The outside of the Hotel was very cute, and the pool was very good. The beds were very comfortable. We especially liked the restaurant opposite, which belongs to the group, it had very good Italian food. The train that takes us to the beach and the Beach Blub was very cute, and the kids loved it.

I expected the room to be a little better, and so was the cleanliness. Sometimes the floor was poorly cleaned, and my baby children walked barefoot. The pool has an opening/closing time. The price of the Buffet for the variety it had was high, it didn't even have natural juice, nor many healthy options for babies. The baby soup cost 5€ per soup, which we also found too much.

The location, the peaceful atmosphere, the kids’ club, and the green spaces.

- The air conditioning wasn’t working. I asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was done and I received no feedback. - There was ongoing construction near the pool, which was unpleasant. - The parking fee was unjustified. If you’re staying at the hotel, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking—especially since it was always empty. The price was also excessive. - The breakfast price is too high, especially for guests staying several days.

Room was spacious and clean. AC worked non-stop and there was no way to cool it down. Breakfast was normal, nothing special. Pool for children was really nice with entertainer who worked with kids. Location was in a residential area with two mini market around, no bar, no coffee shop, no bakery around. Restaurants belong to Hotel didn't have good food as we expected.

The staffs! They seemed don't care about customers. Their answers to questions was short and not clear. The girls 'staff were much helpful then male.

I really liked everything about the hotel, especially the pool area, the wellness space (sauna, steam room), the indoor heated pool, as well as the comfortable accommodations, good showers, and great beds. The staff was very attentive. Pet friendly hotel.

The only things I can mention are that the Wi-Fi speed wasn't very fast and sometimes the signal wasn't very good, at least in the Villas, but we managed to watch Netflix. Also, the bar and restaurant hours were a bit confusing. Between 3 PM and 7 PM, there was no place inside the hotel to order food, only at the restaurant across the street (which is very close). However, for those at the pool, it was inconvenient to have to go to the restaurant, order something to take away, and then return to the pool.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast selection was fantastic. We ate in the bar in the evenings and the food was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa and wellness area is beautiful and very relaxing. There is a lovely park nearby for a nice morning walk. Beach is a short walk away.

The sound of the TV from next room could be heard but it wasn't too bad. At the time we visited there was nothing open in the locality but that's not the hotels fault.

Entire hotel is a bit dated, but for the price you can’t complain ! Paper thin walls , every word was heard next-door..mold behind bathroom sink, shower basin to shallow to hold water so it was constantly overspilling onto floor. Some staff members were not very friendly..

Friendly welcome. Attractive open public spaces that connected with outside. Spa pool & thermal circuit were well done, but temps could have been higher in jacuzzi tub and sauna.

As it was low season, there were not many dining options. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Ample practice greens, driving range space, etc. However, according to my husband, a life member of the PGA, the range balls were terrible, an embarrassment to such a nice golf property.

Breakfast was incredible with a great variety of sweet and salty options.

I wish soft drinks (filtered water) were included in the half board. It’s not about the money , I just prefer to forget about any extra cost while I’m in vacation.

The rooms are nice and super clean. The service and people are all really nice and helpful. We had a dog and we never felt unpleased with the service help during the room cleaning.

The pool. There aren't enough beds for everyone which instigates people "reserving" it very early by hanging their goals and marking the place... So space for beds are short and the solution was adding 4 double VIP beds which mostly were empty due the cost (50€/day or 25€/half-day including 4 or 2 cocktails)... This is not a nice solution when there are always people around and giving up to look for a place. Last year the problem already existed but it seems now was the worst. Beside this last fact I still would recommend the place with the hope management will think in a better solution.
