Great little room in an excellent location. Be aware that there are 6 different rooms and I thought we were getting the room with all the windows around it, which mainly features in the photos, but instead got a room with just a little window. So that was a surprise but probably a good thing as street was noisy at night. The double glazed windows did a good job at blocking the noise. Otherwise, good hotel-size room and nice to have an elevator for luggage in old town. Not sure what was going on with breakfast -no sign when we left at 8am-ish.

It's a nice check-yourself-in hotel, with nicely decorated rooms (even if usually I'm not a big fan of themed hotel rooms), the facilities are appropriate, it's in a very good old-centre location and it's affordable. Although the staff is only around at breakfast, the experience was nice, friendly and practical. I'd stay there again when in Bilbao.

Very central in Bilbao old town & only 10 minutes walk over bridge to new town. Plenty of bars & restaurants around location. Property was very quirky & good. Great space - comfortable bed & nice linen, great bathroom & shower. Communal kitchen to make own food etc. we left early morning so unfortunately didn’t get to savour the breakfast but looked as if there was plenty of choice. Member of staff checked us out & was very friendly & efficient. Definitely recommend.

This was a no-fuss kind of place. A hands-free check-in means there isn't a receptionist in the front except in the morning as they prepare the breakfast bar. This is fine and I have noticed this in more budget-friendly places. My flight was delayed and I ended up checking in at midnight. I am a solo female traveler and felt safe walking there with my luggage at night. The room was simple and clean. I loved the balcony (this is a high priority for me when I travel) and the bathroom was spacious. The location is fantastic, close to many walkable things like shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, and honestly not far from the Guggenheim. The breakfast was great. No hot offerings and yet I still felt like it was enough. I also appreciate the coffee and juice.

Just that I only stayed one night. Ugh such a great deal!!!

Absolutely fantastic location, fast and friendly communication, easy self-check-in, the room was nice and with well-thought-out details (and with excellent mattress and pillow :)), various breakfast!

The room has no window, unfortunately :( In the description, the view was indicated as an "Inner courtyard view" and I could not "translate" it as "no window/no view at all". Imho this important detail should be communicated better to be clear for everyone :)

Great location for exploring the Old Town on our one night stay in Bilbao Communication was good about check in Nice range of items for breakfast was a welcome addition

Some street noise late into the night however that was to be expected given the location beside the bars and restaurants The glass brick wall in our room between the bed area and the toilet/shower allows no privacy - needs a screen or curtain here

The property is in a fantastic location right in the middle of the old town and only a 2 minute walk to Plaza Nueva. It was also just a short walk to the tram and metro stations. The room was very quirky with an Alice in Wonderland theme. Breakfast was a serve yourself continental breakfast with plenty of fresh coffee each morning. The fridge was well stocked with juices, various types of milk and yogurts etc. Overall, a great place to stay.

We had a small problem with the air conditioning unit but it didn't affect our enjoyment.

Excellent location, wonderfully comfortable bed. Exceptionally patient young man at reception who dealt with temporary insanity and foul temper on my part. He was kind, helpful, and polite when he could have reacted very differently.

It was a bit difficult to get into the room. You had to time opening the door just right or immediately locked again.

+ the location is amazing! Right in the middle of casco viejo with tons of great pintxos, shops, and snacks/cafes all around within a 2 minute walk. The main square is just a block away + the room was also really nice. Floor to ceiling windows were great. Blackout curtains for sleeping. Nice bathroom. Easy access.
