Hotel is located in a really good position, just facing the main square of Orduna. The personal is really nice, and the hotel is really modern and with fine furnished. The breakfast was amazing with a good choice of different sweets and salty foods. Lastly the spa is really nice, with a lot of different pools and treatments.

The spa could be really crowded in some moments, especially in the central hours of the afternoon and; depending on the days, the noise from the people outside in the street may be disturbing but nothing major

Room was comfortable. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The spa area was quite nice, they have several pools, saunas and everything you would expect. The place is nice and you can dine on pintxos and good wine.

Well, they charge you for everything, don't forget the flip flops, hat and swimming costume if not they can sell it to you, but it's a bit of a rip-off.

The hotel was very relaxed and the staff were helpful. The spa was really relaxing and the town was interesting, a great picture of Spanish life.

Although the spa was good and the staff were really helpful it could have been a bit better looked after, there was mould around the poll edeges and paint flaking from some areas of the ceiling. Also there were 2 dirty towels left in our bedroom when we checked in, and a mouldy avocado in my daughters room.

Great, historical building, right in the main square. Spa was available, although we did not use it. Breakfast was varied, and had warm food and fruits

The decor seemed a bit in decay. Lighting in the room did seem to make much sense. The sweet section of breakfast did not seem to be fresh.

A beautiful hotel right in the middle of Orduna. In the evening the locals come out on the square and the place comes alive. Very friendly staff who helped us by allowing our bicycles to be stored inside. Large corridors to the rooms and inviting communal areas. Well appointed large bedrooms that were well kept.

Air con was working but not particularly strong even on lowest setting

The location on the main square, we had a wonderful view from the window. Clean, comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the Thermal Circuit in the Spa. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices and great bar.

The spa was really amazing, and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent too.

The mini bar was switched off and empty. Some of the toiletries that the hotel offered were missing.

We were there for an overnight stay. The helpful young man, on reception, took us, with our motorcycles, to the secure underground carpark. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. We had breakfast, which was fine. The location was good, central in the main plaza.

The hotel was popular with the locals and their children could play outside in the plaza. The room was huge with an impressive stone wall. There was a shop and many restaurants close by.

I was confused by the one way streets trying to find the parking.
