Good facilites. Kitchen had stove tops, fridge and kitchenware. No oven. Breakfast included is a nice bonus! Cereal, toast, tea, coffee and juice. Good bathrooms, comfy beds. Lights auto switch off at 11pm, which we appreciated, stops people coming in late and turning on lights in big dorms.

You can walk into the center in about 40 minutes downhill. But its too far, and up too much of a steep hill for walking back from the city center to be enjoyable. However its very easy to catch the metro back, they run until 11pm. There are also buses. Then its only 5-10minutes walk to the hostel.

Sulit na sulit guys! I chose the hostel mainly due to Separate male/female quarters but I'm delighted how awesome the place is Pros Clean,Toilets/shower area ✨ Common areas are spacious Comfortable/firm foam bed Amazing night view Free functional kitchen (there's a near convince store) w/ fridge 🤩 Friendly and accommodating host/personnel-speaks English Good water pressure, awesome water temp (whoever set it should get a raise 😉) Coded lock entrance Something to consider Not that near👣 the major tourist spots, but there are several bus stops less than 300m from the area

It’s a very busy hostel with lots of rooms what I liked about the hotel was the staff they helped me change rooms because someone was snoring quite loudly. It is a kitchen but you have to fight to have a space in the kitchen it’s small and there’s not much facilities, considering how many people stay there with only two burners a microwave no proper knives just basic utensils

It’s a half an hour, 40 minute walk downhill to get to the city centres so just be prepared for a big walk or you can take buses. Be mindful when you’re in the shower, the light kept turning off. It’s a motion sensor light. It doesn’t stay on for a long.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Helpful staff, nice social interactions between guests in the kitchen and common areas (many of them are peregrinos on the Camino del Norte to Santiago), spacious room, and a good space to store my bike, and bonus: walking distance to Bilbao centre and Guggenheim (if you don't mind the hill!)

The kitchen is generally great, but there are only two stovetops which creates a bit of a cue around dinner time. The dorm was very cold (all the common areas were perfectly warm though).

The hostel is not in the city center, but it's easy to reach the main places, like Guggenheim Museum. You can also take the bus pretty easy to explore around. The toilets are clean, the mattress is not that confortable, but they are ok. Kitchen is enough and breakfast included!

The room doesn't have keys. The kitchen remain close until 8am, so if you will leave early and have food storaged in the fridge that you want to take with you, you can't access it.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the Camino del Norte (camino arrow is across the street from front door). I think it Is one of the first hostel accommodation places as you come into Bilbao from Gernika. Modern decor. Free breakfast (juice, muffins, museli, cornflakes, chocolate flakes type cereal, toast with 4 types of jam and honey). Bunkroom had large locker (use own padlock or can borrow a lock from reception). Clean linen (make up own bed). Locker has a power point inside for charging. Has kitchen, dining and lounge areas (which also have charging points). Bunk bed was stable and comfortable (no problem if other person on other bunk turns over) and a privacy screen on one side. Bunkroom had huge windows with views of the Begoña Basilica and the windows open wide for fresh air. Bunkroom was quiet in the night. Eroski supermarket few minutes walk away. On-site hostel laundry not working but modern self service laundromat (El Calcetin Perdido) just near Eroski supermarket about 5min walk from hostel. €7 wash, €3 dry for 16mins. Showers on a timer, (but can push button again if need more water) bathroom light is also on a timer. It is a little up the hill from the old town but I didn't find the hill a problem. Great wifi. Used the correos luggage transfer service to /from this hostel and it went smoothly.

No dry place to change clothes inside of shower space but this wasn't too much of a problem. Sometimes the women's bathroom got messy but other times it was well cleaned (just lots of people staying so depends on the time each day that you use it). I never had to queue for toilet or shower, so that wasn't a problem either.

The whole place was very clean, and the people there were all smiling and talking with each other. The rooms were big, the beds were separated with walls, and we all had clean sheets to use. The bathroom was also clean, the water was nice and hot. Overall, the vibes were nice, and it was such a great experience.

Due to condensation on the window, water was leaking to one of the bed next to it. This is the only thing that could be improved with small adjustments.

This is a great, traditional hostel for the independent traveller as not only are the cooking facilities very good, but an excellent breakfast is included in the price. The hostel is very welcoming, and there was secure, internal parking for my bicycle. There are multiple supermarkets nearby and the hostel is only a couple of metro stops from the city centre. (For example, it's only three stops to the Guggenheim.)

Nothing.

All fine. Quite large good equipped kitchen so possible to cook. Breakfast was nice. Coffee good. Its a bit pity there was no outside sitting area but the common room was quite big. Does the job. A large supermarket is very very close which helps a lot.

Its a big hostel so you could feel the turnaround but nothing really bad. Its up the hill so you need to climb some stairs when coming back after exploring the city.

The hostel was spacious, very sociable and well-located. Plenty of amenities available, and the free breakfast was a pleasant bonus. The staff were very approachable and chatty with the guests which made me feel at home. The views from the rooms were excellent looking out at the basilica. A short walk from the metro station.

A great stay. The bathroom was sometimes a little dirty, but this is to be expected given the number of people in the hostel.
