Lovely hotel right on the seafront, near to bars, restaurants, cafes and the metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots to choose from - every taste catered for really. Despite our room overlooking the street, there was no noise late at night/early in the morning. With robes, slippers and toiletries (that you might have forgotten) supplied I think this hotel exceeds what would be expected (in Ireland/UK) for a three-star hotel.

Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like or ways to improve.

A good location by the sea and we were upgraded to a sea view with a balcony. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were very helpful (Adina came out to help get our luggage from the car). We were able to park right outside the hotel in public parking, although we were quite lucky I think!

The room decoration was very functional, grey and brown. There was no rubber mat available for the slippery shower, which was too dangerous for us to use as we're quite old!

Its just in front of the beach and view from the sea-view room is very nice and relaxing. You cross the street and its the beach. Breakfast had various Spanish food, just what we are looking for, as tourists. If you come by car, there is paid parking on the beach, but also free parking. Its not the most convinent from the city and from Bilbao. If car, no problem. Lively restaurant on ground floor and also next door. Nice eating on the balcony. Beach is very clean. I saw cleaning service running on the beach in the morning to groom the beach.

The wall in the room was just painted and smelled like paint in the room. In a few days, it should be ok....

All the staff from the front desk to the breakfast attendants were all very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The breakfast was good and included lots of fresh fruit and yogurt. The location is beautifully situated on the beach front with immediate access to the walking path. It's only a short 5-10min walk to get to Las Arenas or to Puerto Viejo. Visiting in the off-season made staying hear a great value.

The room was small and simple, but still perfectly suited my needs while in town visiting friends. Sound travels in the hallways and opening and closing of guest room doors might wake you up.

The room was compact and bijou but perfectly adequate. The en-suite was modern and beautifully designed with a lovely powerful shower. There was a lovely, jovial, entertaining young American lady on reception to greet us after a long day's drive up from Murcia and she really lifted our mood, many thanks to her for that!

We only stayed overnight as a stop before catching a ferry, but there was absolutely nothing not to like.

The room was stunning, in terms of facilities. A balcony overlooking a beautiful beach. Really clean and stylish with many extras if you need them. Safe street parking was free and plentiful (check with the hotel for high season dates, when the council charge for parking). Breakfast was a good quality. All staff were friendly and helpful, which was another bonus. Ferry port is 20 minutes drive from the hotel,

Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious (we only had it one morning). Plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Location is super, directly across from the beach. Rooms were super clean and well equipped. Loved our balcony overlooking the beach.

The only improvement we could suggest would be if the hotel had parasols and beach chairs to rent to guests. It would have made visits to the beach a little more comfortable. We did not want to buy beach chairs or parasols that we would not be able to take home, and would have been happy to rent same for the four days we were there.

Nice hotel facing the beach. Excellent location to combine visiting Bilbao with some seaside-relaxation, restaurants nearby. Covered balcony - and you need cover, weather is not always nice there. We liked the view over the sea. Some people would not be fond of seeing the industrial harbour opposite - we found it interesting with all the shipping going on. Breakfast room offered a nice seaview too.

Directly in front of the hotel there was a row of garbage bins, which were emptied every night. Especially for the glass bin that meant some noise.

An excellent choice of food for breakfast.Good quality and quantity food. The cleanliness is excellent, and cleaning staff are so friendly, plus efficient, do a Very good job. The receptionists are very helpful give good customer service. All staff are customer friendly, giving good customer care , good customer follow up, The Hotel is perfectly placed for all amenities.

Parking is an issue. The parking system is awkward. The last few days we did use hotel car park, .As we was staying for 10days for that legnth of stay it is expensive .

Amazing location overlooking the beach in the coastal resort of Getxo. Staff very helpful and friendly. A good selection at breakfast. A nice large terrace and good bathroom

I'd have liked a kettle or coffee machine in the room.As it was there was no facility to make a coffee to enjoy that wonderful view with
