The hotel is in an excellent location - easy walking from the train station, the old town area and the main city area and congress centre. The Guggenheim is just across the river and to the right - very accessible. A main footbridge across the river is just outside the hotel making access to the city so convenient. The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor, plus there are various eating places nearby. The foyer area is generous, with comfortable lounges and is spacious for groups to meet, for example. The room was very comfortable and very clean, a good sized bathroom and great hot water. The wifi was excellent.

The hotel has a very nice bar restaurant with a small terrace. The Guggenheim is 5 minutes walking distance. Behind the hotel is a funicular that leads you to the mirador del monte Atxandra, which gives you a spectacular view of the city. Opposite the hotel is the departure point for boat tours, that lead you through the industrial history.

The rooms are a bit small and old fashioned, but the price value and everything else are very good.

The hotel is perfectly located, in the very center, close to all the museums and places of interest.

The only thing I'd like to warn a receptionist about - I asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi for me since I had an early flight and emphasised that I would be paying by card. However, the taxi driver did not accept card payment and I was lucky that he was satisfied with the amount I had in my wallet though it was not the right amount.

Quite a few good things worth-highlighting: - Staff: Quality service. The staff members I encountered, including but not limited to Oksana (the Ukrainian girl), were superb in helping me out with dining options, getting around the city and booking bus tickets online. - Location: Beautifully quiet location. Comfortable walk to Guggenheim Museum, the Old Town, San Mamés Stadium. Personally I would prefer hotels in this location than those in the Old Town. - Package: Apparently the hotel has deals with Guggenheim Museum and as a hotel guest I enjoyed discount in museum ticket. - Liked the spacious bathroom.

Nothing major: on my arrival, I was not quite sure where the entrance was.

The welcoming staff was great, despite us arriving at 3AM. They went the extra mile to be helpful and of constant service. We could also leave the luggage on our last day and enjoy the full day of strolling lightly through the town. On spot!

The cleaning lady was once pretty loud early morning when we had clearly hung the "Don't disturb" sign on our door. That was uncalled for as we really needed to sleep that morning.

From the minute you walked into the hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and cool as it was very hot in Bilbao during my stay. I didn't have breakfast included but booked it at reception as a bit cheaper than doing it on the morning. There was great choose and as buffet style so could fill up. The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance and tram stop for the main bus and train station was the other side of the bridge.

The hotel staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They gave us good practical advice and helped us with everything. The location is great - near to the most remarkable places in the city. The room was the one I had chosen. It matched the description. The breakfast was very good - varied and tasty.

Actually there is not anything I did not like. The only thing I will do the next time I will book a twin room. It is a hotel I would like to stay again.

Modern well equipped *** hotel. Very nice bathroom with 2 sinks is a plus for a hotel of this class and price range. Half way between Gogenheim Museum and the old town. Like many downtown hotels, next to no parking at the hotel. We parked in a public underground lot 10 minutes away for 22€ overnight.

The staff behind reception were really friendly and helped with all my questions for the area. Changed my room so I could check in earlier too. I'm not a "foodie" but I had a 3 course meal in the hotel restaurant and again, the staff were great and the food was too. Would definitely stay here again.

I really can't fault the hotel or staff. So the only thing I'll say is that the gym was unavailable. Don't know why, maybe fixing something, but this really is nitpicking.

The hotel has an excellent selection of breakfast foods as well as a bar with pintxos for in-between mealtimes. We had breakfast daily and ate dinner there several times. Food was always good. The staff was unfailingly kind, helpful, and friendly. It is a great location. We walked everywhere and being next to the Zubizuri Bridge meant we were centrally located. Easy walking to the Guggenheim or the Old City

The room was tight by American standards, but reasonable for Europe. I would have liked to have in-room coffee. However, we borrowed a "tea set" from the main desk and, because we had brought our own coffee, we could manage.
