I can’t quite get my head around some of the poor reviews. We were staying here for two nights for the Europa league final. When we checked in the staff were great with all the information, and the hotel manager informed us on the night of the game she would be staying up late to ensure everybody was back okay, a classy touch. The hotel itself is located in a really quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the metro, 15 minutes to the nearest beach, and loads of bars within a 10 minute walking distance too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

The building itself, the friendly staff but best of all the terrace

Nothing really except I was woken up in the middle of the night by a crowd of young men outside. Plus the service on the terrace was like something from Fawlty Towers! Plus I couldn’t get the magnetic door key to work and other guests said the same

We stayed one night on a stop over road trip. It is used be an old high class residential building , like all the other buildings in the area now turned into a charming hotel. The room was lovely. We especially liked the outdoor public bar. very lively.

Good sized room with excellent facilities. Staff were helpful, On site parking was very handy and ability to have a coffee vand pastry for breakfast rather than a full scale breakfast was welcome

The building is beautiful.

Installations could be improved as they are very plain. Bedroom is steril. There are no amenities in the bathroom, just soap. Mo shower cap, no body creams, which is a nice touch in any hotel.

The hotel was excellent, the rooms well appointed and beautifully clean and all the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we can’t recommend it highly enough

Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom generous. Staff were helpful. Restaurant and bar in the hotel gave us options to eat in an area somewhat devoid of restaurants. Relatively good location to get to all the areas of interest in Getzo.

Compared to other places we stayed in, this was by far the most expensive (more than double compared to similar in north Spain). However, it was the same for all accommodation in Getzo. The hotel was in a residential area and finding other places to eat required walking 20-30 minutes minimum. As a result, options were limited. It was hard to find by GPS and we had to ask locals.

Very nice hotel in a very nice house. Has a free parking. Staff is friendly. Location is good - near the port, in which restaurants and bars are located. You can order your breakfast on site, in which you can order drinks, coffee, cakes and tapas in the nice and efficient bar below (belongs to the hotel) in a few Euros per person - and it is very tasty.

A really nice hotel with a restaurant and a cafeteria, with big free parking and with decent amenities.

Just the room temperature: the heating is centralized and gets turned off in the evening, I was quite cold in my room indeed.
