galicia Museum and the surrounding country. The Reception staff were exceptional! Very charming, patient and helpful.

Better Gym. Perhaps a spa?

Nice and modern hotel with rooms big enought.We were missing only the fridge (but you can use fridge on reception).If you have a luck, you canpark in front of the hotel free, otherwise they have underground parking for €10/day.
