It was a nice and clean apartment. Had everything you need for a nice stay (Good bathroom, a little kitchen, and air conditioning). A walk to the city center is ± 45 minutes but you pass by nice things (Bilbao stadium and a nice park) and it felt completely safe at all times so it was fine. You can also walk 8 min. to the metro and buy a ticket to the center for EU 1.70 which also works good, especially on the Friday and Saturday night as there is 24h service on those days. There is free parking in a steep dirt road behind the building but it seemed quite sketchy. We ended up parking next to the building which is completely safe. While it is max. 3 hours parking, you can still park for a very good price if you plan road trips during the day (Free parking 19:00-09:00 during the weekdays). Parking in the weekend and festive days is free. Also, the accommodation has a good location if you plan to make some road trips to other cities since it is close to the big roads. You won't need to drive through a busy city center.

The bed is a bit on the small side for 2 persons but it is absolutely doable. Also, the refrigerator makes a constant humming sound but this didn't bother us too much.

No hair dryer...first time I see something like that in an apartment Small bed and not cozy mattress No iron.we ask in the reception, but they didn't give us a solution We stayed for 4 nights,no cleaning at all,we ask for the cleaning lady to take our garbage and she didn't want to give us a new bag!

+ Good location, underground station is reachable by foot + The staff are friendly + Laundry (self-service) was very useful

- The towels were visibly clean but we found some hair on it :( probably it got there from the drying machine - The double bed is not large enough for 2 people - The space is small (I know it's a studio, but in another hotel where we have stayed the studio was the same size but it felt larger because of the good use of space) - We couldn't get a parking spot in the garage upon arrival and had to park in the public parking lot for the first night - It can be a little bit loud in the first floor because of people talking outside in the evening

Great place, we have been working during the day so we spent quite a lot of time inside. We had a desk in the room and good wifi connection, kitchen had almost everything we needed, there was also a study room on the first floor so it was no problem to have videocalls simultanously. Quite close to 2 metro stations, drinking fountain across the street so we didn't have to buy a water! Really convenient place for us :)

It was a shame that there was no kettle in the kitchen and bed was rather narrow for 2 persons.

I loved the experience! Very good location and facilities. Lots of storage (wardrobe and drawers). Well-equipped kitchenette (all you need to prepare small meals: dishes, microwave, oven and induction hob). Room is not too big, but for the 2 days visit it was very good! Very friendly employee and very easy and practical check-in and out instructions. Metro station near and it is easy to walk and achieve the Guggenheim museum. Very quiet area! Private paying parking is possible, as mentioned in the website. But you have a large parking right next to the building, paying 2,5€ for the morning and 2,5€ for the afternoon (full day paying not available) during the week. Free of charge after 7 p.m. Friday and all Saturday.

Room is not too big, but for the 2 days visit it was very good! Breakfast is not available, but in the future it could be offered as an extra, since the lobby has very good conditions for that. Regrettably, 2 single beds is not an option. All double rooms only have 1 double bed (not too big!). No hairdryer.

The property is either quite new or was renovated not long ago as everything seems in an excellent state. It's very clean and not too noisy. The gym is very new too, which we liked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It's really nice to have a kitchen but the fact that we cannot fully open the window is annoying as the smell of the food stays inside the room. I don't understand why they don't allow customers to open the window.

Comfortable space, good bathroom, good quality mattress, very little noise entering the room. Some big supermarkets and the metro station are only a short, albeit steep, walk away.

The kitchen is more for looks than for utility. Poorly equipped, only sufficient for heating up a pizza or making a quick pasta pesto, with only one pot and one small pan. No (salad) bowls nor strainer provided. Not even a kitchen towel nor a drip rack... So we needed to be inventive with a bathroom towel. Bathroom extraction fan didn't seem to work.

The receptionist was very helpful via WhatsApp and in person. She humoured me when I tried to practice my Spanish. The gym was great. It was good to have kitchen facilities. Nice to explore a different part of the city. Great to be able to do laundry!

Would have been good to have coffee/tea and some basic oil/salt for cooking. The coffee machine in the reception didn’t work either.

The studio was clean and had the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. Access to the gym was a nice touch if you are the type that likes to squeeze in some exercise during a holiday. The location was nice, quiet but close to public transport options to get around the city.

Sound proofing wasn't the greatest, you could hear people opening/closing doors quite audibly, and also foot steps sounded quite loud in the middle of the night.

Good value for money, many amenities, equipped kitchen, enough place for storage, there are public zones like gym, library and lobby.

Once there was no cleaning during the whole week, while rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 3 days
