Great location just two blocks from the Guggenheim Museum and a twenty-minute stroll along the river to Vasco Viejo (Old Town). No lobby to speak of; the front desk is right in front of you as you come in from the street, but there is a nice sitting area upstairs. My room was large, very clean and super quiet despite looking out onto a busy street. Roomy bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Nice touch: a hand-held clothes steamer to freshen clothes and get the wrinkles out.

This would be a perfect hotel if it had a breakfast room. However, there are several bakeries/cafés just around the corner.

Inside room so no window, but we knew that when we booked. Lovely spacious room with walk in shower, I guess it was the room with facilities for disabled. Extra bonus was complimentary 1Litre bottle of water plus kettle with tea/coffee/milk provided. Overall n great base for a city centre location and only a 20 minute drive to the ferry terminal at Zerbina

The low score for value for money was the 15Euro parking charge and finding out the hotel was located in 'clean air zone, and potential fine and stress for not having a permit. A call to hotel confirmed that there would be no charge if we provided our registration at check in, it would be helpful for future guests if this was included in the description. The description stated parking available, which was a prerequisite of our booking but it did not start there would be a charge, or that the parking was remote from the hotel. Again useful if included in description

The location was excellent! Within walking distance of the Guggenheim Museum and the starting point of the hop-on-hop-off bus — perfect for seeing more in a short time. There were plenty of nice restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was comfortable, and so was the bed. I was pleasantly surprised that the traffic noise wasn’t more noticeable, considering my window faced a fairly busy street. The staff were very helpful. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the reception to explore the city even after check-out. I also appreciated the parking garage - it was easy to access and only a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Excellent place to stay just 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim. Take note - if taking the bus from the airport, it actually stops right in from of the hotel but is not a planned stop, so ask the driver to stop at the first bus stop once you get into the city before you get to the roundabout, where the first scheduled stop is. Bus is only $3 and 20 min ride. Staff super friendly and helpful and rooms very modern and comfortable and quiet. Bathroom more than adequate and WiFi excellent. Checked all the boxes for me and was good value for money in low season. Bilbao is one of my favorite cities in Spain and there is just so much to see and do besides the Guggenheim, which is reason enough to visit. Maybe 15-20 minute walk to old town and all the wonderful Pinxto bars.

The room was very spacious and the hotel staff was super kind and helpful. Parking was conveniently 200m from the building and in a safe underground space close to the Guggenheim. The location of the hotel is a 20 or so minute walk to old town and nearby there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The bathroom was spacious and had a bidet. The water in the shower was nice and hot. The room had a small fridge and a steamer.

The shower stall had a half door, which was hard to keep in place. This also meant water spilled out of the shower onto the floor. Anytime water was used, you could hear a loud sound of the water being pumped. Unfortunately, one of the bedside lamps was not working.

The location was very good, next to the Guggenheim Museum. Around the hotel were a lot of nice cafes and bakeries as well. We were walking the entire town, so 15 min to old town by foot. The room was very silent in the night. The only thing you could hear was the water pump, when using shower but that was not an issue at all for us. For the price and what was offered, really extraordinary. Room was super clean and even had a steamer for clothes.

We couldn't open the window, only sideways, but it's not a big deal.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city of Bilboa by foot. Museums, bars, restaurants etc are nearby. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are held in an elegant, minimal design and offer everything basic you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations where to eat, go etc.

The street is very loud (traffic, waste disposal containers where people dispose glass etc everytime of the day and night) but we were warned about this and brought earplugs which solved the problem :). (Besides: You can‘t expext silence in the middle of a city.) But: We found that the price (220€/night) was too high.

Loved the location. Bus stops, supermarkets, bars, cafés and restaurants nearby. Also, Guggenheim and Museum of Biblao nearby. The hotel is very modern so lighting sockets etc all very well fitted and efficient. The A/C worked really well too. The staff were great.the man who was on during the electric outage and his reaction was calm and reassuring. The bed was very comfy and the room was not cramped.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room we got was very big, with loads of windows overlooking the street that kept the noise out, so we had a good night's sleep despite being by the road. The bed was very big and comfortable. The A/C had the heating option, so it kept us warm as the temperature dropped outside to 5 degrees at night. The bathroom was big with a good rain shower and toiletries provided. There was also a coffee/tea station with some biscuits provided too. The WiFi was good. Centrally located and the area felt safe. Plus the bus stop for the bus to the airport was just across the street and we were allowed to leave our bags for a few hours after we did the check out.

The water pump would make a loud noise, but that's minor. The rest was perfect.

Could not cancel one night that we didn't occupy the room. Went to Santander and we had a tour to Altamira, starting at 09:00, and being old I was worried because I cannot rush. I had damaged my knee just before going to Bilbao. A special trip for my son's birthday. Guggenheim must be seen, inside and out, to appreciate it. The building is an art in itself but everything inside leaves you to ponder about space and time. The curators have done an excellent job in choosing with care what you see there to be in Harmony with the building.
