Location!! The views weren’t pretty and it seems isolated but so easy to access anywhere from the local metro. We went into the centre of Bilbao, the periphery and also to the beaches in the other direction. All very easy, especially if you buy a Baril card! Also loved the staff, very friendly! And the evening meal was only 30€ per couple, including wine and water. Only two choices though.

The laundry bill was expensive. They charge per item, not per kilo, so beware!! Ask for the charges before you hand your laundry in! 9€ per T-shirt was excessive!! Breakfast was also expensive. Better to have coffee and tostada in the bar!

Helpful staff as reception, especially with taxi request to ferry port. Modern building, big room, good shower, comfortable bed. Cafe in reception was useful as not a lot close by. This hotel is in an industrial area close to docks. Easy to find, walking distance from train station if not with luggage. Convenient for ferry port, this hotel suited me. Taxi fare to ferry was 33euro approximately. Wi-Fi good ,but a little bit tricky to get started.

Location was convenient for my needs, but very limited options for food and drink nearby. Sestao the town further uphill is an interesting place, lots of activity and life in central areas.

The hotel has very good conditions, it's clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also accessible with three means of transport : bus, train and tram, which gives a lot of options to visit the whole city.

It is quite far from the city center, but still accessible.

My room was as expected for 3 star rating; good wifi. I slept well for 3 nights. My compliments to the hardworking cafeteria/bar men. There is a great service on the L2; about 12 mins to the city centre from Urbinaga metro station that is closest to the hotel. Also, the Biskaibus no. A3136 from Abando Terminus in the city centre goes to nearby "La Naval" stop no.343. My room at the back has an interesting view. No work at the weekend and only a little daytime noise on work days.

I was turned away from the restaurant at 9pm Sunday as only group tour guests were being served. Thankfully, there were 2 remaining filled rolls in the cafeteria. The location felt a little insecure at night for taking the meandering pedestrian route from the metro stop (about 5-7 mins away). The bus stop is a little better.

Fantastic staff on reception, helpful and knowledgeable. Great buffet selection at breakfast and plenty of free parking. Excellent value for money, close to metro for easy access into the city.

Not the best views, but it's in the industrial quarter so it's what you'd expect.

Easy to park on the street nearby. Was convenient when arriving by car but nothing much around. 15 minutes drive into the city for everything you could need. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Shower had excellent water pressure. I liked the view over the working port but maybe this is not for everyone.

Not very atmospheric but great for a night or two.

Staff were brilliant. We went for the Europa league final, so had little choice, but it was excellent for what we needed.

Not sure if there was still a restaurant (other than breakfast) or bar. But it's only a 15 minutes metro trip into the city.

Functional hotel on the edge of Bilbao. Check one as very smooth. Room was perfectly ok although the bed was slightly hard. Handy location within 5-10 minute walk of both metro and commuter train. Note google maps will not direct you to the metro properly and the metro station only takes cash and not credit/debit cards.

The hotel charge €5.50 to park under the building when there is plenty of free parking right next to the hotel.

Hotel is walking distance to metro station however many steps up/down. In 20 minutes you're in town. Very clean hotel, spacious. Its facing a transport company so it is somewhat noisy. Have ear plugs then you should be fine.
