Location easy to find, easy walk from Train station. lots to see and do in very easy walk about town. Room - Booked to have a balcony and view of tower. Couldn't fault it overlooking the city roof tops. Arrived early hoping to drop off our bags which was perfectly acceptable to do in a safe room at reception but our room was ready so we got to check in straight away. Reception stuff very helpful and knowledgeable about area and gave good tips. Breakfast was a good way to start the date meant we could hit the city running but there are loads of external options . Toiletries in the room where lovely. Photos on website as per rooms. Roof bar was a nice bounce after a long day sight seeing to be able to sit out and have a nice cocktail before getting ready to head out for the evening. Price of cocktails was very competitive with area but very fresh. Would stay again . Felt safe wondering about and i would stay again on my own as i from time to time do solo traveling.

Don't really have anything to say.

What a stunning location! Right in the heart of the old city… next to/almost under a stunning 18th century tower. Easy access to culture, museums, shops, restaurants, Christmas lights..and the whole marine area c10-15 mins walk away and the beach c20-25 mins. The room (no 46 as you ask!) came with a wonderful balcony.

Corridors/doors a bit echo-y and therefore noisy when people enter/leave rooms.

One word - WOW! I'm so glad we booked this hotel. The location is fantastic and has so much character, you're able to walk most places in Málaga from there making it a great base to stay. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious with lovely decor, with a smart TV where we could watch things on YouTube when the weather was bad, which it was on our first day. It was a lovely place to hunker down with a soggy McDonald's from 5 minutes up the road. The staff we encountered were all great. We were able to check in a little early as we chanced it to see whether the room was ready, and they were happy to accommodate. We ate breakfast each day in the restaurant and found it to be great value and delicious with very polite service. From reception to waiting staff to the housekeeping who do a brilliant job, it was all friendly and delivered with a smile. On our last night the fire alarm went off at around midnight - it was quickly deduced it was a false alarm but took a while to turn it off. We popped to McDonald's (again) for a coffee to pass the time. We weren't expecting anything from it (things happen after all!) but breakfast the next day was free of charge for any guests, which I thought was a lovely gesture from the hotel. If you do stay here, we highly recommend the rooftop terrace. It's a beautiful space to enjoy a drink and unwind, and even at its busiest it had a great friendly atmosphere. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, and if I was to go to Málaga again (a beautiful and friendly city) I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

A little loud in the streets below but nothing we couldn't sleep through.

Location was amazing. Room was a good size. Shower was powerful. Complimentary bottled water daily. Comfortable bed, towels good quality. Breakfast was OK. Staff were helpful. Roof top bar was awesome

Maybe more variety with the breakfast. Orange juice, tea / coffee great. Selection of sandwich, which is good but a little limited for vegetarians- final option scramble egg or pancakes - maybe a variation on the eggs could be considered. Our room was super - the only downside was that the main light for the outside passage shone right into the room making the room light all night. The hotel had put fabric up to the window- a suggested would be black out material for those who are light sensitive when sleeping ( we actually purchased eye masks)

Our double room with a view was excellent and would recommend this room choice. Very centrally located near to many attractions, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was interesting with choices from a selected list of options including eggs, pancakes, yoghurt and mini baguettes which were all delicious. Unlimited tea and coffee certainly a bonus. All staff extremely helpful and very pleasant. Room temperature easily controlled and bed very comfortable.

Our double room did not have a fridge which was disappointing. Perhaps a little expensive compared to other similar Malaga hotels that we have stayed in.

The location was perfect, right bang in the centre and within easy walking distance from all the points of interest.. The breakfast was lovely. Freshly cooked and varied. The roof top bar was exceptional and the staff super friendly. We had a room with a balcony which received the afternoon sun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central hotel for a city break. I have now stayed here twice and will definitely come back a third time 😁

The only issue we had was the drain odour. This seems to be a common issue and not exclusive to the hotel. The airport has the same odour. Presumably this is due to the heat and the general drainage systems.

The hotel is very well situated in a quieter area of the old quarter, so a very easy walk to the main sites of Malaga and easy access from the Metro system. There were so many restaurants and bars within steps from the hotel, including the restaurant within the hotel which provided excellent value breakfasts. I was very glad I had upgraded to the family room, so my daughter and I had some degree of privacy with the large room divided into two areas. The bathroom was also huge. There was even a sweet little patio for our use. There was a small fridge in the room and a kettle, but very limited tea and coffee supplies (although I believe you could request more).

The beds were the biggest letdown of the hotel, as the mattresses were inconsistent with hard and soft places. The air con was only adjustable up to a point.

A wonderful location in the center of the old town next door to the church. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a cocktail. But we were there during a cold spell, so very cold after the sun had gone down.

We had a room for 4 people. 2 beds had sheets & covers, the bunk just a sheet. Very cold during the night. The restaurant downstairs was shut for refurb, so breakfast was taken on the rooftop. Far too cold to sit outside - just 6 degs! However we were refunded the cost of breakfast so we could go elsewhere. A shame we weren't told it was closed before booking just the previous day.

Hotel is conveniently positioned in a lively part of the old town where locals still outnumber the tourists. There are a few options to have dinner nearby. All the major sights (except the historic botanical garden) are within walking distance.

As the hotel is in the pedestrian zone, taxis can't reach the hotel, but they can drop you off some 2 min walk away. Although the breakfast rules were explained by the waitress, they are somehow confusing, especially as you get the menu in which some basic prices and some supplements are listed. I would prefer to get a simpler list of options (what are the choices without paying extras). For example, it seems that you can get eggs or yoghurt, but not both. Don't expect to have views from the standard room.

The hotel is centrally located which we wanted. However, best to use a taxi to this location as the hotel is difficult to locate otherwise. The room was exceptional, quite large and very comfortable with all the facilities to be expected, such as a safe etc. The view from the room was also quite amazing. Breakfast was included, very good quality, and served at ground floor, either internally or in a small courtyard adjacent to the street/plaza. Dinner on our last night was also very good quality and served by experienced and knowledgeable staff.
