The staff was superkind and friendly. The location is great: everything is in walking distance, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and a five to seven minute walk from the old town center. Also very close to the Gugenheim. :) The room has lots of shelves to place your luggage and even a clothing steamer was provided. The shower was compact, but worked well. My husband got a fever and we ended up spending more time in the room than we wanted and it was alright. There's also a big living room type of space for all guests that was also open to use to read a book or have some food if you get take out or something.

Our sink didn't drain very quickly. But we mentioned it on our leave and a mechanic would be called. Only thing that was a bit surprising is that there was an erotic (video?) shop across the street, but we didn't really encounter anything strange.

You can leave your luggage in a storage boxes, the location is nice, the room is nice and comfortable. The bed is huge. There is a mini fridge and even the steam iron in the room

We were afraid of using the payment link because lately there is a lot of information going on about this platform being hacked... So we wanted to call the hotel and verify that - no one was answering and no one was replying to our emails. Finally we talked on a chat here and after they "rejected" our card from the system there was an option to pay directly to booking. All was good at the end but this was a bit problematic. However this is the only thing I can complain about. After we got to the location everything was perfect

I absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel! It had this cool, minimalist style with a touch of hipster charm that really appealed to me. The room was like a cozy little haven, perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring. Plus, having a coworking space was a lifesaver for getting some work done while traveling. And let's not forget about the handy luggage storage – such a thoughtful touch for those of us who arrive early. Oh, and the location was spot on! Being able to stroll to all the must-see spots in town was such a bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that perfectly balanced style, comfort, and convenience. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

As a discerning traveler, I must admit that I couldn't find any aspect of my stay that fell short of expectations. The experience was seamless, and I found nothing to fault whileH at the hotel. Even as someone who tends to be picky about accommodations, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit.

Safe. Very clean. Working air conditioning and TVs worked great! Cute working lounge. Had a steamer in room with fridge and toiletries in bathroom were from Grasse, France. Very pleased with this hotel. Front desk agent (male) thin brunette was very hospitable. This brand knows what they are doing. Keep it up! 20 min walk to Guggenheim museum. Housekeeping was very nice also, I didn’t ask for my room to be made everyday and they brought me extra coffee and milk when I asked.

The hotel is in a great location for the city. My room was very comfortable. I found it a very relaxed environment and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and if I visit Bilbao again I would rebook.

I thought I had an inner courtyard view from my room but ended up with a view of the street. Also I would only get two coffee sachets each time my room was cleaned and sometimes this was missed and I would have milk replaced but not coffee. Not A big deal as I just had a tea bag instead 🙂.

The hotel was really nice with everything you needed including a big TV. Plenty of space to put your clothes and luggage. Big bed, but the pillows where a bit too high for our taste

The area in which the hotel is situated is not ideal, but it is a safe area with a police station nearby. The windows could be opened only for a bit. They were oriented towards another building so natural light was missing almost totally. Some smells got into our room in one of the nights. A bit pricey comparing to what it offers

The hotel is perfectly curated & our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a little tea station. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, and even helped us with printing our coach tickets - overall a wonderful experience for our first time in Bilbao.

Nothing to fault, except maybe the location - it was a slight way away from the old town, so coming back to the room throughout the day was not super convenient. We like to walk and had lots planned during our stay, so it wasn’t a big issue, but something to keep in mind.

Fantastic warm welcome & help with luggage storage whilst attending the europa league football final. Understand the prices go up with the high demand for rooms in Bilbao. Glad to find a room the night b4 the game. Appreciate use of common room to charge phone etc. after checking out on the day of the game. Bilbao is a lovely city & hopefully return to see more one day.

Price of €320 for one night....

As well as the title suggests, I liked the shower which was nice. I also liked connecting my Netflix account to the TV. I will return to this hotel again on my next visit to Bilbao.

A little bit noisy early in the morning but maybe because the room was located next to the main staircase. Nonetheless, the positives far outweigh this observation.
