Great location just two blocks from the Guggenheim Museum and a twenty-minute stroll along the river to Vasco Viejo (Old Town). No lobby to speak of; the front desk is right in front of you as you come in from the street, but there is a nice sitting area upstairs. My room was large, very clean and super quiet despite looking out onto a busy street. Roomy bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Nice touch: a hand-held clothes steamer to freshen clothes and get the wrinkles out.

This would be a perfect hotel if it had a breakfast room. However, there are several bakeries/cafés just around the corner.

Excellent place to stay just 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim. Take note - if taking the bus from the airport, it actually stops right in from of the hotel but is not a planned stop, so ask the driver to stop at the first bus stop once you get into the city before you get to the roundabout, where the first scheduled stop is. Bus is only $3 and 20 min ride. Staff super friendly and helpful and rooms very modern and comfortable and quiet. Bathroom more than adequate and WiFi excellent. Checked all the boxes for me and was good value for money in low season. Bilbao is one of my favorite cities in Spain and there is just so much to see and do besides the Guggenheim, which is reason enough to visit. Maybe 15-20 minute walk to old town and all the wonderful Pinxto bars.

The room was very spacious and the hotel staff was super kind and helpful. Parking was conveniently 200m from the building and in a safe underground space close to the Guggenheim. The location of the hotel is a 20 or so minute walk to old town and nearby there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The bathroom was spacious and had a bidet. The water in the shower was nice and hot. The room had a small fridge and a steamer.

The shower stall had a half door, which was hard to keep in place. This also meant water spilled out of the shower onto the floor. Anytime water was used, you could hear a loud sound of the water being pumped. Unfortunately, one of the bedside lamps was not working.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city of Bilboa by foot. Museums, bars, restaurants etc are nearby. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are held in an elegant, minimal design and offer everything basic you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations where to eat, go etc.

The street is very loud (traffic, waste disposal containers where people dispose glass etc everytime of the day and night) but we were warned about this and brought earplugs which solved the problem :). (Besides: You can‘t expext silence in the middle of a city.) But: We found that the price (220€/night) was too high.

Loved the location. Bus stops, supermarkets, bars, cafés and restaurants nearby. Also, Guggenheim and Museum of Biblao nearby. The hotel is very modern so lighting sockets etc all very well fitted and efficient. The A/C worked really well too. The staff were great.the man who was on during the electric outage and his reaction was calm and reassuring. The bed was very comfy and the room was not cramped.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room we got was very big, with loads of windows overlooking the street that kept the noise out, so we had a good night's sleep despite being by the road. The bed was very big and comfortable. The A/C had the heating option, so it kept us warm as the temperature dropped outside to 5 degrees at night. The bathroom was big with a good rain shower and toiletries provided. There was also a coffee/tea station with some biscuits provided too. The WiFi was good. Centrally located and the area felt safe. Plus the bus stop for the bus to the airport was just across the street and we were allowed to leave our bags for a few hours after we did the check out.

The water pump would make a loud noise, but that's minor. The rest was perfect.

Could not cancel one night that we didn't occupy the room. Went to Santander and we had a tour to Altamira, starting at 09:00, and being old I was worried because I cannot rush. I had damaged my knee just before going to Bilbao. A special trip for my son's birthday. Guggenheim must be seen, inside and out, to appreciate it. The building is an art in itself but everything inside leaves you to ponder about space and time. The curators have done an excellent job in choosing with care what you see there to be in Harmony with the building.

Great room, spacious , big comfortable bed, loved that there was 2 chairs, space for clothes and luggage, bathroom had good mirror plus a small mirror to make up and you could take it out of the bathroom if the other person wanted to shower. Free water bottle in the room, biscuits, milk, tea coffe, and in the lounge also free water to refill, mini muffins, coffee machine. Staff was nice, room was ready at 14

I felt the room was hot, wanted to put air conditioning on to have some fresh air but they said that in winter the AC is off so doesn’t work

Great location to the Guggenheim museum. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. Out in a common area there were snacks, coffee and tea, and comfortable chairs for relaxing. The frig in the room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Young staff on the desk were great and enthusiastic.

I knew I was getting a room that overlooked the courtyard, but did not realize there was nothing in the courtyard. Also the windows in the room were very small and were fitted with privacy glass. Not a big issue for us, bit it could be for others.

Best thing is it’s location - right outside the first bus stop coming from the airport, and right on the doorstep of the guggenheim. Loads of bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk, and the casco viejo is only a scenic half hour walk away across the bridge. Staff were really friendly, my room was clean and always kept at a really good temperature, fresh towels every day etc

the acoustics might be a little annoying sometimes, especially if you keep the window open - I could sometimes hear water flushing or going through the pipes- nothing too major for me tho.
