I rate the apartment very well, its preparation for the stay and cleanliness. Key collection and check-out are simple and clear. The apartment has all the necessary things for a few days' stay. The building is located at a moderate distance from the center and from public transport. In our case, there was a small problem in obtaining information before arrival regarding the method of check-in. We received full and clear instructions a few hours before arrival, but an master e-mail immediately after booking, describing the general process + a link to the check-in page would be useful. Generally, very good value for money, without any major drawbacks.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very comfy beds. Glad we booked a balcony to enjoy the view down towards the old town. Overlooks the tram line but noise isn’t a problem. Atxuri tram station at bottom of hill along w a Carrefour supermarket. Just a 5-10min walk downhill brings you to the Ribera covered market and start of the old town. Perfect for a family stay albeit an uphill walk back. You can also get a bus up which stops outside door.

Check in was a bit complicated as it’s not a manned reception. We recommend you telephone for access prior to arrival so manager is there ready to give you access and keys. Online pre-checkin process is really just for logging your passport details, not actually getting you access, you still need to meet someone, pay and get keys. Also - there’s no microwave or kettle in the kitchenettes which might be useful if travelling with infants. Take Nespresso coffee pods.

The appartment was just perfect, we could stay there for life :) Shiny room with a lot of space, everything was brand new, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen very well equipped. Parking in the same building made our lives very easy upon arrival.Walking distance from the centre. Great choice if you are travelling alone or with family.

We left on a Sunday and we found it a bit difficult to communicate with the staff. Nothing important really we just had to check out online and at a moment we felt that that was too much technology for us. A human to talk to is always more reassuring.

The hotel has great locality - only 10 minutes by walk to the old town, but also right next to it is a bus directly to centrum. The personnel is very nice and informative. The apartman was clean and quite big with nice view. I would recommend

There is no inside lock on the entrance door to the apartment on the floor with three others. However I had to took two different elevators so I was not much worried with my friend, but it would be nice feature if someone is travelling alone. The bed had only one duvet sheet for whole double bed, but this is subjective as I like to have my own duvet sheet.

Cool appliances. Toaster, coffee machine. Spacious bathroom, walk in shower, nice water pressure, hairdryer. Phone and pods chargers built in wall in each room. No need for cables. Plenty of quality towels paper etc. Not a noisy building. Views of surrounding buildings and parks. Self cleaning kit for kitchen.

No TVs in the bedrooms If you want to catch a Netflix or sport event even smaller ones! I would add door locks for each bedroom for privacy. I would add soap bar or hair washing options on wall in bathroom shower area. I would add a stand up coat hanger in main entrance so you don't hang coats on chairs or bedroom hangers. Just a suggestion, on the dinner table some sort of organizer to place bread or fruits etc and a tall vase incase it is a celebration vacation and you have flowers.

The premium one bedroom looked exactly as is did in the photos. The apartment was clean with all the modern conveniences, such as Samsung TV, which allowed us to cast what we were interested in watching after a long day out. The sofa bed and the beds were both comfortable. The housecleaning package was a great thought, with our own sealed cleaning products- you didn’t need to worry about what the sponge was used for previously by the tenant before. The walk to town is a pleasurable 10mins maximum, and is a slow incline down (then back up on the return). The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and passionate about Bilbao, providing all the informs we needed to enjoy our time in Bilbao. On site parking is available.

Like most places we have stayed in, parking can be tight. If renting a car, aim for a car as small as possible that fits all your luggage in the boot. Generally about Bilbao streets/roads. In approaching town, it was super confusing. We discovered that Waze is superior in providing clear directions while driving ( double round abouts and “slip roads”). We preferred to use Google maps only for planning the trip beforehand.

Comfy bed. Cleanliness. Great design. Central location. Parking access was tight but got my Skoda Yeti in by driving carefully. A good nights rest. Staff were very good. I felt safe!

Would have preferred to have been given the door code in advance. Notice on main door said I had to make a telephone call to gain entry. Luckily I was assisted to gain entry by other guests who were checking in. Too much reliance on technology. Had to scan a code on phone for leaving instructions, which I was unable to access.

The location is very good and convenient. Though it's not in the centre, it's not actually far (you can easily walk to the central part + all kinds of public transport are availabe). The oldest historical part of the city is nearby, so you can go strolling around its narrow streets any time you like. The market (which is a must visit) is several steps away. Besides, it's a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are nice mountain views from the windows. The apartment we stayed in was specious enough. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very good location. Its easy to reach every turisctic places (Old city, Theatre, Grand Via etc). If you like, easy to walk also. Very close to La Ribera Market. I advised to go there for breakfast one day :) Staff is very helpfull. I did my checkin process by own but when i need to support, everttime supported to me via phone, via whatsapp. Apartment has kitchen, wash machine etc. If you travel with child(ren) its really helpful. Rooms are big and usefull.

Bathroom is a little bit old. But clean of course.

Great apartments. Very clean. New furniture and electric appliance. Warm and comfortable rooms. Very good shower and bathrooms. Good location. Not far from downtown. Very good staff - always online and ready to help.

A little hard to get to the second floor of parking with SUV. I have scratched my rim while was getting there even though I am very accurate driver. Other thing are perfect.
