I didn't know what to expect for this price, but everything was just perfect. The room equipment and the bathroom might be a little older, but otherwise we were pleasantly surprised! Great staff, location and meals (half board, in some reviews mentioned as basic - I would like to see what these people consider as basic, there was everything!)

- exceptionally clean - good facilities - pool area, bar area, pool table etc - cleaners were in every day - location was good, 10 mins to beach - staff were generally friendly - drinks were good (all inclusive) - rooms were quite modern and spacious, with a balcony We were young lads on a cheap all-inclusive holiday, so thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

- more sun beds needed - food was only ok (all inclusive) - food was a bit cold at times

Cheap and cheerful place in great location. Beach 10min walk so is the rest of the busy area with shops, markets, clubs and restaurants. Few nice spots to eat nearby. Super easy check in and out with lovely girls at reception and room cleaned daily.Pool, restaurant/bar, lobby and game room on the site. Real value for money

Can be quite noisy at night as rooms are not sound proof- can hear every noise from outside and rooms next door. Pool area is small and bit crowded but all that did not spoil our amazing stay in Lloret

Great location, not far from the beach 5/10 mins. Close to the bus station. Breakfast was really good lots of choice. Comfortable bed. Really excellent value for money. Traditional Spanish hotel highly recommended, will stay here again if available 👍

Welcoming easy to use nice pool area friendly staff. Enjoyable stay.

Can hear everything through walls. Not being shown to room or breakfast area or around the hotel. Not being told there’s a fee for remote for tv or how to work changing English setting. Location was abit far out getting lost. Not for solo traveller.

I was there for festival. Location of the hotel was right next to the festival location. There are many food/drinking places around this location. Definitely perfect location bus transfer to and from Barcelona

Infrastructure is bit old.

Staff very nice extremely friendly, very central to town centre less than 5/10 mins walk to sea front. Beds are comfortable.

Hear everything through the walls 😂 people banging doors at night when coming home from pubs.

The staff are very pleasant and we're always happy to help. The food with the all inclusive package was exceptional and a very good variety. Rooms are basic but clean and bedding and towels were changed daily.

Nothing I didn't like you get what you pay for and this is a very good hotel for the money

The food was fantastic, nice and quiet where we were in the hotel, air conditioning definitely helped it was red hot and so we slept comfortably. But most of all the staff were lovely and friendly and always had a smile for us. Would definitely go again 😊

If I'm being picky, I could have done with another pillow but that's all.

The staff was friendly and reliable, pleasant. The food meets the hotel standard. The room was clean, the hotel services are satisfactory. For me, satisfaction.
