Excellent view over Bilbao. Hotel had everything needed for a quick stopover but would not be suitable for an extended stay. Was a little far from the town and would benefit from better breakfast options.

Too far from town. Difficult to find. Rooms are small. Check in was a little confusing, lack of plug sockets and lack of table meant it was difficult to do make up. No private parking.

Very clear and off road parking For motorcycles. The owner was extremely helpful and I can see how this place is only 1 star. Highly recommended And will definitely stay again next time I’m in Spain Thanks

Nice rooms and very nice staff. Amazing view of the city of Bilbao and there were nearby restaurants and nice parks. It was also easy to get down to the city with the cable car.

Host didn't speak English. However, I knew that already, so that was expected :)

This is one the cleanest hostel & hotel I’ve been to. The self checking process is straight forward. Overall it worthy every penny

Good value for money, a great family room.

Very clean and great to get room at midnight with automated system. Amazing views. Beds were exceptionally comfy. We had to book this last minute as a flight had been cancelled. Although checking in stated it closed at 11pm the staff were very helpful and we were able to check in to a much needed bed by the time we arrived in Bilbao.

Automated system didn't seem to accept our new UK passports l. Not sure if problem with my technique or the system. Also breakfast is available from vending machine only and no nearby shops to pick up any extras. Coffees tasted great from the machine.

Great location, take the cable car only 10 minutes from the hotel straight into the city for only $4.80p.p.

No breakfast and no restaurants close by.

For what i needed at the time it was fantastic , wifi , air con , showers and just a place to rest my head after very very long days , no bad words from me i am afraid , absolutely beautiful views too of bilbao just as you walk in the front door.

Cant think of any if i am honest , i am 6ft 3 so i hit my head a few times coming up the stairs but not the end of the world
