The location of this apartment was amazing. It was super modern and really a great apartment. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was advertised as wheelchair accessible but actually there was 3 steps up to the door. Thankfully my dad was ok to walk up these steps but really this should be removed from the advertisement as he had to leave his mobility scooter in the hall.

Perfect location! You can easily access every part of the town by walking. Anyways, you have the subway right in front of the apartment and also different buses. Excellent shower, great towels bath, great bed.

Just the washbasin was a bit smaller and a slight noise from some motion sensors (?)

Great location, close to the metro, buses and trams. The Guggenheim is easily walkable, with boat trips available nearby. The studio had everything we needed, including a kettle and washing machine. Really comfy bed. Fab shower and fluffy towels

It was brilliant - if I had to find a negative it would be that the room is very light all night as the curtains are flimsy and the light from the corridor comes through the window. But it was lovely and quiet - just bring an eye mask if light bothers you.

Breakfast was in in nearby bakery, great staff there, really helpful and nice, provided us with a tasty beakfast for the whole family. The parking was also great, in a nearby parking lot, perfect for visiting cities like Bilbao.

Everything was great except for the outside smell that came from the nearby restaurants and apartments, we were not able to air the room because of that smell. However, we only stayed for one night and this was not a big problem.

too many same e-mails comming in. no toilet paper, only 2 towles. i understand mistakes happen, but if there is a person at the reception / close by to handle it quickly, it is different as if you only receive a message the local team will handle it.... eventually. there was also no 🧽 or other washing toilitries available. we stayed in pamplona 2 days before and toilitries were there.

Location, easy to operate once you memorize the access codes :) Good size rooms with bathroom that is very clean, comfortable beds all very clean.

sometimes you have to press the entrance codes more then once before the system gives you access. 2 nescafe cups would be nice so you can start making a fresh cup of coffee when you arrive, after that you can go food shopping. Location is best, all is available within walking distance.

It is located close to the old city and also close to the restaurant and shops. Property is very clean and very easy to check in.

Ac is sensor enabled and keeps turning off and on which kept us waling us up. When contacting reception, they did put a tap in front of sensor so it stays on for longer so we could lower the fan and make it less noisy. We asked for extra pillows after 7pm, we didn’t get them before next day

Fantastic location, great apartment, quick response to queries on the 24hr vitual reception desk. We would definitely book again.

It is a little difficult to find somewhere close to park the car for unloading/loading luggage, but staff were helpful in suggesting nearby streets.

we were missing a broom to clean the floor (as we stayed 5 nights) and no instructions where to throw the garbage/glass/plastic

A great place, close to the Guggenheim Museum, close to the old town. There is an opportunity to park the car at the parking place nearby .the apartment surroundings are quiet. The apartment was clean and had a nice smell upon entering.
