Fantastic hotel! Rooms are equipped with all modern essentials that a traveller may forget when travelling such as a hairdryer and even an iron and ironing board so I was ready for every meeting during my business trip. Also Fantastic to get a mini fridge and kettle in the room so I could save money and store food in the room. Fresh towels everyday were such a time saver. Comfortable bed and a tv in every room are great for relaxing. Fantastic location across the road from San Mames. Atletic bilbao played Barcelona during my stay and despite the massive crowd outside, I slept perfectly as my courtyard room prevented any sound. Most importantly the staff were warm, helpful and friendly. Particularly Boussad at reception who helped me. I was searching for permanent accommodation in Bilbao and Boussad provided Fantastic advice on avoiding scams in the area and helped me extending my stay in the hotel, even including allowing me to keep the same room when I had to stay extra nights. Very knowledgeable on the area, Boussad spoke perfect English and taught me useful phrases in Spanish. Fantastic location, 5 mins walk from city centre and the metro line is right next to the hotel for trips to Guggenheim museum. Value for money!

Room 504 provided a comfortable bed, coffee and tea facilities, daily complementary bottle of water, closet with plenty of hangers, mini fridge, flat iron, safe, soap in the bathroom. Nice staff. Fresh towels every day. Nearby large bus terminal with direct connection to airport.

It was hard to shut the bathroom door because it got stuck on the floor. The right side of the bed was very close to the large curtains over which one might trip.

Superior room was good and comfortable.

I'm strongly suggest to remove options "parking" from Hotel description. There's no parking at all. Hotel offers public parkings from 500 meters up to the 1 kilometer. That's not ok. When I choose Hotel, one of the options important for me - parking. There's description parking on site but the closest public secure parking far far away. And this information Hotel provide after completion of booking.

Was in a residential block opposite Sam Mames football ground. Reception is on first floor which is open between 2pm and 6pm. There a separate lift for guests with out of hours key codes. Room was clean and comfortable and facilities were good, bottle of water, tea and coffee and kettle Also close to all transport links, and restaurants bars etc. Guggenheim museum is a fifteen-minute walk away.

Nothing really it was fine for my needs.

Right opposite the stadium, which made it perfect for a night out cheering on Athletic Bilbao; also only a couple of minutes walk from the bus station, tram ands metro stops, but not a long walk from the city centra either. Check in is very easy - although if you arrive early the lockers where you can leave your bags may already be busy. Staff are very nice and good to deal with. But this is all about location on a budget.

The rooms are basic but comfortable - just don't expect too much. Beware, if the couple in the next room are having a passionate night, you will be spared no detail.

Great location, staff were very friendly even upgrading us to a superior room for my partners birthday and putting a bottomed of Prosecco and card in the room. Staff even gave us a map and pointed out places to go to and transport links.

Clean facilities, only slight issue was if the water hadn’t been run for a few hours and it was run there would be a smell of sulufr out the shower drain but once the shower was run for a minute it went. Overall a fantastic stay and welcoming staff, would highly recommend.

Lots to like! Modern and clean rooms. Water kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits. Mini fridge. Good toiletries. Great water pressure. Desk and chair and socket in the room for working. Air conditioner. Real clothes hangers. Iron and ironing board. Close to Intermodal station and San Mames metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Co-working space. Electronic safe.

The window faces the light well and the room is therefore not bright. The chair is ergonomically uncomfortable to sit in for a long time. The setup within a residential block feels a bit unusual.

The location is excellent - situated next to the San Mamés Stadium, the main bus station (useful if you are arriving by bus), the train station, tram stop, and more. It's also within walking distance from the Guggenheim Museum. While the rooms are small, they are equipped with everything you need. A significant advantage is the availability of baggage lockers in the lobby, providing convenient storage for luggage.

Beds are not the top level and might get uncomfy after a few nights. Also there is hardly any "view" from most of the rooms (inside patio).

The hotel was very clean and well organized and the room was set up perfectly for travelers -- self-serve luggage storage for arriving early, plugs in good locations, glasses for water, hot water for tea, good size bathroom. The woman who met us in the reception area spoke at least four languages fluently, with lovely manners and friendly demeanor. We were very impressed. We walked to the Guggenheim museum in less than 30 minutes and took the subway back in less than 10 minutes.

Nothing -- it's a great place to stay.
