The location is fantastic, offering a wonderful atmosphere. Inside the house, there's a restaurant and a common lounge where you can conveniently charge your phones. I just noticed that there are hairdryers on the ground floor, which is a great added bonus. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

There are not enough sockets in the bedroom. I have some devices that need to be charged while I am sleeping, so I packed a power strip. Anyway, on the bed, there is only one old USB slot, not a Type-C. It would be more comfortable to have one socket/bed.

We had a double room en suite for 2 people. The room was basic and space adequate. The air-conditioning was working perfect which was a great relief when it was 30+C outside. After we checked out the following day, we really appreciate the fact that the hotel offered a locker room for luggage storage and we comfortably spent the morning in the common space while waiting for our friend to arrive.

If the hotel could add like a little shelf or something in the bathroom for putting personal toiletry, that will be even better. One thing I didn't understand (perhaps not specifically the hotel's issue) was - the hook for hanging the shower head was set so high that it was impossible for us, Asian, average at 160+/- cm, it was impossible to reach the hook for the shower head. Another point which I'd like to raise is - there was a reading light and a charging outlet built on the bed rest which essentially made it impossible for you to sit and rest in bed (see photo attached).

The hostel is very well located. I arrived by plane in Bilbao and took the bus from the airport - there is a bus stop in the near of the hostel! I was very happy about that after the long travel day. Also the staff was very nice, I asked them questions via chat and they gave me every information I needed for my stay. They were very nice and made time to explain everything. I was a bit too early to check in so I left my backpack in the hostel and went to the Guggenheim Museum, which is quite in the near of the hostel (you can see the exhibitions in around two hours). The next day I went to Santander by bus - I went to the next metro Station and went to the bus terminal by metro. It worked out very well and was very uncomplicated!

When you arrive the reception is very kind, welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. There are showers and bathrooms with hairdryers if the bathroom in your room is occupied.

There should be more strict rules about making noise by the rooms and taking out laundry in the machines right when it’s done. The doors slam loudly unless you close them slowly and the staff doesn’t monitor who is doing laundry very well. All one day I wanted to sleep in and I was awoken to a male cleaning the room in my all girls dorm which made me very uncomfortable. I understand the cleaners have to come but if it is a all girls dorm it should be girl cleaners only.

Stylish, easy self check-in, spotless sleeping quarters, enjoyed using the common areas and kitchen. Staff are kind, helpful and professional. The cafe/bar attached next door was a great place for my morning coffees. Also Poshtel has effective signage and display cabinets offering extras for sale / rent - if guests have forgotten their own locks, towels etc. Having full length mirrors in the (female only) dorm I stayed in was a welcome touch.

Great location, a stone throw away from the Guggenheim Museum and from the airport bus stop. Staff was very nice and friendly. Premises clean and well decorated. Good and clean bed linen. Quiet rooms, in spite of being a 14-bed dorm.

Windows too high (no views). You can't open or close windows on yoru own. You need to call staff. You need to pay extra to use lockers. Too many beds in one room (but you know it already when you book it). A bit pricey for such a big dorm, but it's premium location so.....

I really liked my stay due to the convenience and comfort of the dormitory, which made for a pleasant experience. The hostel's prime location near the city center was a major highlight, allowing me to walk everywhere with ease. This accessibility made exploring the area simple and enjoyable, enhancing my overall trip. The combination of comfort and a central location made my stay truly memorable.

The place is situated right the center of the city, few minuted from Guggenheim museum. It is accessible to the old town and other areas of the city. Each room has its own bathroom/toilet so there is still a semblance of privacy especially if your room doesn’t have the rest of the guests yet. The receptionist is super nice and helpful, even going the extra mile in answering queries about other cities nearby.

The guest is the one who will arrange the clean bedsheet, pillow and comforter.

There's a lift. They have a kitchen that doesn't close you can eat at 11pm. There are no stoves but they have 2 small fridges and a microwave.

Having one bathroom for the entire room isn't great. There's an additional bathroom on the floor. The hostel should have some additional bathroom on the floor in order to be perfect.

Location is amazing, extremely close to the Guggenheim. The neighborhood is great and very easily accessed through public transport. The hostel staff was also great and accommodated my request to store my luggage before checking in and after checking out. The hostel was also clean and provided linens, lockers, and a kitchen. The bed was also comfortable.

Their luggage storage is a room where anyone who can enter the hostel can go inside and take your things. It didn't feel particularly safe especially when the reception is left unattended. Another thing is that when I came back to take my luggage after checking out, there was nobody at the reception so I could not enter the hostel to get my bag.
