When you arrive the reception is very kind, welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. There are showers and bathrooms with hairdryers if the bathroom in your room is occupied.

There should be more strict rules about making noise by the rooms and taking out laundry in the machines right when it’s done. The doors slam loudly unless you close them slowly and the staff doesn’t monitor who is doing laundry very well. All one day I wanted to sleep in and I was awoken to a male cleaning the room in my all girls dorm which made me very uncomfortable. I understand the cleaners have to come but if it is a all girls dorm it should be girl cleaners only.

Stylish, easy self check-in, spotless sleeping quarters, enjoyed using the common areas and kitchen. Staff are kind, helpful and professional. The cafe/bar attached next door was a great place for my morning coffees. Also Poshtel has effective signage and display cabinets offering extras for sale / rent - if guests have forgotten their own locks, towels etc. Having full length mirrors in the (female only) dorm I stayed in was a welcome touch.

Great location, a stone throw away from the Guggenheim Museum and from the airport bus stop. Staff was very nice and friendly. Premises clean and well decorated. Good and clean bed linen. Quiet rooms, in spite of being a 14-bed dorm.

Windows too high (no views). You can't open or close windows on yoru own. You need to call staff. You need to pay extra to use lockers. Too many beds in one room (but you know it already when you book it). A bit pricey for such a big dorm, but it's premium location so.....

The place is situated right the center of the city, few minuted from Guggenheim museum. It is accessible to the old town and other areas of the city. Each room has its own bathroom/toilet so there is still a semblance of privacy especially if your room doesn’t have the rest of the guests yet. The receptionist is super nice and helpful, even going the extra mile in answering queries about other cities nearby.

The guest is the one who will arrange the clean bedsheet, pillow and comforter.

Location is amazing, extremely close to the Guggenheim. The neighborhood is great and very easily accessed through public transport. The hostel staff was also great and accommodated my request to store my luggage before checking in and after checking out. The hostel was also clean and provided linens, lockers, and a kitchen. The bed was also comfortable.

Their luggage storage is a room where anyone who can enter the hostel can go inside and take your things. It didn't feel particularly safe especially when the reception is left unattended. Another thing is that when I came back to take my luggage after checking out, there was nobody at the reception so I could not enter the hostel to get my bag.

Receptionist man helped my urgent issue (locked suitcase, but he opened in some way!) and gave me a proper advices such as directions + where to go. I really appreciated about his help & time which saved my entire trip :) I also liked the bar space where I can have a meal & drinks in the 1st level.

It would be nice if there is a locker with "door-lock system" and more bigger.

The location is very nice. The hotel and room was clean.

I stayed in a 2 person couple room. There was a TV in the room but there was no remote control. There was air conditioning but no remote control. At the time of booking, it was said that breakfast could be taken with an additional 5pound. However, when I arrived I was told that this was not possible. There is construction nearby, there was a lot of construction noise at 9 am on the date of my stay. Maybe it can open but I could not open the windows of the room.

Clean room, comfy bed with charging port and convenient individual bathrooms in the room. Large lockers available in the room too. Luggage storage outside of checkin time and great location. Friendly staff.

Not the best communal areas so not as sociable to meet people. Rooms/beds were good, but it's just a place to stay for the night in a good location, not good for rest/relaxation in the day.

Everything was very clean with good bedding. The room had few occupants which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first visit to Bilbao and our first visit to this type of hostel and it set the bar for the rest of our trip through northern Spain. We did return on our way back.

The waitress in the adjoining bar was less than enthusiastic but maybe she was having an off day.

10/10 even better than most hotels I’ve been. Clean and has everything you would need.

Staff did their job and did it well however their attitude seemed a little off, maybe they were tired or less interested in this part of the job. Automated machine for self check in was not working and getting help was not so straightforward.
