This is our second time here. Breakfast was excellent , with a wide choice. Room was lovely . Nice pool , love the view and the bar area . good food and drink . Great location. friendly staff, loved the bottle bubbly on arrival . definitely recommend this hotel ,and will be back.

We stayed in a suite this time , and though it was a spacious beautiful clean room ,it lacked mirrors . There is only one in the bathroom and none anywhere else. Maybe a full length mirror inside a wardrobe door, or on an empty wall, but that is the only negative and it wouldn't put me off staying here.

The location has a village feel, right at the beach. It is a mixture of locals who live in the area and small boutique hotels. Very safe area, lovely restaurants. My friend liked the hotel and area so much, she wants to return with her husband for a holiday.

I loved the view from our room and the quality of the amenities on the property.

I thought that the facility could be a little cleaner. The room at first glance appeared clean. The toilet appeared unclean inside. There was a spot on my robe and slipper. When I went up to the pool area there was a glass with a straw on one of the cabanas. Whenever we walked in the front desk person was not so welcoming and friendly. In fact one time we went to the desk we had to wait for the two front desk staff to finish speaking before we could be attended too. They should be warm and welcoming every time someone passes the desk. That is good customer service.

This was our second visit. Excellent location. Friendly staff who arranged taxis and hire car for us. Really comfortable beds. Good choice at breakfast. Lovely location to pop off the beach for a long lunch! Great lunch menu too. Also a lovely place to sit in the evening, have a drink and watch the world go by! There is a roof top pool, bar and sun lounger area. Very pleasant, not busy but the water is more of a plunge pool so we preferred the sea.

We were on holiday as a family of five. At breakfast there were tables for two or four people. We were not allowed to move any tables together! Staff said it wasn’t allowed. Which we found really strange! So every morning we had sit on two separate tables! We travel a lot and have never come across this before, most places have your required table ready for you. Not third world issues I know but it seemed strange watching other people talking across to the next table as they couldn’t sit together! Also, there were no draws in the room for clothes. Lots of wardrobes/hanging space and high shelving but I couldn’t reach to the back or see what I’d put there… Luckily my hubby is tall!

The breakfast was excellent, I can't imagine they could include anything else! We loved the comfort of our rooms and felt all the staff were helpful, happy and courteous at all times. Also a great location in a nice part of town.

Our room on the 4th floor was a bit warm as the air conditioning wasn't on in April! The staff explained this. Problem solved by opening the door to the balcony!

Great hotel, nice rooms, great breakfast, great value.

The side streets are very noisy with delivery trucks waking me up at 6 AM in the morning. It would be nice if the side street windows were better soundproofed.

This hotel is excellent, it’s in a great location right next to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars around. A nice quiet area. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are really good, we had a sea view room and it did not disappoint. Waking up to that view every morning and watching the sun go down in the evening. The staff were exceptional, absolutely everyone speaks to you as you go around the hotel and were all very helpful especially the breakfast staff from the welcome as you went in to the lady that cooks the eggs they were all lovely. Well done to the team!

Everything was lovely

Great location, facilities are good especially the roof terrace. We used to stay at this hotel before it was refurbished and taken over by a different hotel chain, what a difference, the standard of refurbishment is excellent. Hotel staff are brilliant.

Could do with a little more storage in the bedrooms, if the cupboard used for two bathrobes and slippers had shelves fitted it would be perfect, if your staying for seven or more days expect to live out of your suitcase. Otherwise, perfect.

Staff were amazing and really friendly! Very interactive with our little boy and even remembered his name every morning at breakfast. Hotel, lovely and clean - we had a suite and it was perfect!

Nothing - stay was brilliant in every area!
