The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms need some renovation but very clean. Beach is just down stairs. A variety of choices for dinner.

My husband did not feel well one night possibly due to the steak during the dinner. But overall the food is ok.

Breakfast and lunch in the oasis bar were great. Lots of choice and delicious salads Evening meal more choice for vegetarians and fish eaters which I enjoyed but husband not so much Good choice of wines and spirits Staff fantastic on reception and in restaurants and bar. Various activities if you wanted them Recommend booking bus for transfer as much cheaper than taxi and excellent service Beautiful views and beach

Pre made cocktails in the bars. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The spa is in another hotel just opposite Prefer to go to evening meal when we want rather than choose a sitting

Food was excellent, varied choice and fresh Beds were lovely and comfortable Range of drinks was good

We chose the Star Prestige package and apart from the separate terrace/pool didn't feel it merited the extra expense The rooms were a little disappointing, with lots of damage/chips to the furniture and walls giving a shabby feel

The food was great and we would recommend this hotel to others, we liked our room because it had a good view on the ocean. We were really satisfyed with the pools outside, which included many activities such as aquagym, pool party and many other games.And lat but definitely not least, the shows, they were so funny.

The beach was a little far away from our resort but it was okay and the paying for the bowling was quite unnecessary. Also the sunbaths were charged.

The beach by the hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the food delicious. They even surprised me for my birthday with a special decoration and gift.

The place wasn’t as clean as expected. We observed the same flip flops lying around for almost a week, the hotel room floor wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis.

It has a great location, the food and drinks were great, I loved that the drinks were self service, so you didn’t have to wait in line to get served, the animation team were fun and enthusiastic. So overall we had a great time, I would definitely recommend it.

We’ll initially I asked for a transfer from the airport, which they told me they don’t organize, than I requested that they recommend a transfer company, but never got a reply to that email.

Amazing beach, infinity pool & jacuzzi at Star Prestige, location, ocean view, quality and wide selection of food and beverages, cleanliness and pleasant fragrance present everywhere in the property.

Lack of individually adjustable air-conditioning, and only indoor restaurant (both weaknesses mean an unwanted hot climate experience).

When we got to the hotel we were welcomed by Mr Paweł who is a true maestro of the front desk. He made our stay unique and unforgettable. As it was our anniversary, we got a discount on the room upgrade. We were delighted with our apartment- a huge terrace, stunning sea view and jacuzzi in our room kept us spending more time in the room than we planned before:) The animation team (Judith, Barrbie, Marcin and Stano) did everything to make us active and enjoy every moment of our holidays. The food was exceptionally good. Barman Felipe and his friend from Dominican Republic were preparing the best mojito in Fuerteventura! We’re already missing this hotel and we’re coming back soon for sure!

It’s hard to explain , we like everything ,hotel really nice comfortable a lot of areas to spend a time ,food amazing everything fresh always changing menu ,snacks and drinks all day , a l lot of activities , staff really friendly helpful ,we will back definitely .
