The hotel is in a privileged central location in Bilbao, with easy access to the Center, the ria (and thus the Guggenheim Museum area), and the old city. The facility is sophisticated and intimate. Room decor is sharp and elegant; toiletries and accessories are top notch. The restaurant is a gastronomic marvel whose chef is a Michelin-rated Basque star. The terrace bar is terrific: the overall ambiance and the drink selection are the perfect prelude to a night on the town or a great dinner. The breakfast is well appointed and beautifully executed. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from the waiters to the bartenders and the concierge are some of the most hospitable and knowledgeable staff one will encounter in Spain. They're very proud of their city and their hotel, and it shows.

Some services like laundry are not available weekends, which was a surprise for such a high scale hotel. Even though the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, breakfast is available, but is not evidently clear from concierge instructions.

First of all-SPA! Never in my life I've been in a 5 star hotel that is charging for a pool and spa entrance, and 20 euro per person per hour! Breakfast area is very small and cramped, sometimes there is a long line waiting for a table.Most of the staff are polite, but I once wanted to order eggs for my son (breakfast is buffet and a-la carte) but the waiter denied it and said "they are busy". That kind of service is not expected of a 5 star hotel. Actually,not any hotel. I was asking for a service not other than offered by the hotel itself. And, at last, amenities. There are shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and a body lotion, and they are nice ones. But no slippers, shower caps, tooth brush, shoe horn or anything else .

Very nice size room. Good beds. Nice sofa with comfortable cussions. Lovely big bathroom.

The space next to the sink was a bit small. The mini bar was very dark and all black. We think the price of the breakfast was too high, so we didn't use it. The massages and spa were disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the shopping street, just steps away from the Old Town, with bars and restaurants literally around the corner. Plus, the Guggenheim Museum is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to answer questions and accommodate any requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference! If you have the time, I highly recommend visiting the spa—the treatments were absolutely excellent and added an extra touch of relaxation to my trip. Overall, a perfect hotel for both comfort and convenience. I will definitely be coming back! 😊✨

Hotel staff is very professional and exceedingly helpful. We asked if they perhaps had a large computer monitor for use (working from the hotel for multiple days) and they located and delivered one to the room. Clean and well kept facility. Roof terrace is great (good mock/cocktails). Easy walking distance most things.

Not the Hotels fault but something to be aware of. It is located in the center and the streets surrounding the hotel are very lively and depending on where you are in the hotel the nightly noise levels are intermittently quite high (random people shouting at 0400, but also trash collection early in the morning) and even though the double glazing keeps some of the noise out I did wake up several times even though I am not a light sleeper. Ask for a quiet room if you are.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Collection! Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a big, super comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep. It was warm and cozy, which we truly appreciated. The service was excellent—the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The fast Wi-Fi was a bonus, and my partner tried the spa and loved it. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, having a coffee machine in the room made our mornings delightful as we sipped coffee in the comfort of our room. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we’d happily return.

First of all I want to say that this hotel is 10/10, everything was exceptional. The best best thing of this hotel is the location, is precisely located on the main and most important street in Bilbao, we were able to walk to any destination we wanted, everything was maximum 20 minutes walking distance. The decoration and design of the hotel is really luxurious and "spa" like. We tried the Spa services, sauna and pool, and it was perfect, as it is really small it is limited to 2 couples at a time, therefore there's a lot of privacy, nobody is undressed, which is a big point for me, as there are many other places in Europe where everybody get's undressed, making it really uncomfortable. The people were exceptional at all times, really helpful, joyful, simply nice. Really 10/10 experience. Another positive point is that you can check out until 12:00, normally check-out is always in between 10am and 11am, and this one gives you a full hour more, you can calmly wake up, get ready, still enjoy the sauna, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a sophisticated ambiance, impeccable service, and a range of amenities that make it a top-notch choice for a comfortable stay. The central location of the Radisson Blu was another advantage, providing convenient access to key attractions and business districts. The breakfast buffet was a gastronomic delight, offering a diverse array of delectable options to suit various tastes.

However, a couple of aspects left me yearning for a more complete experience. The room, while tastefully decorated and well-maintained, was the one area that fell short of my expectations. The most significant drawback was the lackluster view from my window. Given the prestige associated with the Radisson Blu brand, I had hoped for a more scenic outlook. It was a minor disappointment, but one that did affect the overall enjoyment of my stay.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere at a stylish and beautiful hotel in the center of Bilbao. Room and bathroom was perfect, quiet most importantly and even got a room upgrade to more Premium. NKO restaurant was a great addition to my stay and a must have booking on your itinerary! Also highly recommend booking the SPA service, the staff was very attentive and professional!

Car park is about 500m away and will costs about €25 per day. It’s pity a 5 star hotel doesn’t have a concierge service for a hotel guests. There is no parking zone at the hotel entrance so you will quickly have to get your belongings out of the car once you arrive at the hotel.
