The apartments are new and very well furnished. There was a washer-drier in the room and there was a cleaning kit with 1 pod to use (but it was big so I used it for 2 washes). The bathroom has shower with great water pressure and toilet has built in shower too, loved it. Wifi was great, quick and stable. Apartment was big, spacious, comfy. Living room and bedroom have separate heating systems so that was nice. Blackout curtains were great and so were the windows - it is above street and across 3 bars but when windows are closed, you can't hear anything. Location was very good, easy to walk to Guggenheim, Casco Viejo, and nearby funicular. Would recommend to families and travellers who need to combine work in their schedule (and washing clothes).

Sound isolation from the hall is not the best. If somebody is sleeping on the couch in living room, they can easily hear talking in the hall. (The bedroom has great additional doors, so that is not the issue there. ) The apartment we stayed in had a funny smell which caused me to have problems breathing, but since others were ok, I am adding it to the allergies list. Next door apartment didn't have the smell so I guess it has to do with that particular apartment (103).

Great aparthotel! This was my first time staying at any abba location. The experience was so positive that I would definitely stay with any of them in the future. Location is perfect. Close to major attractions and beyond, but was not noisy at all. Local transportation options were just a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Several markets around if you need anything. The apartment was spacious enough. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of lighting devices. Kitchenette was completely equipped. Bathroom has everything you need to pamper yourself after traveling all day. A BIG plus for us was having a washer/dryer inside the apartment! The shared grounds were always clean. Decor is modern and sleek. Elevators were working fine every day of our stay. Lobby felt welcoming. Staff are one of the friendliest we had. They provided useful information for our surroundings. Respectful, professional. Overall, I would give a 5 out of 5 rating. Well deserved!

The hotel is in a very good location, one street back from the river and approx. 10 mins walk from the Guggenheim Museum. There is a footbridge across the road (also stroller/wheelchair accessible) that you can use to easily cross to the other side of the river. The apartment itself was very well equipped with all the accessories needed, ironing board, coffee machine etc. and with a small cooking hob and large fridge space, many utensils and plates etc. The furnishings were really nice and generally the space was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not the fault of the hotel, but we chose a weekend where there was a local festival and so there were bands playing loud music outside the hotel until early in the morning, with a small stage around the corner..

An excellent apartment in a great location, a 30 minute walk covers all the attractions with some only 5 minutes away. The studio flat was spacious and well equipped for 2 adults and a 14 year old. The sofa bed was easy to fold in/ out, providing a living room during the day. Although not separated by a wall the zoning of the room gives between those in the beds and the sofa bed. Staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful, the free lockers in reception are easy to use if you arrive early

Location is super great. We also enjoyed time at the terrace. Also having a wash machine is practical for multiple days trip + me and my wife were running every day :)

1. It would be great have a clothes drying rack to dry out clothes after washing, as machine dryer does not make it 100% dry. 2. As there’s a kitchen it would be useful to have a minimal cooking set (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar) in the apartment. 3. It would be great to have some space for shoes at the entrance, otherwise several pairs are disorganized in the walk in area.

Nice studio suite with kitchen and balcony. Well located, closed to walking paths along the river and across bridges to other areas such as Old Town and city center, city trams, etc.

Deadbolt security lock from the inside on our door to our suite was jammed. So we had no ability to set that lock when we were in the room at night. Spoke to staff the next morning thinking maintenance would fix it during the day while we were out. It was not. They did not see it as a problem so long as the door closes and the basic combination entry lock works.

Love the location and the general area. Really close to the funicular and only a 15 minute walk to the main hotspots. The rooms itself are big, was pleasantly surprised with it all because it's not just an average hotel room, there's a bedroom and a separate living room area with kitchen. We had a couple of issues with the fancy toilet but that was resolved quickly after reporting. Would definitely stay again.

The AC was a little difficult to work out even with the instructions.

We were very happy with our decision to stay at Abba Suites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I slept through the night every night and I don't even do that at home. The room was very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was great for our needs. We wanted to be near the Guggenheim, a market, some cafes, and within walking distance of Ribera Market. Most of all we liked Indira, who was kind, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. We are thankful for all her assistance, as well as that of the rest of the friendly staff.

The apartment was spotless and really spacious. They let us check in early as our room was ready but if it hadn't been then lockers are provided on site to allow for luggage to be dropped off pre-check in. The staff were really helpful. The apartment itself was really well located, just by the river. About a 10 -12 minute walk to the old town and on the edge of the new town. We didn't use the cooking facilities more than once but they had everything you needed. And great shower. Really recommend.

Struggling to think of anything here. Some milk sachets to go with the coffees in the machine would have been great. But thats a nice to have.

Excellent location, bars and supermarkets on the doorstep if you want a night out of town. 15 to 20 minute walk in to town (we had a 2 year with us, so it took a little longer at times). The apartment was beautifully clean, very pleasant ladies who made our bed and helpful reception staff. Good sized fridge and small freezer and two ring hob and a combi microwave. Good quality shampoo and bodywash in the bathroom.

There was nothing we didn't like.
