I really liked this apartment because it’s very complete and meets all the basic needs for comfortable living. It has a functional kitchen, a cozy living room, a well-equipped bathroom, and two bedrooms, making it ideal for a single person, a couple, or a small family. The layout is practical and makes good use of the space. Overall, it’s a well-balanced option and ready to move into without any hassle.

There were just a few small things that could be improved. I didn’t really like the pillows — they weren’t very comfortable. In the kitchen, a few of the floor tiles in front of the fridge were loose, which could be a minor tripping hazard. Also, the flush buttons on the toilet were broken and tended to get stuck when pressed. Nothing major, but fixing these details would definitely make the stay even better.

Location is very central. 10-15 minutes walk to Ath. Bilbao Stadium, Guggenheim Museum, Puppy, La Ribera Market, the river etc. Metros are within 5-10 minutes walk. Gran Via (central street) is 5 minute walk. Bus from Airport stops on Gran Via - so a 5 minute walk to apartments. Kitchen is reasonably equipped Our apartment had, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hob/oven, microwave and washing machine. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean, Staff were friendly Cafe/Restaurant: There is a cafe / restaurant operated for lunchtime Mon-Sat (1 to 4pm ish), serving a set dinner/lunch menu. Unfortunately we did not get to use it, but it looked good, costing about €15 for 2/3 course meal. There is a deli/bakery next door and a "Poke" (raw fish and salads) restaurant 2/3 doors away. There are a few bars/cafes and a kebab house within 3 -5 minutes walk.

There is a Plaza opposite the apartments which seems to be a preferred place to hang-out by young people between midnight and 2-3am. So it can be a little bit noisy. But they are only hanging-out (no anti-social behaviour). So staying at the front could be a bit noisy (but the hotel is in the centre of the city opposite the business university campus - so a little noise has to be accepted). There is a rooftop terrace and a very small gym not too well equipped (but if you are into exercising then a day membership of a local gym would be a better option)

1. A lot of mousquietos get in if you leave the windows open. The marks of the previouse guests battles' are obviouse on the roof 😅 (some small bloody spots). I suffered my firt night. Din't excpect that in Bilbao. 2. The bathroom is quiete large, but the shower would be better if it is simplier : needs some upgrades.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was great, we walked to a lot of the places. We also used the metro and tram, both of which were very handy. I would recommend getting a local travel card, one card is fine for two people to use. They can be bought in tobacconist shops. The kitchen had all that we needed, we only ate breakfast in the apartment and ate out for all other meals. There was plenty of cupboard space in the bedroom.

The bed was comfortable but would have preferred a pillow each rather then one long pillow for the bed. Instructions for the shower would have been helpful but we worked it out :)

This was our second stay here. It’s in a great location and we liked having a lot of space and it’s very quiet (some street noise but it’s in a busy fun part of town; we liked that). The beds were comfortable and we liked the shower! They let us check in early which was nice too. I appreciated the coffee machine but there are lots of bakeries around to grab coffee/pastries for breakfast. Really close to the airport bus.

It seemed a bit run down from our last stay…broken tiles in the kitchen and the toilet flush panel threatened to fall off the wall. We asked for wine glasses from reception as there were none, and the staff were a bit strangely unhappy about this.

We were very happy with the location as it was easy walking to many sights or public transport if you wanted to go further afield. Friendly welcoming staff. Kitchen was well equipped for basic meals; breakfasts & making picnic lunches etc. we didn’t need the parking that’s available but we’re happy to have a washing machine included.

Maybe it was our room location but the noise from the Plaza across the road on several nights was excessively loud. Even with earplugs it was heard. The shower is like a time capsule!!! Probably very fancy in its it day but quite out of date now and the water temperature was very hard to regulate.

The apartment was roomy, spacious, air-conditioned comfortable and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine as well as drying rack. Cleaning services were offered everyday up until noon and we're flexible when we got out late. Refrigerator and microwave also available. Spacious, uncomfortable and everything that you could want. Highly recommend!

There was nothing that we didn't like. A drying machine would be great but we didn't even need it!

- Location was excellent. Close to supermarket, bakery and metro station. - Airconditioning was a plus. - Parking (paid separately) was very handy in Bilbao although the parking space was rather small. - Helpful staff - Daily cleaning of the apartment

- The mattresses were quite hard (but that's a matter of personal taste whether this bothers you or not) - the kitchen was rather small, but quite complete - the amount of cutlery was just enough for 4 people. A bit more forks, spoons, knives and glasses would have been welcomed.

It was wonderful to be able to park our car in the buildings underground parking area and have direct lift access right to our apartment door. We had excellent facilities in the 4 room apartment including a washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning and a very large refrigerator. The bedroom was a great size and had huge built in wardrobes. The bathroom was also big and had the strangest (but very effective) shower cubicle we have ever seen. All the staff at reception were very friendly and extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. We loved our 3 day stay here and throughly recommend it to those looking for a self contained apartment in a great location.

There was nothing that we didnt like.

The location is excellent, Bilbao is a small city but it is so close to all major attractions and streets. We travelled with our 18 month old and booked a 2-bed apartment so it was great for her to have her own room. The apartments are very clean and the staff we dealt with were excellent. Highly recommend these apartments.

The only comment I have is that there was no towel in the kitchen for drying dishes and no dish soap. We had brought our own as we needed it for cleaning the baby's bottles. Very minor but would be useful for others who intend on using the kitchen.
