Nice place with opportunities of earlier check-in and later check-out for 15 EUR. Everything you can set up quick and online easy as pie. When you need help service is all the time available on WhatsApp. Kind welcome surprise in the room, equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms for moderate price. Supermarket is also on the other side of the street.

Only sofa was so soft and partly uncomfortable.

Location was good close to many things.

We was four days, we ask the cleaning lady to give us a bag for bathroom basket, I think for the people stay more time, they need to have more cleaning like change towel and change the trash of the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was a little uncomfortable when we open don’t stay still.

We were given the penthouse apartment which had a balcony which really made our stay so great. The deposit was promptly issue back to me without discussion. Apartments are basic but have everything u need for a short stay.

The couple that stayed on the pull out sofa said it was not that comfortable but fine for a short stay

The bed was auful, the worse in years, compared the quality of the site the bed is not at the same level of the rest. They must have lost more time looking for more confortable solution. this bed ruins the experience

The apartment is lovely - great modern design, clean and tidy, with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s also dog friendly!

The apartment is located a bit away from the city centre, and depending on Google Maps, it may lead you through some less attractive neighbourhoods - but if you head straight to the river and across the bridge, you’re right at the heart of Bilbao.

Good parking location at about 10min walking - green zone L big parking lot. Everything was great - comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen.

We paid 15 eur per day extra for bringing our small (2.5kg) dog. Big dogs pay the same price. It would be nice that smaller dogs pay less.

It took a while to get my head round this system, where all help is online or by phone, but I eventually got used to it. It was difficult arriving late at night but there was someone availble to help me, allbeit by phone. Danial was very helpful with various things. The apartment was spacious, with its own terrace, and very well equipped. It is in a quiet area but not very far from shops, bars and restaurants, walking down towards the river and the old town. An added bonus is the sports centre and swimming pool within 5 minutes walk, which I discovered on Google maps.

The main problem was my arrival. I had booked a taxi to collect me, but it didn't appear. The Libere management eventually offered sincere apologies and a free taxi to my next point of departure, as well as reimbursing me. Getting in proved difficult when I was tired and irritated, and the keypad was hard to use in the dark. Fortunately Danial was on hand by pressing the call button! Although the kitchen is very well equipped much of the heavier items, pots and pans and electrical items, are in cupboards at a height of at least 2 metres. (I am 1m85 and I couldn't reach them.) This potentially could cause accidents, since one would have to stand on a chair. A rethink is needed for that. Perhaps Libere could give a more human touch by at least showing photos of their staff on the website.

The apartment was a good find for the price and we took advantage of the facilities as much as possible (coffee machine, microwave, decently equipped kitchenette, AC, hair dryer). The apartment felt safe from within.

The apartment could do better with having the dishes clean or at least check them, as we found one dirty dish stored along the clean ones. The room had several small lights blinking even when everything was turned off (seemed like a smoke detector and a motion detector, as well as the microwave and oven lights).

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, clean and with all the necessary things. Very close to the city centre and good connection with the airport.

The sofa bed is not so good but for a couple of nights it's ok. The location is close to the center but is in the street where I was not feel safe.

It was easy to check-in since we all did it with a code. The room was big and clean. Everything perfect:)

The pillows could be more comfortable.
