We've had a perfect 3 night stay in Zenit hotel. We needed a centrally located, quiet and clean place as a base for exploring Bilbao, and that's exactly what we got! Our room overlooked the inner garden and it provided a good night' s sleep, the bed and pillows were comforable, it was very well cleaned and maintained daily. The location is very good, easily walkable to many sightseeing locations, but also to metro and other public transport. The staff is very professional and hospitable. The amenities are very satisfying, as well. We look forward to returning some day :)!

A great choice for Bilbao. The room was spotlessly clean and a very good size. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a big choice beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and very helpful. In terms of location the hotel is just outside the actual centre of Bilbao but the 15 minute walk to the centre itself was really nice and so I would say the location was great. Even th Old Town is only a lovely 30 minute walk. If you are visiting Bilbao to go to the Stadium San Mames the location is perfect.

Central and easy to access + as advertised. Front desk staff were excellent.

For some reason staff on breakfast duty don’t seem to think it’s necessary to remove dirty dishes as people finish up each course. Result - end up breakfast with a pile of plates on the table. It’s not hard and leaves such a good impression. At some places the staff don’t care, but here they did so maybe just needs a bit of reminder - clear tables as people go to ensure the breakfast experience was is a good one please.

Good room with a nice double bed. GREAT bathroom and shower. The reception team super lovely and helpful. Good facilities around the hotel and only a 5-10 minute stroll to San Memes if you're catching a Bilbao game and a similar distance to the Bus Station if you're going to San Sebastian. It is a leisurely 15-20 min walk to the Guggenheim/River area but you want that as you pass by the Pinxos bars. Bilbao was a super easy city to get around and the Hotel is easy to navigate to and from after a day's stay. Breakfast was very very good.

My room didn't have an street view window, only having one to the internal courtyard, so did feel a bit enclosed. But that's just a nit pick.

I stayed at zenith in Bilbao and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, a perfect stay in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

Nothing to fault about our stay in the perfect located hotel.

Extremely comfortable bed and the best pillows I found in our 20 night trip. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Although hotel is quite a way from the old centre of Bilbao it is near a wonderfully vibrant area for pinchos bars and restaurants. All sights such as Guggenheim and funicular walkable.

Room much smaller than expected. Breakfast choice limited and not very imaginative. We were not warned that restaurant not open at weekends.

Excellent location. Tram across the street and supermarket one block away. Extremely convenient for this 82 year old travelling alone. Staff very accommodating.

Location was perfect with tram terminus outside front door of hotel. Staff on reception were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite good. Bacon and eggs could have been hotter but coffee machine was excellent

Rooms a little small but to be expected in city centre location

Modern, clean, fresh, esthetic. Electric kettle, AC fully controlable, breakfast nothing special but good. Good sound insulation, carpets, blackout curtains. Shoehorn. Fridge.

TV remote control impracticable. Instead of normal duvet-cover two loose sheets of linen, really disgusting...

Ultra modern spotlessly clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast with loads of different choices. The room was superb with lots of modern lighting and the shower in the bathroom was fabulous.

On the booking.com site it states has paid private parking but it should mention this is very limited. On arrival the parking was full and I had to park my car in a public car park about 15 mins walk away. Had I known this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel despite how good it was otherwise.
