The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of the old town and close to many bars and restaurants. The hotel is great value. Room was clean, with very comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and towels, a great rain shower and two large wardrobes with ample storage. It is worth paying a little more for a superior room for the extra space. The manager Jorge left a very nice welcome note for us along with some treats. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are many places nearby to get breakfast. There is self service tea and coffee downstairs. The a/c worked well for us as it was very hot outside.

There is no safe or fridge in the room but that is reflected in the price.

Lovely staff with an easy check in at another hotel. The actual hotel is a few buildings down, right in the old town so amazing location to be in the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious with nice comfy bed and great shower. Nicely decorated with lovely big windows. They also had working spaces in both hotels which plenty of other people used during the day. Would have liked to stay here longer!

Although in a great central location, it could be noisy on weekend evenings and early in the morning with shops opening or building work. We had to be up early anyway, but definitely not the hotel for people who like a lay in.

Well, let me say first I have never heard of this hotel group. I got in late, I was tired. It was a quick Guggenheim adventure day and then I was out. I would not think twice about using their hotels again. What a great little organization. They are on top of their hotels. Their communication skills are fantastic. They pay attention to what’s going on in their facilities I was beyond impressed and really hope I get the opportunity to use them in the future. And I will be recommending them to anybody who travels like I do. For long periods of time and on fairly thoughtful budget.

There’s nothing I did not like about the property.

The room was very clean and located in the Casco Viejo which allowed us to have the best visit in town all by walk only. It was perfectly centred and the reception system (the check-in is made in another hotel) was very well done even if dislocated in another building (only 100 metres from it). This allowed to discover a nice atmosphere in the co-working space and in the cafeteria (in the hall of the other building. The bathroom provided a bidet as well, which is very rare outside Italy, but a very nice comfort. I would have loved to have a kettle in the bedroom to make the stay even cozyer. The staff was very kind and made sure everything was alright even after we left. I would recommend it 100%.

The acoustic insulation from the window facing the street is a bit low, but doesn't bother during the night: we woke up with a very pleasant piano music coming from the street.

I had a very good stay. Everything was smooth and easy. It was really a pleasure to be there without any problems. The staff gave me good directions and recommendations. The hotel was very clean and well kept. It matched the price, and the facilities were excellent. Also, the location was very central, everything was at walking distance, which was super convenient. The area was very quiet, I couldn’t hear any noise from outside, so I slept very well. Honestly, I recommend this place. I would stay here again for sure!

Great location in the characterful and lively old town - yet the room was quiet. Plenty of good eateries in the neighbourhood. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful - both with suggestions of where to eat/drink, etc and with our bicycles, which we kept in our very spacious room. We were able to leave our bikes and panniers behind the reception desk on our departure day, as our ferry wasn't leaving until the evening and it poured with rain for most of the day. Bilbao was the last stop of our cycle from Roscoff to Hendaye on the French/Spanish border (we took the train from Hendaye to Bilbao). The reception staff spoke good English and helped us plan our journey with bikes on the Metro to Bilbao port (so we didn't have to cycle through the industrial area). Highly recommend.

We booked this hotel as we needed somewhere for 1 night that was central in Bilbao. I would never normally look at anything less than 4 star so was hesitant when my partner suggested this hotel. However, we were greeted with a warm arrival by staff, our room was spacious and very clean and the location was right in the middle of the old town so perfect for exploring. We had a room that faced the back of the building so didn't experience any noise issues from the pedestrian street that the hotel is in. We heard a little echoing of voices in the corridor as people returned to their room but nothing excessive. It was perfect for what we needed and I wouldn't hesitate staying again in the future.

Staff at the front desk were excellent. I had initially booked a standard room. But I requested for a change as I was a bit unwell and wanted a roomier room. Since they did not have any alternative in the same grade, they upgraded me to another room. The gentleman at the front desk (whose name i forget but had an old wise man vibe) was way too kind and accommodating.

The room freshner is very strong and because the hotel is in the middle of Bilbao Old Town and in a street with really good bars and restaurants, it can get busy. Though it did not bother me so much - something to think about for people who prefer pin drop silence.

It is located in the very heart of the old town what makes it easy to discover this part of the city and enjoy countless bars and restaurants of local cousin. We booked the room of 18m2 and it was quite comfortable for 2 days. Our window was on the backyard and I would say that this was a big plus taking into consideration that the street is noisy until late at night. The breakfast of a good quality for a reasonable price.

The room was a good size, the bathroom and shower were excellent, and the cleaning service was very good. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The king size bed didn't have an obvious ridge in the middle, and the pillows were comfortable too.

The noise coming from the street overnight/early morning wasn't great - some double-glazing on the windows is sorely needed. We would really have appreciated a kettle and some tea/coffee bags. It makes a big difference to be able to make a hot drink, especially in the cool weather.
