Nice hotel Centrally located near Mall and food joints with courteous staff . Beds and washroom is excellent . Room size is good . Well maintained room temperature and water temperature .

Maintenance of taps / hot tub / toilet is not so good . Only hotel in Bilbao with toilet water jet cleaning system but not working / not effective . Water flowing out on floor from tub / shower area . No one answers the ring for room service / house keeping . Staff is very less . Breakfast spread is very small and not upto the mark at all for 5 star . All cold stuff . Spa is chargeable 😧. The only restaurant in hotel remains closed on Sunday and Monday 🤔

Hotel location can't be better, it's at a walking distance of Bilbao's major attractions. We first planned on using a hop-on hop-off bus, but then realized it would be a waste of money. Internet was fast, the AC worked well, good Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Bathroom facilities are great

Breakfast is below standard for a Radisson hotel, limited choices of fruits, bread, juices. There are only two self service coffee machines so people are often standing in line, the bowl of scrambled eggs is hot heated. There is no parking at the hotel, but you can pre-book at a few close by public parking places, around 500 m away.

First of all-SPA! Never in my life I've been in a 5 star hotel that is charging for a pool and spa entrance, and 20 euro per person per hour! Breakfast area is very small and cramped, sometimes there is a long line waiting for a table.Most of the staff are polite, but I once wanted to order eggs for my son (breakfast is buffet and a-la carte) but the waiter denied it and said "they are busy". That kind of service is not expected of a 5 star hotel. Actually,not any hotel. I was asking for a service not other than offered by the hotel itself. And, at last, amenities. There are shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and a body lotion, and they are nice ones. But no slippers, shower caps, tooth brush, shoe horn or anything else .

The hotel is in a privileged central location in Bilbao, with easy access to the Center, the ria (and thus the Guggenheim Museum area), and the old city. The facility is sophisticated and intimate. Room decor is sharp and elegant; toiletries and accessories are top notch. The restaurant is a gastronomic marvel whose chef is a Michelin-rated Basque star. The terrace bar is terrific: the overall ambiance and the drink selection are the perfect prelude to a night on the town or a great dinner. The breakfast is well appointed and beautifully executed. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from the waiters to the bartenders and the concierge are some of the most hospitable and knowledgeable staff one will encounter in Spain. They're very proud of their city and their hotel, and it shows.

Some services like laundry are not available weekends, which was a surprise for such a high scale hotel. Even though the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, breakfast is available, but is not evidently clear from concierge instructions.

The hotel is very clean, location is good and safe, alot of options for restaurants and cafes and shopping nearby. Metro station and train station and bus stops are very near. Service is good such as laundry and luggage transfer to room. Design is modern. Very friendly staff. Room and Bathroom sizes are good. Breakfast restaurant is amazing location in 7th floor with hotel garden view. I like the bathroom division also its well designed.

I would recommend to add more food options in breakfast such as vegetables (tomato and lettuce...) and cheese options and high protein food such as penut butter. .. Also i noted that the hot water in bathroom is not coming same time During hand wash for example. When open two valves some time very cold water and sometimes very hot water. Maybe the pumb pressure is far but this was annoying little bit while washing hand or if you want to drink water from the tap water. Can hear some noise from outside due to weak sound proof but i think this is in most hotels in city. Some TV channel not working.

It is in an excellent location. We were upgraded and the room was huge for a city hotel. There was a nice space to lay out my yoga mat. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. There was lots of space to hang our clothes and there's even tea and coffee making facilities. The reception staff were really friendly, helpful and spoke good english. It was the most friendly five star hotel I have been in. For breakfast, there was just one waiter in the morning, but he was very organised keeping things topped up and there was a nice buffet. We also could choose to have an eggs Benedict, avocado and egg on toast or pancakes etc. These were tasty, but never hot. We had a full day in town and really enjoyed The Guggenheim art gallery and on the second day did a coach tour to visit nearby sites.

The a la carte breakfasts were on the cool side.

The welcome from the staff at reception was lovely, they provided terrific tips on what to see and where to eat as we checked in. We had breakfast in the restaurant which had a lovely selection of options and the staff were helpful and highly efficient. Overall a wonderful stay!

The only issue we encountered was when accessing the rooftop bar in the afternoon - unfortunately it was understaffed for the number of people there and the staff working could not keep up with demand. We ended up leaving and going to a bar in the street which was a real shame as the ambience of the rooftop was excellent and we’d prefer to have stayed there!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the shopping street, just steps away from the Old Town, with bars and restaurants literally around the corner. Plus, the Guggenheim Museum is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to answer questions and accommodate any requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference! If you have the time, I highly recommend visiting the spa—the treatments were absolutely excellent and added an extra touch of relaxation to my trip. Overall, a perfect hotel for both comfort and convenience. I will definitely be coming back! 😊✨

Very nice size room. Good beds. Nice sofa with comfortable cussions. Lovely big bathroom.

The space next to the sink was a bit small. The mini bar was very dark and all black. We think the price of the breakfast was too high, so we didn't use it. The massages and spa were disappointing.

Great location - positioned in the heart of the city, easy to get to all main attractions of the city, get right off to the trains station. Good variety of restaurants around the area. The room is very well kept.

Parking is not it’s best feature - they have a partnership with one that is about a 7-10 min walk. Odd to see a hotel of this caliber to not provide any free water at all - not even one bottle- however, the minibar is fully stacked. Ventilation in the rooms doesn’t work properly - starts to work randomly, but most of the time it doesn’t start at all.
