Super well located in the old town, nice cafe in the lobby, nice rooms and welcoming staff 😊

Maybe a little bit too "perfume heavy" in the lobby and rooms 😅 Also the floor in the room seemed not 100% clean but that's maybe just a feeling (sleepers would have been welcome in this case). No tissues in the room (detail but important during this spring allergy season 😅). Another tiny detail but the smoke detector light in the ceiling could be bothering when trying to fall asleep...and final finally, keep in mind that this is a popular street so it can be noisy until late 😅

The room was new, well decorated and large. The bed and bedding was new and comfortable. The soap and shampoo was fresh smelling. The lighting and electrical outlets were smart and easy to use. The price was quite reasonable. The location was excellent for exploring the Casco Viejo. Close to tram, bus and metro lines as well.

Check-in was slow. This could have been because of the new Spanish Tourist registration process but they could have used a second person checking people in. There is a co-working space/coffee shop attached to the hotel with 30+ people working. There was no elevator security so that anyone could have gone up to the elevator to the hotel room floors. A big security issue. There is no coffee in the rooms and no coffee available at the hotel before 8:00 am so I needed to leave the hotel since I am an early riser. There was a sewage smell at times in the lobby and rooms. The bathroom is transparent glass so if one person wakes up early, the light from the bathroom will wake the other person up. No air conditioning.

Spacious modern room, comfortable bed and excellent shower - some reviewers haven't liked the glass toilet/shower cubicle within the bedroom space, not a problem for us but important to read reviews etc before booking! Some have noted noise and poor soundproofing but the hotel was notably quiet during our stay - some street noise with deliveries and cleaning in the morning but to be expected in such a central location. Coffee shop on ground floor was great, very good coffee and choices, so excellent for coffee lovers. Brilliant location with cafes and bars nearby, very easy to explore the old town and beyond, e.g. 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum.

Nothing to dislike for us

The lady behind reception when i arrived was tremendously helpful with recommendations on where to eat and where to visit. Spot on every time. The room was cool and comfortable and the location in the old quarter was ideal. The breakfast option is actually just a 5 euro voucher for coffee and a pastry in the Hotel's coffee bar but the Bollo de Mantequilla and batch coffee were good enough to keep me there every morning.

Not a lot to be honest. Strongly recommended and I would go back again without hesitatation, Bilbao - what I saw of it in my short stay anyway - is wonderful and the Guggenheim Museum is majestic.

The hotel is in excellent shape, modern and clean. It is situated in a calm street in downtown Bilbao, one minute away from the metro station. Many restaurants/coffee shops around. The room is large and has a small balcony. The bed is comfortable with a nice working desk/chair to do some office work if need be. 12,000 BTU air conditioning system made my stay fresh during the hot summer days. All in all, Letoh hotel is an excellent choice for all travelers (solo, couples or families).

Missed having a minibar/small fridge in my room.

Loved this hotel. Rooms are spacious, well designed and nicely decorated, and has a generous desk. On the ground floor, the hotel has let the space to a coffee shop/ co-working space, which is just lovely ! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - in the old town. I would just warn noise sensitive sleepers not to choose rooms with balconies over-looking the streets. The noise travels up - even to the top floors - and revellers are up until 2-3 am

I would really have liked a kettle and a little fridge, especially since the hotel does not serve any food and the coffee shop juts sells coffee / drinks and pastries.

The room was wonderful, such a comfortable bed and plenty of space. Love that every room has a desk and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The extra little things pushed this over the edge from a great stay to an amazing one: - Waterfall shower, my favourite - Big fluffy towels and plenty of good pillows - Complementary toiletries and soap smelled incredible - Having a coffee shop downstairs with lots of space for working with a laptop was very welcome on a work trip - Very friendly staff - Location, amazing

There's nothing I didn't like, I would 10000% stay here again.

The design, location, staff. Very content overall. We were there during the Semana Grande (festive week in the city), which the hotel even informed us about a day prior to our stay. The hotel was in the middle of all the festivities (live music included), but in the room you couldn’t hear a thing! The room was super comfortable, very easy on the eyes and clean! And their shampoos smelled amazing :) The staff was friendly and the location was great! Would definitely recommend!!

The best aspect of this hotel is the 24 hour reception desk, with friendly helpful staff. I was arriving late at night, but it was no trouble for them. The location in the Old Town could not be better. All around are interesting buildings and museums, and many little bars or restaurants. If you have a large appetite or a small one you will find something interesting to eat at a reasonable price. The Metro station is 3 minutes away, but most places can be reached within half an hour's walk.

I would have liked a kettle in the room. although there is a cafe downstairs open from 8am to 8pm, There was a huge TV screen in an awkward position that I walked into once or twice.

The location was perfect, in the centre of the old town but still walkable to everything easily. The room itself was very well insulated. Given the central location you might expect a lot of noise but it was great. We slept so well and managed to lie in, which is not like us so says a lot about the room! It was very dark, with black out curtains, and thick walls to keep the temperature and noise levels at a good level. We also liked the ground floor cafe. It was very popular with locals and had lots of space to work or hang out, so you never felt like you were entering an empty lifeless space. It always had good energy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The bedroom layout was good but the lighting did mean that turning on the toilet light made the whole room lit up. Not great if someone else is sleeping. Also toilet shower area was a little compact. It was fine but just a bit compact.
