A comfortable, good value and well located hotel, with spacious and well appointed rooms (stay in the 'apartamentos' in the separate building called Lidar 2 if you can). Very large, comfortable beds, excellent showers and a decent little kitchenette, although staying only one night I didn't need this. Overall, very good indeed. Easy to walk to from transport hubs and pleasant staff as well.

A little noisy late at night and early in the morning, that's the only (minor) complaint I could raise.

The bed was exceptionally good. So was the very helpful staff, who all spoke excellent English.

I didn't like all the ramps with no warning. You take 3 steps out of the elevator and then the floor suddenly slants downward. The surface toward the front door was also slanted. The shower floor was somewhat slippery and there were no handrails in case you fell. I could not find a decent restaurant nearby (I don't care for kebabs and burgers) and ended up getting a sandwich from the hotel's vending machine because it was late and I feared getting lost. But I was grateful for that.

Very spacious room. With lots of space to organize my travel gear.. The shower was very nice. Also the curtains made it possible to have a very dark room for sleep which I like. The thermostat was very easy to set so that the room maintained a comfortable temperature at all times. The check-in procedure was handled super quick by a very capable front desk person. I extended my stay a 2nd night I enjoyed the hotel that much. Also, there is a nice supermarket, laundromat and gym all within a block of the hotel. Great experience.

Very comfortable and clean, staff was really nice and helpful. Every morning the room is cleaned if you want to !

The hotel is a bit far from the centre (about 20min by foot) and there's no kitchen or way to cook in your room and food is not provided by the hotel but that was not really disturbing since we ate at restaurants every time.

The location is excellent, hard to imagine a better location.

The shower wasn’t great really. It was an old and falling apart shower cabin with not a single shelf to put your toiletries on :(

Absolutely huge room complete with kitchenette and dining table and chairs which I was not expecting. Everything incredibly clean and very comfortable.

This isn't really a negative, the space was just quite impersonal. More functional than anything.

Everything. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. I liked specially the cleanliness and the shower. The staff was friendly and supportive.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. I can't believe it's a two stars hotel. It deserves better.

Nice clean room. Clean bathroom. Close to the city centre, walking distance from Guggenheim museum. Not far from restaurants and bars.

The location is not good. It is near to San Francisco neighborhood, and in the evening it was a bit uncomfortable to walk. Also the coridor from the reception to the room was strange, basically you are walking outside to reach to your room

The cleanliness facilities and spacious accommodation and proximity to the centre of Bilbao making access to all amenities very easy.
