Very clean, excellent space, comfortable bed, lovely friendly staff, lovely pool and kids pool, lots of sunbeds, not too busy, nice evening entertainment! Towels included which you can change as much as you like. Definitely think this is at least 4 Stars not 3!

Our air conditioning unit was broken and pouring water out - it was fixed but then it happened again. Very very very noisy - especially closing the balcony doors / people walking past your room at midnight. But very comfy bed and I fell back to sleep very quickly after being woken up. Restaurant is very expensive - our most expensive meal of the holiday!

The room was clean, with air conditioning and a balcony, as well as towels and kitchen utensils. There is parking next to the hotel, but there are few spots — although free parking is also available a bit further away. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with fresh fruit and pastries. A free shuttle to the beach runs every hour. Almost every evening there is entertainment for both children and adults, which ends around 11 p.m. — so if your room faces the pool or sea, it might be a bit noisy until then. Wi-Fi worked reliably. It's an excellent option for a family vacation. We recommend it.

Poor sound insulation.

Great pool for kids. The whole place feels very family oriented, which was why we selected it. Staff were friendly and let us stay and use the pool even after we checked out. Kitchen had most of the basics I would want for making food. Sofa bed worked for small kids for a night, though don't know if it would have worked for bigger kids or for a longer stay. I was impressed with the animator/entertainment staff and the programs--we didn't participate, but it was pretty extensive and the vibe was really child friendly.

I didn't realize there was no AC, which is probably why the price was lower than expected. There are overhead fans, and that probably would have been fine along with opening windows, but windows didn't have screens on them so we were a little anxious about getting bitten by mosquitos. It's relatively low cost to put screens on even just one window in each room.

Good breakfast tbh, location is amazing, view is 10 out of 10. There is a swimming pool, the staff is very kind and polite, very friendly, parking for car, walking distance from shops, town, beach, have an open mind, its not a 4 star hotel however I will say its better than a 3 star.

Not staff fault, rooms in the actual block have a strange build inside where you can hear people talking when they are in the bathroom/ and when they use the showers it produce a very loud noise in our room.So I never came across this in my life, imagine, if I left the shower running in our apartment that we were given you would barely hear the shower however when next door people were using the showers it made a horrible noise, felt like noise coimg from some sort of shower electrical water pump,did not help that they were having shower close to midnight for over 40 min , one night actually was close to 1 AM, it you happy with the noise well other than that could not fault it. Maybe if we staid longer I would ask to change rooms, I know I could not bear it for a week.

Everything was top! The Hotel was really nice and everything in the room, garden and pools where clean! The bar outside was clean and the drink and food was really good! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The reception was 24h open. The Entertainment was top and really good! Various activities were planned throughout the day for both adults (aquadance, karaoke) and for children(face painting, football) and the most beautiful was the Disney evening, where some of the Disney characters danced! The children and we adults too enjoyed it! It was really one of the best vacations! I would also like to mention and thank Pedro, who was in charge of the Entertainment! Pedro was the whole time very pleasant, in a good mood and friendly! Thank you for the best moments and good memories! A special experience was (especially if you have children) the small pool with various water slides and sprinklers! While the children are playing, you can sunbathe on the deckchairs! Thanks to the hotel for a nice vacation and enjoyment! P.S. The pictures are before our check-out, so it is not so much nice as when you arrive at the hotel - when everything is nicely furnished and sorted!

The only negative thing was the wifi. We had very bad wifi in the apartment. We reported it 3 times and they restarted the hotspot, but even so the wifi was very weak. I don't know if it's only a problem in that apartment or everywhere. In any case, they deserve a 10 because everything else was perfect!

The splash park and swiming pool is big enough to keep the busy for hours but small enough I can keep and eye on them for wherever I was sitting. The pool side entertainment was great fun esp aqua aerobics. Likewise the free parking and AC gave us everything we needed. Happy come back next year.

The restaurant's food could have more vegetarian variety and is a little pricey but it does the job.

Amazing pool area, bar and entertainment. You could hear the rooms next to you but that was to be expected when staying in a family resort and it wasn’t super loud. The food is basic but all tastes really good and super reasonable prices! Lovely atmosphere in the day and very easy walk or short taxi into the town.

The rooms were old and basic and we didn’t have an oven but as to be expected when you pay a budget price. Nothing was broken, everything was clean and fresh sheets and towels were brought every other day

Nice hotel, we were there for the second time. Great pool for small children, nice staff. Comfortable room, this time also a very comfortable bed. Nice bedding. Nice shows every night. Delicious breakfast.

There is really no sound insulation. If you are disturbed by sounds and want to go to bed early, then it will be unpleasant. Some worn furniture. Needs renewal.

10/10 hotel. Exceptionally well maintained and clean hotel! Excellent breakfast! I would strongly recommend to family with young children/toddlers. Shows every night… in case you are looking for such entertainment. If you are looking for a quiet place at 8-10 pm, look for another hotel as the show/music go to ~22:30 pm. This was ok for us. Hotel staff very polite. Restaurant offers food throughout the day. View from the balcony (3rd floor) was awesome.

Wifi almost nonexistent in the room.

Very nice place for families with kids. The transfer to the beach is excellent. Staff is nice and friendly. We were initially worried about the safety but in the end all was excellent, especially the very safe area to park the car

The rooms need a bit of renovation, especially the kitchen area. Otherwise all was good.
