The location could not have been better, very central and near the bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were ok. The only downside is that there is a night club or bar nearby which was very noisy on Saturday, it went on until 4 AM. We reserved the hotel parking, which was quite challenging to maneuver with our rental (Ford Kuga).

Good location. Just across the river from the old town and a short walk to the Guggenheim. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was good that you could store your luggage if you had a later flight.

The reception was on the first floor. I didn't see an elevator. Could be a problem if you had a heavy suitcase.

Location and the room was very conveinent

The rooms are located on the second floor and so one has to lug suitcases up a flight of stairs. Also there i no food available on site.

old fashioned room but perfectly comfortable. Great location next to the river with the old town just across the bridge and the new town nearby. Breakfast not provided but there were a couple of good and cheap places nearby. Old fashioned keys for front and room door but worked fine. Lots of really good eating places in the old town which is 5 minutes away

Can hear the sounds of the plumbing very loud from next door room when flushed or taps on, but no other sounds.

The hotel is at the corner of the Abando train station. Room was big, and staff was so nice that she gave me a room facing the river with the beautiful river view. Room was clean. Old town is just across the bridge and a few minutes walk.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very near the river and the old town but still quiet and easily accessed. The owners were very courteous and helpful.

Great location, warm staff, lovely hang out area with a comfortable couch and nice reading material. There was also a coffee machine that you could use whenever you wanted. Small and personal.

No air conditioning. The beds weren't the best, they creaked a lot.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, but basic. The location is perfect for exploring the city. I asked for a quite room and we got a room looking at some very inner court with lots of pipes and air-conditioning systems, so it wasn't that quiet. We had a very brief stay at this hotel.

On check out the owner reimbursed us as we had paid for parking that we didn’t end up using. We hadn’t realised we’d initially paid for this, very honest owner-thank you 🙂

Slightly dated but didn’t bother us

Great location and very helpful staff. For the price the room was exactly what we expected and had everything we needed.

No air conditioning just a fan. The car parking is a handy location but as previous reviews say it’s tight! So just be prepared. The staff were very patient with us getting in and out of the building but several multi point turns were required.
