The staff was superkind and friendly. The location is great: everything is in walking distance, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and a five to seven minute walk from the old town center. Also very close to the Gugenheim. :) The room has lots of shelves to place your luggage and even a clothing steamer was provided. The shower was compact, but worked well. My husband got a fever and we ended up spending more time in the room than we wanted and it was alright. There's also a big living room type of space for all guests that was also open to use to read a book or have some food if you get take out or something.

Our sink didn't drain very quickly. But we mentioned it on our leave and a mechanic would be called. Only thing that was a bit surprising is that there was an erotic (video?) shop across the street, but we didn't really encounter anything strange.

You can leave your luggage in a storage boxes, the location is nice, the room is nice and comfortable. The bed is huge. There is a mini fridge and even the steam iron in the room

We were afraid of using the payment link because lately there is a lot of information going on about this platform being hacked... So we wanted to call the hotel and verify that - no one was answering and no one was replying to our emails. Finally we talked on a chat here and after they "rejected" our card from the system there was an option to pay directly to booking. All was good at the end but this was a bit problematic. However this is the only thing I can complain about. After we got to the location everything was perfect

I absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel! It had this cool, minimalist style with a touch of hipster charm that really appealed to me. The room was like a cozy little haven, perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring. Plus, having a coworking space was a lifesaver for getting some work done while traveling. And let's not forget about the handy luggage storage – such a thoughtful touch for those of us who arrive early. Oh, and the location was spot on! Being able to stroll to all the must-see spots in town was such a bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that perfectly balanced style, comfort, and convenience. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

As a discerning traveler, I must admit that I couldn't find any aspect of my stay that fell short of expectations. The experience was seamless, and I found nothing to fault whileH at the hotel. Even as someone who tends to be picky about accommodations, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit.

The hotel is in a great location for the city. My room was very comfortable. I found it a very relaxed environment and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and if I visit Bilbao again I would rebook.

I thought I had an inner courtyard view from my room but ended up with a view of the street. Also I would only get two coffee sachets each time my room was cleaned and sometimes this was missed and I would have milk replaced but not coffee. Not A big deal as I just had a tea bag instead 🙂.

The hotel was really nice with everything you needed including a big TV. Plenty of space to put your clothes and luggage. Big bed, but the pillows where a bit too high for our taste

The area in which the hotel is situated is not ideal, but it is a safe area with a police station nearby. The windows could be opened only for a bit. They were oriented towards another building so natural light was missing almost totally. Some smells got into our room in one of the nights. A bit pricey comparing to what it offers

The hotel is perfectly curated & our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a little tea station. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, and even helped us with printing our coach tickets - overall a wonderful experience for our first time in Bilbao.

Nothing to fault, except maybe the location - it was a slight way away from the old town, so coming back to the room throughout the day was not super convenient. We like to walk and had lots planned during our stay, so it wasn’t a big issue, but something to keep in mind.

Stylish, clean room with little extras like bottled water, kettle, biscuits, coffee, tea and toiletries. We bought one meal outside and brought it back to eat in the co-working room/lounge. It was nice to have that space available.

Noise from the street was a bit disturbing, but I just put in ear plugs. Next time I would take an interior room since the view was nothing spectatcular.

The hotel is well located and you can reach all neighbourhoods on foot within 15 minutes. The staff is very nice and courteous and the hotel is clean. Good wifi, kettle and mini fridge in the room. The room is rather small but has good storage space for luggage.

The hotel is rather ring-fenced and you can hear the street and your room neighbours well - but this is normal for a city at the weekend

Lovely designed and spotlessly clean. Individual AC is such a blessing. I was especially delighted by the fact that the bathroom door wasn't directly facing the bed. Lots of shelves for organizing our baggage. The location was easy to get everywhere, we were there all the time by foot. The location is debatable, it is deeply multicultural influenced, and can be a bit funky, definitely takes some personality to appreciate it. However, overall it's safe even to walk in the night.

Can hear people bumping their doors, dropping things, and rolling luggage. It had happened to us that a group of party people came back to their room very late and the noise could be heard while they shouted in the hallway and the slapping doors.
