Excellent value for money. The location is in a residential area but only 2 metro stops or a short bus ride from the centre. The place is quiet. We booked a room for 2 but they gave us 2 single rooms, which was better for us. Really comfortable bed, a fridge, all very clean.

The check in experience was a bit difficult, very slow and my first room wasn't cleaned. Seemed like someone very new on reception on his own. No place to get boiling water in the whole building, and no hairdryer (maybe they could have a few at reception to borrow)

Nice room, comfortable bed and even a desk with a lamp. 1 minute walk from a bus station. 8 minute walk from a metro station. Reasonable price.

There was a kitchen, but no utensils: no plates, spoons or forks, no saucepan. In the wardrobe there were no hangers. In the bathroom there was no shower gel or even soap. There was no fan. The coffee machine downstairs was out of order and there were no cafeterias in the neighborhood that would open before 10:00.

Good location near metro and bus stop that goes to main bus station (for airport bus) and Guggenheim Museum. Room was big enough for one person for a short stay with a good shower. Free water fountain in reception.

Not really a complain but more of an observation: bring washing up liquid, any bathroom amenities, toilet paper is supplied. There is a microwave and hot plate, one deep saucepan and one frying pan and one large wooden spoon. No large mixing bowl, chopping board or cheese greater. In case anyone was thinking they could do full catering, but there is a large fridge and if you have a short stay or just going to heat up good the kitchen is suitable for that.

The room itself was very comfortable. It was a single room, so it was tiny, but I think it was just enough for one person. In the room, there is a small kitchen. Also, you can find a laundry room in the building. The building is close to the metro station, which would help get to the city center in 15 min max. The staff was very nice and friendly :) For me, as a solo traveler, it was totally worth it. x1000 times better than staying in a hostel somewhere downtown.

1. Cleanliness. The bedsheets and towels were clean. But on the surfaces -- the tables and the floor -- one could see that they were not cleaned for a while. The table and floor were covered with food crumbles, also there were dust clumps under the tables, you could see them just chilling there. 2. Facilities. There is a closet in the room, but it has no hangers at all. There is a kitchen in the room but without any kitchenware. I mean, it's cool having the closet and the kitchen in the room. But they are of no use, and that's a shame.

Nice compact room with bathroom and mini kitchen. Bed was very big, comfortable and clean. There was enough plug sockets. You also can adjust temperature in the room. Important that kitchen has microwave and fridge (wich worked very loud, but worked). Bathroom also compact and have everything you need. Building has good location in quit town, but near metro station or 20 min walk to the centre Very friendly personal

In kitchen was microwave and electric stove, but was no cup or metal pan to use it. So if you want tee you must go downstairs in public kitchen. Or buy the dishes. Wish there be more soundproofing, because you hear and feel everything what happened in the corridor. Especially when roommates are very loud Also at night a lantern from street shines in the window and roller blinds don't help. The bathroom was not cleaned very well, there was a lot of hair near shower cabin

Easy simple accommodation for students or tourists

Overall it was pretty fine and clean, they don’t provide shampoos, soap or tools for the kitchen (there is no cutlery, plates cooking stuff etc, only hob, fridge and microwave....although you might get things from the communal kitchen downstairs); you only find bed sheets and towels +toilet paper , but no blanket/duvet, no hairdryer, not even if you ask the reception so you have to take it easy, but I understand it’s a student accommodation so I wouldn’t complain. The fire alarm flash light was pretty strong, so it might be annoying to sleep or better having a sleeping mask. They also have this long pillow for the bed (instead of the standard size 50x70 cm )

Great room with basic cooking facilities. Good location close to Metro station and only two stops to the centre of the city. Places eat nearby. Laundry facilities which work with credit card. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Two minor comments: The lights in the corridors are turned on by motion sensors but tend to be slow resulting in walking into a dark corridor. This could be an issue for anyone disabled or of a nervous disposition. It would be great if laundry detergent could be purchased on site

This is a great option for people that stay for more than a week - the studio apartment is spacious and modern and matches the description. Pros: Good connection to public transportation (metro and buses), helpful staff Con: Sometimes a quite noisy until late at night (students), the place has zero utensils for cooking, so you have to organize everything.

The location of Micampus Bilbao was really good you have a metro that's close and takes you central and there's bus a couple of bus stops close as well. Also there's a supermarket around the corner if you fancy a cheap nights dinner.

If I'm being really fussy perhaps more food options within the building after a certain time, but I'm now struggling to find what I did not like

The place was nice. I like that it was worth the price. It had a great small gym and I felt that overall it was clean and very comfortable. It was very close to the metro, which was nice to get into the center. It would usually take like 20 min to get there.

The location was a bit far from the center. Nothing really bad to be honest, but I had to think about it at night as the metro stopped working around 11:30 pm to 12:00 am if I'm not mistaken, therefore I didn't feel like walking or using the bus all the way to get there. I did it on a couple of occasions. Nothing too bad, just something to consider I guess.
