It located in the other side of the town, easily accessible to all the buses and metros. Great price for the size of the room and location. What I like the most is it is safe for a solo traveler like me, the host is very responsive and the bathrooms are always clean and accessible. I gave it a 8 because the wall is little bit thin, so the first night with the late coming neighour I can't sleep well. But once I get used to it, it worked out fine.

The location was convenient, as we arrived and left Bilbao with the bus. It was about a 10 minute walk. The hotel looked out onto a little local square with trees and shade (it looks better than the pictures) with a couple of bars and cafes around it. There was also a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable enough for one or two nights. A local area, and close enough to walk to the center of Bilbao. The price was good, compared with others in Bilbao in high season.

There is no reception, and we found it difficult to use the codes to unlock the front door, as well as the door to the pension itself. A code was needed to get into the shared bathrooms as well, which is sort of awkward when you need to use it in the night. The instructions to get into the building and rooms could be made more clear. Also, because there's no reception, there is no option to store bags in case of early arrival/ late departure.

It had all I needed for one night . It was very clean It was very close to the central busstation The shared bathroom was clean The staff online was quick and helpful It was quiet at night There were 3 bars with good pintxos downstairs

The hall smelled great, the room was clean and the process of things very smooth. I loved the location. I felt very comfortable at all times, like home truly!

Given the festivities, someone made a bit of a mess in the bathroom on Saturday that was not clean until Monday. Not enough to bother most people though. There could be some cleaning supplies for the guests use, just in case it's needed. And more trash bags

Hostel is located not very far from Bilbao Intermodal station. There are many shops, cafes and bars nearby. Guggenheim Museum is in about 25 min walking distance. There is no reception, all communication goes through Booking messages. All doors in the hostel have electronic locks so you don't need to always carry the keys with you. Hostel rooms are quite asketic but clean. There is also an additional warm blanket in the room, however the heaters work well enough. Shared bathrooms are clean as well and have toiletries.

Bed was quite hard and not very comfy, however it's a subjective opinion. During 4 days stay there was no room service. For such a cheap overnight price I don't mind if the room is not often cleaned and towels exchanged but it would be nice to have garbage bin cleaned at least once.

We loved our stay ,the room is very basic and the house a bit noisy with a lively bar across the road but we enjoyed our stay for the price I think it was excellent value for money.

Paint the wall where the old tv was hanging .and maybe a kettle to make tea.

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and other guests were pretty quiet. Very nice hot shower.

Heard the bar noise from below because the window was open due to warm weather. I don’t know how to fix that, unless a small fan was provided.

Very easy system to enter the rooms, the building and bathrooms. Overall the room had all basic necessities. Bathroom was very clean.

The location is a little tricky to find. Would be nice to have some more signage if possible. More importantly, the check in process through the external portal is a bit sketchy with the deposits and all through a different website. Would be more comfortable as a guest to do everything directly via booking. Was not comfortable sharing my credit card and details through the external website...

Great place, value and location near lots of cafes and supermarket. Close to main transport hub, room clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend. 🇦🇺

Exceeded expectations. Staff was super helpful and just a call away. Great location, multiple bars around. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Would stay there again.
