This hotel is the perfect location to visit Bilbao, looking over the river. 10 minutes walk to Old town and 10 minutes walk to the new part. The reception staff were so helpful, especially Jorge and Osana. Jorge gave us information on local restaurants and when we asked for a kettle for the room, Jorge brought it up himself, with tea/coffee and sugar. Osana was great with telling us which local shops to go to and told us about the free Blues concert. We didn't have breakfast but the cafe in the hotel served lovely food. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river.

We could hear people moving around and talking in the next room each morning so maybe a bit of soundproofing but it didn't spoil the hotel for us.

Location was excellent, very central with 15 minute walk to Guggenheim Bilbao or Old Town, 10 minute walk to boat tour or 5 minutes to Funicular ride to top of Bilbao. Staff were super helpful and friendly ( shout out to Oksana and Jorge at the reception who helped us with local attractions, directions and finding restaurants ).

Breakfast was ok to good ( caveat: I am very particular about breakfast ). Breakfast value was decent, coffee needs improvement. To be fair, this would be my only criticism for a superb stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location - easy walking from the train station, the old town area and the main city area and congress centre. The Guggenheim is just across the river and to the right - very accessible. A main footbridge across the river is just outside the hotel making access to the city so convenient. The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor, plus there are various eating places nearby. The foyer area is generous, with comfortable lounges and is spacious for groups to meet, for example. The room was very comfortable and very clean, a good sized bathroom and great hot water. The wifi was excellent.

Excellent location just opposite the footbridge over the river. A short walk to the old town without crossing the river. Restaurant was reasonably priced but a little bit rushed with main course being served immediately after finishing the starter. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking is in a very deep basement in the building next door and back one street. The good thing was we found a very pleasant bar in the back street that served a very good breakfast.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The staff were just as friendly and helpful as before. The hotel is in a great location. My elderly parents were with me so it was in easy walking distance for them to the old town and the museum. The bed was comfortable. And we were able to get a kettle to make tea in the room when we asked. The breakfast is plentiful with good choice

We had a triple room. It was a bit tight for 3 people but were not in the room much.

The hotel has a very nice bar restaurant with a small terrace. The Guggenheim is 5 minutes walking distance. Behind the hotel is a funicular that leads you to the mirador del monte Atxandra, which gives you a spectacular view of the city. Opposite the hotel is the departure point for boat tours, that lead you through the industrial history.

The rooms are a bit small and old fashioned, but the price value and everything else are very good.

Ideally situated for most of the sights in Bilbao, sitting over the road from the banks of the river Nervion, and Guggenheim museum (which provides a very pleasant view for a short walk to old town). Funicular near by. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

Be aware some rooms basic with no outside view, fridge or coffee making facilities. If using bus into Bilbao the bus station is approx 30 mins walk away.

The hotel is perfectly located, in the very center, close to all the museums and places of interest.

The only thing I'd like to warn a receptionist about - I asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi for me since I had an early flight and emphasised that I would be paying by card. However, the taxi driver did not accept card payment and I was lucky that he was satisfied with the amount I had in my wallet though it was not the right amount.

The welcoming staff was great, despite us arriving at 3AM. They went the extra mile to be helpful and of constant service. We could also leave the luggage on our last day and enjoy the full day of strolling lightly through the town. On spot!

The cleaning lady was once pretty loud early morning when we had clearly hung the "Don't disturb" sign on our door. That was uncalled for as we really needed to sleep that morning.

Location was perfect for a 48-hour visit to Bilbao. The hotel is a 10-minute stroll from the Old Town in one direction and to the Guggenheim in the other. It's just round the corner from the Funicular - well worth doing - and was within easy walking distance from the airport bus stop. We also enjoyed a fantastic lunch in the hotel restaurant.
