The location is great, with a direct view of the ocean and the beaches. The views are beautiful, and the pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The breakfast is very good, with fresh products.

The service was artificially nice. We had an unpleasant experience on the first day during breakfast. I didn’t know it was a premium table and we were asked to leave in an unkind manner. No one offered to move our plates and we were left feeling embarrassed. The hotel is old and the rooms need renovation. The acoustics are very poor – you can hear other guests snoring and chairs being moved. In the evening there is a strong smell of food on the terrace and it’s hard to relax because you have to hide from the smell of oil.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, steps from a fantastic beach, with plenty more stunning beaches within a short driving distance. We arrived very late after an evening flight, car hire office etc and were given a lovely welcome with a glass of cava and a great meal waiting for us. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had an amazing sea view. Food excellent. As others have said, the stand out here are the brilliant team, led by visible management. Special mentions to Sara, Esther and Hassan but everyone was fantastic.We are already talking about returning.Thank you!

The location was perfect, the hotel is nice and clean, breakfast and dinner are to die for, swimming pool , jacuzzi were heated.

Some of the staff are not as nice. They get overwhelmed during lunch hours - god forbid you want to order just a drink or have questions. Also, if you are not retired German , they will treat you differently. This hotel is just for relaxing/quiet retreat , don't expect anything else. Our bathroom got flooded during the first shower, and it took several trips to the reception to get it fixed the next day, not what you expect from 4* and the money you pay ( we were not offered to swap the room, not even small little compensation).

Location excellent, room overlooking the sea and the breakfast/dinner terrace were great. Buffet food on the whole good, plenty of choice. Fresh cooking station for fish and meat at dinner was excellent. Close to the most gorgeous beach and also a small number of bars and restaurants.

Good selection of food at buffet but some had been sitting out too long and/or was over cooked. Beds were 2 singles and I prefer a double and we had to ask for more comfortable pillows. Lacked a little atmosphere in the bar after dinner.

The hotel was situated right on the beach and in the centre of town. We arrived hot and tired and were offered a parking space outside the door and a glass of cava. Room was prepared early for us and was immaculate. Complementary bottle of wine and water in our room. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Vegetarians not obviously catered for at dinner and the Al a carte breakfast wasn’t offered as expected. However the buffet food was fresh and the service impeccable.

Very good bread. Good selection and variety of meals (however some on the too spicy side). Comfort and view from the dining area exceptional. Direct access to the beach and relative peace close to the city should be appreciated. Mid-size hotel.

Occasional "Schlager" to "Modern Talking" music in the evening was almost irritating. But considering the demography (including my own) is a small price for otherwise peaceful neighbourhood.

Pillows maybe a little more comfortable

Very well located, beach super easy to access and nearby Morro Jable center. The rooms are very confortable with nice sea view balcony. the breakfast and dinner are very good quality food (dinner changing every night) - really to class! can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Luke at the front desk was amazing. Had an answer and a story for every question we had, and made us feel at home. Thank you Luke!
