Location is very central. 10-15 minutes walk to Ath. Bilbao Stadium, Guggenheim Museum, Puppy, La Ribera Market, the river etc. Metros are within 5-10 minutes walk. Gran Via (central street) is 5 minute walk. Bus from Airport stops on Gran Via - so a 5 minute walk to apartments. Kitchen is reasonably equipped Our apartment had, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hob/oven, microwave and washing machine. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean, Staff were friendly Cafe/Restaurant: There is a cafe / restaurant operated for lunchtime Mon-Sat (1 to 4pm ish), serving a set dinner/lunch menu. Unfortunately we did not get to use it, but it looked good, costing about €15 for 2/3 course meal. There is a deli/bakery next door and a "Poke" (raw fish and salads) restaurant 2/3 doors away. There are a few bars/cafes and a kebab house within 3 -5 minutes walk.

There is a Plaza opposite the apartments which seems to be a preferred place to hang-out by young people between midnight and 2-3am. So it can be a little bit noisy. But they are only hanging-out (no anti-social behaviour). So staying at the front could be a bit noisy (but the hotel is in the centre of the city opposite the business university campus - so a little noise has to be accepted). There is a rooftop terrace and a very small gym not too well equipped (but if you are into exercising then a day membership of a local gym would be a better option)

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was great, we walked to a lot of the places. We also used the metro and tram, both of which were very handy. I would recommend getting a local travel card, one card is fine for two people to use. They can be bought in tobacconist shops. The kitchen had all that we needed, we only ate breakfast in the apartment and ate out for all other meals. There was plenty of cupboard space in the bedroom.

The bed was comfortable but would have preferred a pillow each rather then one long pillow for the bed. Instructions for the shower would have been helpful but we worked it out :)

We were very happy with the location as it was easy walking to many sights or public transport if you wanted to go further afield. Friendly welcoming staff. Kitchen was well equipped for basic meals; breakfasts & making picnic lunches etc. we didn’t need the parking that’s available but we’re happy to have a washing machine included.

Maybe it was our room location but the noise from the Plaza across the road on several nights was excessively loud. Even with earplugs it was heard. The shower is like a time capsule!!! Probably very fancy in its it day but quite out of date now and the water temperature was very hard to regulate.

- Location was excellent. Close to supermarket, bakery and metro station. - Airconditioning was a plus. - Parking (paid separately) was very handy in Bilbao although the parking space was rather small. - Helpful staff - Daily cleaning of the apartment

- The mattresses were quite hard (but that's a matter of personal taste whether this bothers you or not) - the kitchen was rather small, but quite complete - the amount of cutlery was just enough for 4 people. A bit more forks, spoons, knives and glasses would have been welcomed.

It was wonderful to be able to park our car in the buildings underground parking area and have direct lift access right to our apartment door. We had excellent facilities in the 4 room apartment including a washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning and a very large refrigerator. The bedroom was a great size and had huge built in wardrobes. The bathroom was also big and had the strangest (but very effective) shower cubicle we have ever seen. All the staff at reception were very friendly and extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. We loved our 3 day stay here and throughly recommend it to those looking for a self contained apartment in a great location.

There was nothing that we didnt like.

The location is excellent, Bilbao is a small city but it is so close to all major attractions and streets. We travelled with our 18 month old and booked a 2-bed apartment so it was great for her to have her own room. The apartments are very clean and the staff we dealt with were excellent. Highly recommend these apartments.

The only comment I have is that there was no towel in the kitchen for drying dishes and no dish soap. We had brought our own as we needed it for cleaning the baby's bottles. Very minor but would be useful for others who intend on using the kitchen.

Very polite and helpful staff. We stayed five nights and prepared all our meals so the kitchen is reasonable equipped. Convenient bathroom with bidet and shower that had several options for directing the spray just about anywhere you might want. Walking distance to Guggenheim and old town.

The pillow was uncomfortable. They provide only one long pillow that stretches across the whole width of the bed which is not good if two people need different heights of pillows. However the woman at reception was very helpful and found us more pillows. The site says units have a dishwasher but ours didn't. They would have moved us to unit with a dishwasher but we were settled in and decided against.

Really welcoming and informative staff member on reception . Very clean and fast efficient cleaning crew . The reception area is lovely modern decor look. Location is excellent close walk to everything you need bars , restaurants etc and only a few blocks to the river and Guggenheim.

We really struggled with the shower in this room. Very old strange kind of pod shaped thing, with all these jet things but absolutely no water pressure and so cramped . Time to remove this one and put in a normal shower with some room and get some system to push up water pressure.

It was brilliantly located in the new town, only a couple of minutes from the bus stop for the airport, near to bars and shops and supermarkets. Had a well equipped kitchen, was spotlessly clean throughout, with a very comfy bed and an amazing shower. Check in was effortless and the lady at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again if in Bilbao.

If I had to pick one thing it'd be that it would have been nice for the apartment to have its own individual air conditioning unit to control myself, but this is a minor worry.

Great location not far from Gran Via, the river, and the Guggenheim. The apartment was large and the kitchen was well enough equipped to prepare a simple meal (we didn't, because of all the great pintxos in the area). Beds were comfortable and the bedlinen was clean. Parking garage is a little cramped but the guy at reception helped us get our car with roof box in safely.

A minor point, but it's not as stylish as it looks in the photos. The restaurant was closed so we had to go out in search of breakfast. No great hardship.
