Beautiful location and view, really lovely personel. People at desks, at restaurants, as well as maintenance stuff, pretty much everyone there was very proffessional, helpful and nice. It felt really honest and natural. Very decent food, drinks were made with care and from proper ingredients. Quite few activities of different kind available for guests at the place. Private indoor parking available within the price. And for my little fetish - the water pressure was super strong it filled the bathtub with very hot water within 2-3 minutes, loved that one.

Few details should be definitly sorted out. The wifi did not worked on google chromecast and i’m not the biggest fan of watching foreign tv. It worked only on some devices and required special login in every 15 minutes on the hotel website. The room felt a bit outdated witch is not really an issue for me as long as everything feels solid and properly working. Piece of door frame fell of, and the flush took 10 minutes of loud and weird noises to refill. The chair on the balcony smelled bad, small thing but I took a sit there to relax. Also blankets for the evenings would be a nice touch, and at least one really subtle source of light in the room.

Overall the hotel was great, we had access to the main hotel which we hardly used as there were to many guests at the time, we had a look at the buffet in the main hotel once which looked good but it was very noisy so I’d recommend sticking to the Royal Level buffet. We are a family of vegetarians and Daniel, Juanita & Cassandra went over and beyond to suit our vegetarian needs, they arranged for the chef to make separate food for us which was great. I wouldn’t go by any of the negative reviews on the Royal Level as that originally put us off our stay but this place is amazing, it’s better than some of the 5* hotels we have stayed at which is saying something! Guest management were also great in helping with food arrangements, I think their names were Saide & Alvaro.

Only one of the staff members at the buffet was a bit rude, I don’t know her name as she didn’t have a name badge but she wore glasses. It would be nice if they had sunbed service for drinks but not a massive issue as it’s nice to get up sometimes to go and get a drink.

Service and food in Patio Canario restaurant was excellent and they made a big effort to cater to our needs as vegetarians. Service in Cafe Atlantico really friendly. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Sunbeds also really comfortable in Royal Level. Beach is stunning although quite a walk through the hotel to get there.

On our first day the room had an issue with the aircon unit not working and causing a foul smell. After some back and forth the hotel moved us to a different room but the air conditioning didn’t work at all. We had to wait for hours to finally get a room that had functioning aircon and this was frustrating after a long day of travel and we felt we were made to feel as if we were being unreasonable. The room we were eventually given was great though and it wouldn’t stop us staying there again. Reception not always manned in Royal Level.

Our stay was super nice and relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent and offers a breathtaking view over the sea. The first-class service and friendly staff deserve special mention. All the staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Special praise is due to Selene from the restaurant with her warm and friendly manner. :)

The bathroom could get a little makeover. But nothing too bad.

Exceptional customer service, fantastic pool and spa. Thank you to Marianna from guest relations, Nick and Iza from the spa and Nikola for the best cocktails at the Atlantico bar. We've had the best soups at the Royal restaurant.

Confusing room and housekeeping service. Coffee and milk were sometimes replenished more often not, bathroom amenities the same and the toilet wasn't cleaned for days. Considering the level of the room, the cleanliness is far from okay. Please have a look under the mini bars and behind the sofa cushions.

For Royal Level - Spacious, clean, fabulous setting, lovely pool area

The wi fi wasn’t great and there was a lack of information about eg local transport, hotel activities, restaurant menu etc. The app had very limited information and while staff were helpful there was usually a queue at reception. We booked bed and breakfast only, but it’s really designed for all inclusive so that caused a bit of confusion.

The staff was great; in particular, Marianna at the Royal level reception, Dan at Atlantico Restaurant service, and Gabriele at the Atlantico Bar took the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and nice as possible. The quality and variety of food was really good. The room was spacious with complimentary drinks upon arrival.

It wasn't as quiet as expected, with noise starting from 08:00 onwards due to chatter and staff pushing carts outside our room. The "balcony" outside our room, was more of a designated area of a communal pathway, offering little to no privacy with other guests leaving their towels on the sunbeds allocated to our room.

I loved how big the property was with many options of good quality food. We also thought all of the staff were very friendly and amazing. Also enjoyed the beach views and immediate access to the beach!

The bed sucked! Looked like a king but was actually 2 twins pushed together and that creates a gap between the beds which made it very uncomfortable. Also the fitness center was very outdated and most of the machines did not function properly.

This was my second stay in this hotel and I had a great time! The rooms are very comfortable, the pool area is lovely, the food is wonderful and I think it is exceptional value for the quality. The service is exceptional- you’re very well looked after in the restaurant and the rooms get cleaned twice a day. I couldn’t have been happier- I will definitely be back. Because the adults only area is quite small you easily get chatting to the other guests but there’s also enough space to be on your own if that’s what you prefer. Ideal for a solo traveler.

Staff are the hotels best asset,from cleaners to waiting staff all exceptional, a special mention for Mark the bartender a true star.

Aircon wasn't working and did report it several times but was never fixed but weather wasn't that hot so could cope.
