It was a great choice - very modern, clean, perfect location right at the Plaza De Espania metro station, right next to the Gran Via, multiple shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants etc. Fantastic price for what you get and what’s most important: really nice, smiley and helpfull staff. Highly recommended!

There is nothing I dislike.

Great location and the staff at Letoh Letoh were very friendly and helpful. The coffee at the coffee bar is great. We treated ourselves to a room with a terrace which was worth it to enjoy coffee on the rooftop. The room was good- a little tight in places- for example to get out to the terrace, but it served our needs. Very comfortable bed and the sheets were changed daily which is a luxury! Air-con in room was good too. There was a coffee machine in the room, although we didn't use it, it's a nice touch.

The acoustic separation between rooms is not good. The shower room/wc is glazed, so if you need extra privacy then this might not be the place for you. This is obvious from the room images online though, so didn't come as a surprise.

Everything was excellent

Nothing really except that I came there for holidays with my friend and the bathroom (I can’t call it like that really) was made from glass and I could literally see my friend in the shower and toilet; it wasn’t even blur enough to cover anything

Great place to stay in Madrid, hotel is clean, and decorated in a very aesthetic way. Shower has excellent pressure, only issue was that internet had weak signal,but that was all over Madrid as well as Toledo (my guess was that it had nothing to do with the hotel?). Location is great,close to several subway stations that connect to RENFE ( in case you want to continue exploring Spain by bus, Renfe takes you to one of the main bus stations) , from the airport, you can easily get there by subway. At night, it is a safe place to walk, we walked to grab sth 2 eat at 3 a.m. and area felt relatively safe.

Anything, everything was great.

This hotel was in a really good location for everything we wanted to do in Madrid. It was within a ten minute walk of different meeting points for tours, was within 2 minutes from the nearest metro station, and there was a flamenco restaurant nearby as well. Compared to other hotels similarly located, this one had the best value while still being a nice hotel. Just know that the rooms are small. It worked perfectly for me because I like to have my own room while traveling anyway, but it would be cramped for even a couple to stay there.

I wish there was some kind of breakfast included with the hotel stay, but they do have a little coffee shop attached to the hotel and you can get a pastry and a coffee for 5 euro which ends up being a quick, not too expensive way to have breakfast before you head out. The bathroom was cleaned every day, but there was a strange smell that came from it that I assume came from the pipes that would show up in the late afternoon and evening everyday. If I flushed the toilet a few times in a row it would go away for a while. Not sure there was anything the hotel could have done about it anyway, but given the small size of the room, the smell would dominate quickly.

Location is fantastic, lots of shops and restaurants, easy to travel to attractions from the hotel. The café is great and the staff was extremely lovely!

The room was on the smaller side and it had a very impractical lighting set up.

Our stay at Letoh Letoh was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean room—such a thoughtful gesture. Another highlight was the bar on the ground floor, where we had one of the best cappuccinos ever. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, just a short walk from Gran Vía, and only two minutes from the metro to the airport—super convenient! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

The hotel is very well situated and close to Plaza de Espana Metro station (less than 5 mins walk). Just off the Gran Via, the Palace, Opera and Plaza Mayor are all within 15 minutes walk. The staff are very friendly, and check-in / check-out are very prompt. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. This is a very simple hotel with no eating facilities other than a small coffee shop, but there are many places to eat surrounding the hotel. Hotel rooms are quiet even though the hotel is in a very busy part of Madrid.

The rooms are simple and functional - there is not a lot of space for clothes. I would say that hotel caters more for short city breaks rather than longer stays.

Such a great, stylish and well located accomodation. The place is it next to Plaza Espan̈a and Gran via, wich is perfect for you to move around. The room was a bit small but enough for a solo person. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and the staff super friendly. Main reason I booked this place was the big Co-working table they got. After checking out, spent a couple of hours working there while having good coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby.

If you are a light sleeper, I think you will have issues with the noise. The rooms are no soundproof so you can hear a bit the showers from other rooms and ppl walking through the aisle. It didn't matter to me but just a heads up.

Modern Hotel. Fantastic location. Very close to the Royal Palace and situated right at the centre of Madrid and all of the attractions are nearby. Plenty of eateries, tapas and pubs/bar nearby and situated right in the middle of Madrid's Chinatown and high end street.

No option for breakfast. Rooms are a bit small and the toilet is part of the room separated by a thick glass sheet as part of modern hotel architecture. The wash basin is outside the toilet and in the room. Personally I did not like the room structure. Heating is from AC which sometimes does not heat the room enough to be comfortable.
